Drug discovery is a sophisticated process that incorporates scientific innovations and cuttingedge *** to traditional bioactivity-based screening methods,encoding and display technologies for combinatorial libraries have recently advanced from proof-of-principle experiments to promising tools for pharmaceutical hit discovery due to their high screening efficiency,throughput,and resource *** review systematically summarizes the development history,typology,and prospective applications of encoding and displayed technologies,including phage display,ribosomal display,mRNA display,yeast cell display,one-bead one-compound,DNA-encoded,peptide nucleic acidencoded,and new peptide-encoded technologies,and examples of preclinical and clinical *** discuss the progress of novel targeted therapeutic agents,covering a spectrum from small-molecule inhibitors and nonpeptidic macrocycles to linear,monocyclic,and bicyclic peptides,in addition to *** also address the pending challenges and future prospects of drug discovery,including the size of screening libraries,advantages and disadvantages of the technology,clinical translational potential,and market *** review is intended to establish a comprehensive high-throughput drug discovery strategy for scientific researchers and clinical drug developers.

Cobalt selenide(CoSe_(2))has garnered considerable attention as a prospective anode candidate for advanced lithium-ion storage,prompting comprehensive ***,CoSe_(2)-based anodes usually suffer from significant volume variation upon lithiation leading to unsatisfactory cycling ***,a versatile synthesis route is proposed for the in-situ fabrication of CoSe2nanoparticles embedded in N-dope carbon skeleton(CoSe_(2)@NC)through annealing treatment and selenization of a metal–organic framework-derived(MOF)*** N-doped carbon derived from the MOF serves not only as an excellent conductive substrate but also as a confined reactor,effectively inhibiting the structural instability and alleviating the inevitable volume change of CoSe_(2).Owing to their unique nanostructure,the as-prepared CoSe_(2)@NC exhibits a high capacity of 745.9mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1),while maintaining excellent rate capability and an impressive ***,the assembled lithium-ion capacitor(LIC)based on CoSe_(2)@NC demonstrates an energy density of 130Wh·kg^(-1),a power density of 24.6 kW·kg^(-1),and remarkable capacity retention of 90.8%after 8000 *** results highlight the great potential of CoSe_(2)@NC for practical applications.

The fabrication of light-weight,highly impact-resistant,and energy-absorbent materials is urgently demanded in many facets of the society from body armor to aerospace engineering,especially under an extreme *** nanotubes(CNTs),one of the strongest and toughest materials ever found,also have good conductivity,chemical stability,and thermal stability,etc,making them a competitive candidate as building blocks to help achieve the above *** this work,a kind of CNT network was prepared by using chlorosulfonic acid(CSA)to release the internal stress of super-aligned carbon nanotube films(SA-CNTF)and dendritic polyamide amine(PAMAM)to further introduce multiple hydrogen bonds and interlocking *** fabricated bioinspired carbon nanotube network films(PAMAM@C-CNTF)have a high toughness of 45.97 MJ/m3,showing an increase of 420%compared to neat *** importantly,the anti-impact performance of the films(e.g.,with a maximum specific energy absorption of 1.40 MJ/kg under 80-100 m/s projectile impact)is superior to that of conventional protective materials from steel and Kevlar fiber,and also exceeds that of any other reported carbon-based *** hierarchical energy dissipation mechanism was further revealed through experiment and *** functions including intelligent heating/anti-icing,ultraviolet protection,as well as electromagnetic interference shielding properties make these network films have great potential in practical multi-protection applications,especially under an extreme environment.

The exploration of material failure behavior not only involves defining its limits and underlying mechanisms but also entails devising strategies for improvement and protection in extreme ***'ve pioneered an advanced multi-scale,high-speed ascending thermal shock testing platform capable of inducing unprecedented heat shocks at rates surpassing 105℃/*** meticulous examination of the thermal shock responses of carbon nanotube(CNT)films,we've achieved remarkable *** employing an innovative macro-scale synchronous tightening and relaxing approach,we've attained a critical temperature differential in CNT films that exceeds an exceptional 2500℃—surpassing any previously reported metric for highperformance,thermal-shock-resistant ***,these samples have demonstrated exceptional resilience,retaining virtually unchanged strength even after enduring 10,000 thermal shock cycles at temperatures exceeding 1000℃.Furthermore,our research has revealed a novel thermal shock/fatigue failure mechanism that fundamentally diverges from conventional theories centered on thermal stress.

The rapid advancement in the miniaturization,integration,and intelligence of electronic devices has escalated the demand for customizable microsupercapacitors(MSCs)with high energy ***,efficient microfabrication of safe and high‐energy MXene MSCs for integrating microelectronics remains a significant challenge due to the low voltage window in aqueous electrolytes(typically≤0.6 V)and limited areal mass loading of MXene ***,we tackle these challenges by developing a highconcentration(18mol kg^(−1))“water‐in‐LiBr”(WiB)gel electrolyte for MXene symmetric MSCs(M‐SMSCs),demonstrating a record high voltage window of 1.8 ***,additive‐free aqueous MXene ink with excellent rheological behavior is developed for three‐dimensional(3D)printing customizable all‐MXene microelectrodes on various *** the synergy of a highvoltage WiB gel electrolyte and 3D‐printed microelectrodes,quasi‐solid‐state MSMSCs operating stably at 1.8 V are constructed,and achieve an ultrahigh areal energy density of 1772μWhcm^(−2)and excellent low‐temperature tolerance,with a long‐term operation at−40℃.Finally,by extending the 3D printing protocol,M‐SMSCs are integrated with humidity sensors on a single planar substrate,demonstrating their reliability in miniaturized integrated microsystems.

Crystallization process determines the quality of perovskite films and the performances of resultant perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Dimethylamine oxalate has been proven as a multifunctional modulator,and is explored as an efficient additive in manipulating the crystallization process of CsPbI_(3) perovskite *** one hand,oxalate serves as the precipitator that facilitates the nucleation process of *** larger size of intermediate is conductive to the larger size and smaller grain boundaries of resultant *** the other hand,in subsequent annealing process,the phase conversion and growth process of transient perovskite can be decelerated due to the strong interactions of oxalate with both dimethylamine cation(DMA^(+))and Pb^(2+).Due to the optimized crystallization kinetics,the morphology and quality of CsPbI_(3) perovskite films are comprehensively improved with lower defect concentrations,and charge recombination loss is effectively *** from the optimized crystal quality of perovskite films,the carbon electrode-based CsPbI_(3) PSCs exhibit a champion efficiency of 18.48%.This represents one of the highest levels among all hole transport layer-free inorganic perovskite solar cells.
