背景:经皮椎体成形、经皮椎体后凸成形和膨胀式椎弓根螺钉内固定均可修复原发性骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折,这3种方法各有其优缺点。目的:探讨原发性骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的修复方式及效果。方法:纳入61例诊断为原发性骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的患者,入院后积极做好围手术期的治疗和处理,分别采取经皮椎体成形、经皮椎体后凸成形和膨胀式椎弓根螺钉置入内固定治疗,记录所有患者术前、术后3个月的疼痛目测类比评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI),以及术前、术后3 d及术后3个月伤椎的矢状面指数和Cobb角等指标并进行统计分析。结果与结论:(1)所有患者术后均获得随访,随访时间12-18个月;(2)3组患者术前的疼痛目测类比评分、ODI、伤椎的矢状面指数及Cobb角比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);(3)3组术后3个月的疼痛目测类比评分、ODI均较术前降低,差异有显著性意义(P0.05);(4)3组术后3 d、术后3个月伤椎的矢状面指数、Cobb角均较术前增大,差异有显著性意义(P0.05),且优于经皮椎体成形组(P<0.05);(5)结果说明,3种修复方式均能有效恢复椎体高度和强度,缓解疼痛,稳定脊柱,术后短期内椎体无明显的压缩;但在术后椎体高度的恢复程度方面,经皮椎体后凸成形、膨胀式椎弓根螺钉内固定优于经皮椎体成形。另外,3种修复方案均有各自的适应证、优缺点,正确选择修复方式是提高修复效果的关键。

古代多色硅酸盐制品的光谱学分析及方法学研究

采用自主搭建的多光谱成像系统、便携式X射线荧光光谱仪(X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,XRF)、激光拉曼光谱仪(laser Raman spectrometer,LRS)对5件战国时期多色硅酸盐制品的表面物质的光谱特性、化学成分和物相结构进行了无损分析。根据多光谱图像中的光谱响应情况,对样品表面物质进行了区域划分,并发现样品表面的多数蓝、绿、紫色系区域出现荧光现象。XRF检测结果表明不同区域的化学成分存在明显差异,但多数区域均以SiO_2,PbO,BaO为主要化学成分,5件样品基本属于铅钡硅酸盐体系,而且出现荧光区域皆是铜离子致色。LRS精确检测出各个区域中的玻璃相、中国蓝、中国紫、石英、赤铁矿、铅白、无定形碳等物相,并发现产生可见发光二极管致近红外荧光的物质为中国蓝和中国紫。利用X射线衍射技术(X-ray diffraction,XRD)验证了LRS检测结果的正确性。本研究将多用于书画分析的多光谱成像面检测技术与常用于硅酸盐文物成分分析的XRF和LRS技术进行有效结合,提出了一套更为高效的无损的分析古代多色硅酸盐制品的研究方法。光谱图像与X射线荧光光谱、激光拉曼光谱数据的结合,将样品的光谱特性与化学构成联系起来,有助于提高硅酸盐文物的分析效率,加强对硅酸盐文物的整体认识,和降低硅酸盐文物的受损风险。

本文以内蒙古鄂尔多斯地区常见树种小叶杨为试材,饱和蒸汽为传热介质,饱和蒸汽温度为160℃(0.6MPa)、170℃(0.8MPa)和180℃(1.0MPa),处理时间为1h、2h和3h对试材进行不同条件的热处理,通过X射线衍射仪研究和分析热处理温度、热处理时间对处理材结晶特性的影响,结果表明:处理材的相对结晶度随温度的升高和时间的延长而增大;当饱和蒸汽温度为180℃(1.0MPa)、时间为3h时,处理材的相对结晶度最高为68.51%,比对照组高24.35%。

Estimation and attribution of evapotranspiration （ET） and its components under changing environment is still a challenge but is essential for understanding the mechanisms of water and energy transfer subsequently regional water resources management. In this study， an improved hydrological model is developed to estimate evapotranspiration and its components i.e.， evaporation （E） and transpiration （T） by integrated the advantages of hydrological modeling constrained by water balance and the water-carbon close relationships. Results show that the improved hydrological model could captures ET and its components well in the study region. During the past years， annual ET and E increase obviously about 2.40mm/a and 1.42mm/a， particularly in spring and summer accounting for 90%. T shows less increasement and mainly increases in spring while it decreases in summer. Precipitation is the dominant factor and contributes 74.1% and 90.0% increases of annual ET and E， while the attribution of T changes is more complex by coupling of the positive effects of precipitation， rising temperature and interactive influences， the negative effects of solar diming and elevated CO2. In the future， ET and its components tend to increase under most of the Shared Socioeconomic Pathways （SSP） scenarios except for T decreases under the very high emissions scenario （SSP5-8.5） based on the projections. From seasonal perspective， the changes of ET and the components are mainly in spring and summer accounting for 75%， while more slightly changes are found in autumn and winter. This study highlights the effectiveness of estimating ET and its components by improving hydrological model within water-carbon coupling relationships， and more complex mechanisms of transpiration changes than evapotranspiration and evaporation changes under the interactive effects of climate variability and vegetation dynamics. 基于FLUENT软件信息传递模式的多点接口(MPI)并行计算平台,在二次开发框架内通过用户自定义函数(UDFs)文件发展计算流体力学-离散单元法(CFD-DEM)耦合并行算法.该算法具有随计算节点数增加的良好扩展性能和加速性能.采用该算法数值模拟了单沉浸管流化床内的颗粒混合过程,揭示了气固两相的运动特性和颗粒混合机制,考察了沉浸管的磨损特性.结果表明:沉浸管引起床内气泡的聚并和破碎,气泡主要绕沉浸管而非沿两侧壁向上移动,随着表观气速的增加,气相流场沿径向的分布更加均匀;颗粒宏观流动结构与分布呈现出明显的径向非均匀特性;沉浸管的存在和表观气速的增加均有助于颗粒混合,使颗粒达到完全混合的时间减少;颗粒撞击管壁的频次和冲刷速度是造成沉浸管磨损的主要原因.
