While precision medicine driven by genome sequencing has revolutionized cancer care,such as lung cancer,its impact on gastric cancer(GC)has been *** patients are routinely treated with chemotherapy,but only a fraction of them receive the clinical *** is an urgent need to develop biomarkers or algorithms to select chemo-sensitive patients or apply targeted ***,we carried out retrospective analyses of 1.0{1. formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded GC surgical resection samples from 5 hospitals and developed a mass spectrometry-based workflow for proteomic subtyping of *** identified two proteomic subtypes:the chemo-sensitive group(CSG)and the chemo-insensitive group(CIG)in the discovery *** 5-year overall survival of CSG was significantly improved in patients who had received adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery compared with those who received surgery only(64.{1.vs.49.6%;Cox P-value=0.00{1.,whereas no such improvement was observed in CIG(50.0%vs.58.6%;Cox P-value=0.495).We validated these results in an independent validation ***,differential proteome analysis uncovered 9 FDA-approved drugs that may be applicable for targeted therapy of GC.A prospective study is warranted to test these findings for future GC patient care.

Is it necessary to stent renal artery stenosis patients before cardiopulmonary bypass procedures？

Background Acute kidney injury （AKI） is associated with poor prognosis after cardiopulmonary bypass. The aim of this retrospective study was to investigate whether stent implantation before cardiopulmonary bypass has beneficial effect on development of AKI in renal artery stenosis （RAS） *** In this retrospective study, patients with abnormal base{1.ne serum creatinine （SCr, 〉1.6 μmol/L） were not included. Included patients （n=69） were divided into two groups. Group 1.included 31.RAS patients receiving no stent implantation before cardiopulmonary bypass. Group 2.included 38 RAS patients having received stent implantation just before cardiopulmonary bypass. To assess AKI after cardiopulmonary bypass, serum urea nitrogen, SCr and creatinine clearance were recorded at base{1.ne, at the end of operation, during the first and second postoperative 2. *** Base{1.ne characteristics were similar between groups. Serum urea nitrogen, SCr, creatinine clearance before and after cardiopulmonary bypass were also similar class groups. Incidence of AKI in group 1.was not significantly different from group 2. In group 1. AKI defined by RIFLE between occurred in 7 （2..6%） patients： 5 （1..1.） with RIFLE-R,2.（6.5%） with RIFLE-I, and no patients with RIFLE-F. In group 2. 1. patients （2..3%） had an episode of AKI during hospita{1.zation： 6 （1..8%） had RIFLE-R, 4 （1..5%） had RIFLE-I, and no patients had *** There are no data suggesting that it is necessary to stent RAS patients with normal SCr before cardiopulmonary bypass. However, it cannot be concluded that RAS is not associated with AKI after cardiopulmonary bypass

The recent discovery of superconductivity in infinite-layer nickelates generates tremendous research endeavors, but the ground state of their parent compounds is still under debate. Here, we report experimental evidence for the dominant role of Kondo scattering in the underdoped Nd1.xSrxNiO2.hin films. A resistivity minimum associated with logarithmic temperature dependence in both longitudinal and Hall resistivities are observed in the underdoped Nd1.xSrxNiO2.amples before the superconducting transition. At lower temperatures down to 0.04 K, the resistivities become saturated, following the prediction of the Kondo model. A linear scaling behavior σx yAHE～ σx xbetween anomalous Hall conductivity σx yAHEand conductivity σx x is revealed, verifying the dominant Kondo scattering at low temperature. The effect of weak(anti-)localization is found to be secondary. Our experiments can help in clarifying the basic physics in the underdoped Nd1.xSrxNiO2.nfinite-layer thin films.

Globally,grasslands,covering about 40%of the Earth’s land area,are vital for supporting important ecosystem functions,services,and livelihoods of millions of ***,grassland degradation is a major threat to the maintenance of ecological services,1.food security,and sustainable development,and directly hinders the global efforts with meeting goals and targets such as the The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration and Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs).Remote sensing approaches have the advantages of spanning large geographical areas withmultiple spatial,spectral,and temporal *** global scale,remote sensing methods used normalized difference vegetation index to determine net primary productivity(NPP),which still is the effectivemethod to indicate grassland *** master the general situation of grassland,we analyzed the global spatial-temporal variation of NPP from 2.01.to 2.1. at the pixel level across the *** presented in Figure 1.,the NPP values of global grasslands showed an obvious variation trend,which indicated a considerable distribution pattern of spatial *** decreasing and increasing trend in grassland NPP covered approximately 2..3%and 74.5%of the total grassland area,respectively.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1.46-031.during its outburst in 2.1. with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1.6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1.1. keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2.Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1.1.+1.5.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

气候变化带来的健康风险与日俱增,煤炭消费及相关碳排放量的反弹,再度敲响了中国气候变化警钟.2.2.年,中国面临了严峻的气候挑战.极端天气事件发生的频率和强度不断上升,许多地区气温纪录屡创新高,全国平均气温攀升至历史第二高位,同时降水量自2.1.0}以来创新低,南方地区遭遇夏秋连旱,而湖南和东北地区则出现了极端降雨和洪涝灾害.采取及时、充分的措施不仅能减轻气候变化对健康的影响,还将保护基础设施不被极端天气破坏.

The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 1. million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October {1.1. and ended in June {1.1.1. and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August {1.1.1. The regular survey started in September {1.1.1. and completed its first year of operation in June {1.1.. The LAMOST DR1.includes a total of 1.1.{1.plates containing {1.955 336 spectra, of which 1.790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 1.. All data with SNR ≥ {1.are formally released as LAMOST DR1.under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of {1.{1.4 696 spectra, of which 1.944 3{1. are stellar spectra, 1.1.08{1.are galaxy spectra and 501. are quasars. The DR1.not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1.061.91. entries）, A-type stars（1.0 073 entries）, and M-type stars（1.1. 5{1. entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

高危型人乳头瘤病毒和子宫颈性传播感染相关因素研究

目的探讨子宫颈性传播感染(sexually transmitted infection,STI)相关病原体与高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染及子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion,SIL)病变程度的相关性。方法收集2.2.年4月至2.2.年2.于首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院妇科门诊因HPV感染行阴道镜检查的患者共432.,设为HPV感染组;将门诊行子宫颈癌机会性筛查结果提示HPV阴性的患者共144例设为对照组。分别于阴道镜检查前及就诊时进行HPV分型和10种STI相关微生物检测,并对结果进行分析。结果(1)HPV感染组与对照组中检出最多的病原体是解脲脲原体(ureaplasma urealyticum,UU),检出率分别为45.6%和53.5%。其中微小脲原体(ureaplasma parvum,Up)占多数(87.8%和81.8%),且以Up6(37.6%和35.1%)、Up3(34.0%和2..6%)和Up1(12.2.和13.0%)单一型阳性为主。(2.HPV感染组中沙眼衣原体(chlamydia trachomatis,CT)、生殖支原体(mycoplasma genitalium,Mg)、淋病奈瑟菌(neisseria gonorrhoeae,NG)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(herpes simple virus typeⅡ,HSV-Ⅱ)的感染率总计为9.3%(40/432.,较对照组4.9%(7/144)升高,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.12.。(3)在阴道镜活检病理提示高级别鳞状上皮内病变(high degree of squamous intraepithelial lesion,HSIL)及以上的患者中,STI相关病原体检出率达56%,仅当Mg与人型支原体(mycoplasma hominis,Mh)合并HPV感染时,HSIL检出率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单一型Up6、3、1为HPV阳性患者中STI相关病原体的常见模式,HPV阳性女性中CT、Mg、NG、HSV-Ⅱ的感染率较正常女性有上升趋势,Mg、Mh与HPV联合感染者更容易发生子宫颈癌前病变。
