The disk around MWC 480 has shown multiple substructures in both dust and gas observations,possibly suggesting ongoing planet formation in *** this paper,we explore the gas kinematics of the MWC 480 disk by analyzing the archival Atacama Large Millimeter/submillimeter Array observations of^(12)CO(J=2-1),^(13)CO(J=2-1),and C^(18)O(J=2-1).By modeling the line-of-sight velocities,inferred from the Doppler shifts of the emission lines,we are able to decompose the three-dimensional(3D)velocity field of the disk into rotational,radial,and vertical *** analysis reveals the presence of large-scale gas flows in the(r,z)***,we identify potential meridional flows across various heights as traced by all three CO isotopologues in the 80–120 au region,possibly associated with ongoing planet formation activities in this ***,we find upward flows near 200 au for all three CO isotopologues,which may point to the presence of disk winds.

BACKGROUND Colon cancer presents a substantial risk to the well-being of elderly people *** advancements in medical technology,surgical treatment has become the primary approach for managing colon cancer ***,due to age-related physiological changes,especially a decline in cognitive function,older patients are more susceptible to the effects of surgery and anesthesia,increasing the relative risk of postoperative cognitive dysfunction(POCD).There-fore,in the surgical treatment of elderly patients with colon cancer,it is of pa-ramount importance to select an appropriate anesthetic approach to reduce the occurrence of POCD,protect brain function,and improve surgical success *** One hundred and seventeen patients with colon cancer who underwent elective surgery under general anesthesia were selected and divided into two groups:A and *** A received Dex before anesthesia induction,and B group received an equivalent amount of normal *** in the mini-mental state exami-nation,regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO2),bispectral index,glucose uptake rate(GluER),lactate production rate(LacPR),serum S100βand neuron-specific enolase(NSE),POCD,and adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two *** Surgical duration,duration of anesthesia,and intraoperative blood loss were comparable between the two groups(P>0.05).The overall dosage of anesthetic drugs used in group A,including propofol and remifentanil,was significantly lower than that used in group B(Pmin after the start of surgery,and immediately after extubation,higher GluER values and lower LacPR values at the time of endotra-cheal intubation,30 min after the start of surgery,immediately after extubation,and 5 min after extubation(P<0.05).Group A exhibited lower levels of serum S100βand NSE 24 h postoperatively and a lower incidence of cognitive dysfunction on the 1st and

Hydro-morphological processes(HMP,any natural phenomenon contained within the spectrum defined between debris flows and flash floods)are globally occurring natural hazards which pose great threats to our society,leading to fatalities and economical *** this reason,understanding the dynamics behind HMPs is needed to aid in hazard and risk *** this work,we take advantage of an explainable deep learning model to extract global and local interpretations of the HMP occurrences across the whole Chinese *** use a deep neural network architecture and interpret the model results through the spatial pattern of SHAP *** doing so,we can understand the model prediction on a hierarchical basis,looking at how the predictor set controls the overall susceptibility as well as doing the same at the level of the single mapping *** model accurately predicts HMP occurrences with AUC values measured in a ten-fold cross-validation ranging between 0.83 and *** level of predictive performance attests for an excellent prediction *** main difference with respect to traditional statistical tools is that the latter usually lead to a clear interpretation at the expense of high performance,which is otherwise reached via machine/deep learning solutions,though at the expense of *** recent development of explainable Al is the key to combine both *** this work,we explore this combination in the context of HMP susceptibility ***,we demonstrate the extent to which one can enter a new level of data-driven interpretation,supporting the decision-making process behind disaster risk mitigation and prevention actions.

The positional information of objects is crucial to enable robots to perform grasping and pushing manipulations in *** effectively perform grasping and pushing manipu-lations,robots need to perceive the position information of objects,including the co-ordinates and spatial relationship between objects(e.g.,proximity,adjacency).The authors propose an end-to-end position-aware deep Q-learning framework to achieve efficient collaborative pushing and grasping in ***,a pair of conjugate pushing and grasping attention modules are proposed to capture the position information of objects and generate high-quality affordance maps of operating positions with features of pushing and grasping *** addition,the authors propose an object isolation metric and clutter metric based on instance segmentation to measure the spatial re-lationships between objects in cluttered *** further enhance the perception capacity of position information of the objects,the authors associate the change in the object isolation metric and clutter metric in cluttered environment before and after performing the action with reward function.A series of experiments are carried out in simulation and real-world which indicate that the method improves sample efficiency,task completion rate,grasping success rate and action efficiency compared to state-of-the-art end-to-end *** that the authors’system can be robustly applied to real-world use and extended to novel *** material is available at https://***/NhG\_k5v3NnM}{https://***/NhG\_k5v3NnM.

This paper concerns the event-triggered distributed cross-dimensional formation control problem of heterogeneous multi-agent systems(HMASs)subject to limited network *** central aim is to design an effective distributed formation control scheme that will achieve the desired formation control objectives even in the presence of restricted ***,a multi-dimensional HMAS is first developed,where a group of agents are assigned to several subgroups based on their ***,to mitigate the excessive consumption of communication resources,a cross-dimensional event-triggered communication mechanism is designed to reduce the information interaction among agents with different *** the proposed event-based communication mechanism,the problem of HMAS cross-dimensional formation control is transformed into the asymptotic stability problem of a closed-loop error ***,several stability criteria for designing a cross-dimensional formation control protocol and communication schedule are presented in an environment where there is no information interaction among follower ***,a simulation case study is provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed formation control protocol.

Background The role of human lineage mutations(HLMs)in human evolution through post-transcriptional modification is *** To investigate the contribution of HLMs to human evolution through post-transcriptional *** We applied a deep learning model Seqweaver to predict how HLMs impact RNA-binding protein *** We found that only 0.27%of HLMs had significant impacts on RNA-binding proteins at the threshold of the top 1%of human common *** HLMs enriched in a set of conserved genes highly expressed in adult excitatory neurons and prenatal Purkinje neurons,and were involved in synapse organisation and the GTPase *** genes also carried excess damaging coding mutations that caused neurodevelopmental disorders,ataxia and *** these genes,NTRK2 and ITPR1 had the most aggregated evidence of functional importance,suggesting their essential roles in cognition and *** Our findings suggest that a small subset of human-specific mutations have contributed to human speciation through impacts on post-transcriptional modification of critical brain-related genes.
