Silicon monoxide(SiO)is widely recognized as a promising anode material for next-generation lithium-ion *** to its metastable amorphous structure,SiO exhibits a highly complex degree of crystallization at the microscopic level,which significantly influences its electrochemical *** a consequence,accurately regulating the crystallization of SiO,and further establishing the relationship between crystallinity and electrochemical performance are very critical for SiO *** this article,carbon-coated SiO materials with different crystallinity degrees were synthesized using lithium hydroxide monohydrate(LiOH·H_(2)O)as a structural modifier to reveal this ***,moderate amount of LiOH·H_(2)O addition results in the forming of an oxygen-rich shell,which effectively inhibits the inward migration of oxygen atoms on the SiO surface and suppresses volume ***,the crystallinity of SiO will gradually enhance and the crystalline phase appears with increasing the amount of LiOH·H_(2)O,which will generate a deteriorative Li+diffusion *** balancing the above two contradictions,a mass fraction of 1%LiOH·H_(2)O for the additive yielded SiO@C-1,characterized by optimal ***@C-1 demonstrates exceptional long-cycle stability with 74.8%capacity retention after 500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1).Furthermore,it achieves a capacity retention of 52.2%even at a high density of 5 A·g^(-1).This study first reveals the relationship between SiO crystallinity and electrochemical performance,which efficiently guides the design of high-performance SiO anodes.

High Impedance Fault Detection Based on Attention Mechanism and Object Identification

Detection of high impedance faults(HIFs)has been traditionally a main challenge in the protection of distribution systems,since they do not generate enough current to be reliably detected by conventional over-current ***-based methods are alternative HIF detection methods which avoid threshold settings by training a classification or regression ***,most of them lack interpretability and are not compatible with various distribution *** paper proposes an object detection-based HIF detection method,which has higher visualization and can be easily applied to different ***,based on the analysis of HIFs,a Butterworth band-pass filter is designed for HIF harmonic feature ***,based on the synchronized data provided by distribution-level phasor measurement units,global HIF feature gray-scale images are formed through combining the topology information of the distribution *** further enhance the feature information,a locally excitatory globally inhibitory oscillator region attention mechanism(LEGIO-RAM)is proposed to highlight the critical feature regions and inhibit useless and fake ***,an object detection network based You Only Look Once(YOLO)v2 is established to achieve fast HIF detection and section *** obtained results from the simulation of the proposed approach on three different distribution networks and one realistic distribution network verify that the proposed method is highly effective in terms of reliability and generalization.

Study on the flow structure in curved open channels with suspended vegetation using multi relaxation time lattice Boltzmann method

Suspended vegetation in rivers,lakes,reservoirs and canals can change flow structure,which will in turn affect the sediment transport and cause the variation of water ecological *** order to study the characteristics of bend flow through suspended vegetation,three-dimensional numerical simulations are carried out by using the multi-relaxation-time lattice Boltzmann method(MRT-LBM).The drag force induced by vegetation is added in the velocity correction in the equilibrium distribution and a hybrid format combined bounce and specular reflection scheme is applied in the solid-fluid *** the validation of this model,six cases are designed to conduct the numerical simulations according to the root depth and the arrangement of *** simulated results show that the suspended vegetation can redistribute the flow structure in curved open *** the arrangement of suspended vegetation,the main flow moves to the side without vegetation,and the distribution of velocity tends to be balanced when vegetation is arranged on the entire cross section,the range of circulating current is reduced from the whole cross section to the local position without vegetation,however,the circulating current can still exist in the curve where the suspended vegetation enters less than half of the water *** addition,it can also be concluded that the suspended vegetation can affect the lateral gradient of flow velocity,and the bed shear stress in the curved channel.

Exploring the dynamic three-dimensional chromatin architecture and transcriptional landscape in goose liver tissues underlying metabolic adaptations induced by a high-fat diet

Background Goose, descendants of migratory ancestors, have undergone extensive selective breeding, resulting in their remarkable ability to accumulate fat in the liver and exhibit a high tolerance for significant energy intake. As a result, goose offers an excellent model for studying obesity, metabolic disorders, and liver diseases in mammals. Although the impact of the three-dimensional arrangement of chromatin within the cell nucleus on gene expression and transcriptional regulation is widely acknowledged, the precise functions of chromatin architecture reorganization during fat deposition in goose liver tissues still need to be fully *** In this study, geese exhibited more pronounced changes in the liver index and triglyceride(TG) content following the consumption of the high-fat diet(HFD) than mice without significant signs of inflammation. Additionally, we performed comprehensive analyses on 10 goose liver tissues(5 HFD, 5 normal), including generating highresolution maps of chromatin architecture, conducting whole-genome gene expression profiling, and identifying H3K27ac peaks in the livers of geese and mice subjected to the HFD. Our results unveiled a multiscale restructuring of chromatin architecture, encompassing Compartment A/B, topologically associated domains, and interactions between promoters and enhancers. The dynamism of the three-dimensional genome architecture, prompted by the HFD, assumed a pivotal role in the transcriptional regulation of crucial genes. Furthermore, we identified genes that regulate chromatin conformation changes, contributing to the metabolic adaptation process of lipid deposition and hepatic fat changes in geese in response to excessive energy intake. Moreover, we conducted a cross-species analysis comparing geese and mice exposed to the HFD, revealing unique characteristics specific to the goose liver compared to a mouse. Bone metastasis,a life-threatening complication of advanced breast cancer,is often accompanied by debilitating pain(cancer-induced bone pain,CIBP)that severely impairs life quality and *** concurrent treatment of bone metastases and CIBP remains a clinical challenge because the therapeutic options are *** this study,we construct a near-infrared light-activated nano-therapeutic system to meet this *** detail,sorafenib(SRF)and photosensitizer(chlorin e6,Ce6)are encapsulated into mesoporous hydroxyapatite nanoparticles(HANPs),which are further functionalized with hyaluronic acid(HA)to obtain HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs *** designed nanoplatform destroys tumor cells in vitro and in vivo via the synergism of SRF(interrupting the exchange of cystine/glutamate by inhibiting SLC7A11)and photodynamic therapy(PDT,inducing reactive oxygen species generation).The decrease in tumor burden and reduction of extracellular glutamate significantly attenuate CIBP in mice model with developing bone ***,the combination of HA-SRF/Ce6@HANPs and PDT inhibit osteoclasts activation,promote osteoblast differentiation and accelerate bone ***,the nanoagent with good biocompatibility may provide an effective therapy method for the concurrent treatment of breast cancer bone metastasis and CIBP.

A newly proposed heatstroke-induced coagulopathy score in patients with heat illness: A multicenter retrospective study in China

Purpose:In patients with heatstroke, disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) is associated with greater risk of in-hospital mortality. However, time-consuming assays or a complex diagnostic system may delay immediate treatment. Therefore, the present study proposes a new heatstroke-induced coagulopathy (HIC) score in patients with heat illness as an early warning indicator for ***:This retrospective study enrolled patients with heat illness in 24 Chinese hospitals from March 2021 to May 2022. Patients under 18 years old, with a congenital clotting disorder or liver disease, or using anticoagulants were excluded. Data were collected on demographic characteristics, routine blood tests, conventional coagulation assays and biochemical indexes. The risk factors related to coagulation function in heatstroke were identified by regression analysis, and used to construct a scoring system for HIC. The data of patients who met the diagnostic criteria for HIC and International Society on Thrombosis and Haemostasis defined-DIC were analyzed. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS ***:The final analysis included 302 patients with heat illness, of whom 131 (43.4%) suffered from heatstroke, including 7 death (5.3%). Core temperature (OR = 1.681, 95% CI 1.291 - 2.189, p heatstroke, and therefore used to construct an HIC scoring system because of their close relation with abnormal coagulation. A total score ≥ 3 indicated HIC, and HIC scores correlated with the score for International Society of Thrombosis and hemostasis-DIC (r = 0.8848, p he incidence of HIC (27.5%) was higher than that of DIC (11.2%) in all of 131 heatstroke patients. Influence of Anteroposterior Symmetrical Aero-Wings on the Aerodynamic Performance of High-Speed Train

The running stability of high-speed train is largely constrained by the wheel-rail coupling relationship,and the continuous wear between the wheel and rail surfaces will profoundly affect the dynamic performance of the *** recent years,under the background of increasing train speed,some scientific researchers have proposed a new idea of using the lift force generated by the aerodynamic wings(aero-wing)installed on the roof to reduce the sprung load of the carriage in order to alleviate the wear and tear of the wheel and *** on the bidirectional running characteristics of high-speed train,this paper proposes a scheme to apply aero-wings with anteroposterior symmetrical cross-sections on the roof of the *** the verification of the wind tunnel experimental data,the relatively better airfoil section and extension formof anteroposterior symmetrical aero-wing is selected respectively in this paper,and the aero-wings are fixedly connected to the roof of the train through the mounting column to conduct aerodynamic simulation *** research shows that:compared with the circular-arc and oval crosssections,this paper believes that the crescent cross-section can form greater aerodynamic lift force in a limited *** factors such as aerodynamic parameters,ground effect,and manufacturing process,this paper proposes to adopt aero-wings with arc type extension form and connect them to the roof of the train through mounting columns with shuttle *** the roof of the train is covered with aero-wings and runs at high speed,the sprung load of the carriages can be effectively ***,there are certain hidden dangers in the tail carriage due to the large amount of lift force,so,the intervention of the aero-wing lifting mechanism is *** the same time,it is necessary to optimize the overall aerodynamic drag force reduction in the followup work.
