As one of the few ecological wetlands in North China,Baiyangdian bears multiple important ecological functions,including ①adjusting the ecological balance of North China;②safeguarding the downstream areas,especially Tianjin City,the Beijing-Shanghai Railway and Huabei Oil Field;③serving as the reservoir for the North-to-South Water Diversion Project and the emergent use of water for Beijing;④conserving *** ecotourism is a scientific and wise use pattern for wetland resources,through which,a source of financing is provided for wetland conservation,economic alternatives are generated for local people to reduce overexploitation on wetland resources and the public awareness of environmental protection is *** wetland ecotourism can benefit the co-existence between human and nature and promote social equity between people,it enjoys broad promise for popularization and *** proactive cooperation and sound interaction between main stakeholders,and the wide participation of the community residents,will guarantee the sustainable development of wetland *** on the analysis of current status of participation and interactive relationships of the main stakeholders in Baiyangdian tourism,this article made an attempt to apply the theory of participatory development to the ecotourism initiatives of Baiyangdian wetland,discussed and brought forward the countermeasures to improve community participation in wetland ecotourism under the guidance of this theory.

Evolution of Jobs-housing Spatial Relationship in Beijing Metropolitan Area:A Job Accessibility Perspective

With the urban expansion and economic restructuring, the jobs-housing relationship has become an important issue in studies on urban spatial structure. This paper employed a job accessibility model, which is an evaluation instrument to measure the jobs-housing relationship in Beijing Metropolitan Area from a job accessibility perspective. The results indicate that the population in the central city is declining, whereas the population in the suburbs is consistently growing and forming new population centers. However, the distribution pattern of employment is still highly centralized. Job accessibility varies in different locations, but the inner-city areas(within the Third Ring road) have seen improved job accessibility over time while job accessibility in the suburbs(especially outside the Fourth Ring road) has decreased, and this has led it to become a primary area of residential and employment mismatch. At the same time, the new towns in the outer suburbs have not yet demonstrated great potential to attract more jobs. In addition we find that, to some extent, urban planning changes the jobs-housing relationship, but a polycentric urban spatial structure is not yet evident. The floating population and related housing policy also affect the jobs-housing relationship. We propose some measures to resolve the spatial mismatch as well as some future research directions.

To achieve information integration, process integration and application integration of enterprise, an enterprise integration platform （EIP） based on service-oriented architecture （SOA） is built. The enterprise integration model depending on encapsulating the business processes as well as the enterprise applications by the neutral and standard web services is presented. The problem how to discover the existed enterprise resources and share them was resolved depending on the mechanism of publishing and discovering the services. The EIP is integrated closely with product lifecycle management （PLM） system so that the process integration as well as orchestration of the business process services is implemented by encapsulating the workflow engine of PLM system. Not only process integration and application integration, but also information integration based on the bill of material （BOM） conversion driven by process are achieved. Finally, an interpretive, qualitative case study on EIP is conducted for this research.

Monascus vinegar(MV) is a typical fermented food with various health-promoting effects. This study aimed to evaluate the role of MV in alleviating high-fat-diet-induced inflammation in rats with hyperlipidemia and elucidate the possible regulatory mechanisms. In the study, serum lipid profiles, liver pathology and liver inflammatory cytokines were analyzed in hyperlipidemia rats with MV(0.5 mL/kg mb, 2 mL/kg mb). Results showed that the administration of MV alleviated dyslipidemia by decreasing the serum and liver levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol. Increase in hepatic lipase and carnitine palmitoyl transferase 1(CPT-1)levels and decrease in hepatocyte steatosis, nephritis, and intestinal tissue injury in the HD group showed that high-dose MV can significantly suppress hepatic lipid accumulation and steatosis. In addition, compared with the model(MOD) group, the HD group showed significantly down-regulated the level of serum or hepatic alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), CPT-1, interleukin(IL)-2, IL-6, IL-12,and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α). Moreover, the HD group showed repressed hepatic nuclear factor κB(NF-κB) pathway and inactivated phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)/mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) pathway mitigated liver inflammation. Similar results were obtained from cell experiments. Collectively, these findings revealed that MV might attenuate high-fat-diet-induced inflammation by inhibiting the NF-κB and PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathways.

Although In2O3 nanofibers （NFs） are well-known candidates as active materials for next-generation, low-cost electronics, these NF based devices still suffer from high leakage current, insufficient on-off current ratios （Ion/Ioff）, and large, negative threshold voltages （VTH）, leading to poor device performance, parasitic energy consumption, and rather complicated circuit design. Here, instead of the conventional surface modification of In2O3 NFs, we present a one-step electrospinning process （i.e., without hot-press） to obtain controllable Mg-doped In2O3 NF networks to achieve high-performance enhancement-mode thin-film transistors （TFTs）. By simply adjusting the Mg doping concentration, the device performance can be manipulated precisely. For the optimal doping concentration of 2 mol%, the devices exhibit a small VTH （3.2 V）, high saturation current （1.1 × 10^-4 A）, large on/off current ratio （〉 10^8）, and respectable peak carrier mobility （2.04 cm2/（V.s））, corresponding to one of the best device performances among all 1D metal-oxide NFs based devices reported so far. When high-K HfOx thin films are employed as the gate dielectric, their electron mobility and VTH can be further improved to 5.30 cm^2/（V.s） and 0.9 V, respectivel）, which demonstrates the promising prospect of these Mg-doped In2O3 NF networks for high- performance, large-scale, and low-power electronics.

Characterization and spatial analysis of coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake in the Xianshuihe fault zone, Southwest China

On September 5, 2022, a magnitude Ms 6.8 earthquake occurred along the Moxi fault in the southern part of the Xianshuihe fault zone located in the southeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau,resulting in severe damage and substantial economic loss. In this study, we established a coseismic landslide database triggered by Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake, which includes 4794 landslides with a total area of 46.79 km^(2). The coseismic landslides primarily consisted of medium and small-sized landslides, characterized by shallow surface sliding. Some exhibited characteristics of high-position initiation resulted in the obstruction or partial obstruction of rivers, leading to the formation of dammed lakes. Our research found that the coseismic landslides were predominantly observed on slopes ranging from 30° to 50°, occurring at between 1000 m and 2500 m, with slope aspects varying from 90° to 180°. Landslides were also highly developed in granitic bodies that had experienced structural fracturing and strong-tomoderate weathering. Coseismic landslides concentrated within a 6 km range on both sides of the Xianshuihe and Daduhe fault zones. The area and number of coseismic landslides exhibited a negative correlation with the distance to fault lines, road networks, and river systems, as they were influenced by fault activity, road excavation, and river erosion. The coseismic landslides were mainly distributed in the southeastern region of the epicenter, exhibiting relatively concentrated patterns within the IX-degree zones such as Moxi Town, Wandong River basin, Detuo Town to Wanggangping Township. Our research findings provide important data on the coseismic landslides triggered by the Luding Ms 6.8 earthquake and reveal the spatial distribution patterns of these landslides. These findings can serve as important references for risk mitigation, reconstruction planning, and regional earthquake disaster research in the earthquake-affected area.

Machine learning enables intelligent screening of interface materials towards minimizing voltage losses for p-i-n type perovskite solar cells

Interface engineering is proved to be the most important strategy to push the device performance of the perovskite solar cell(PSC) to its limit, and numerous works have been conducted to screen efficient materials. Here, on the basis of the previous studies, we employ machine learning to map the relationship between the interface material and the device performance, leading to intelligently screening interface materials towards minimizing voltage losses in p-i-n type PSCs. To enhance the explainability of the machine learning models, molecular descriptors are used to represent the materials. Furthermore,experimental analysis with different characterization methods and device simulation based on the drift-diffusion physical model are conducted to get physical insights and validate the machine learning models. Accordingly, 3-thiophene ethylamine hydrochloride(Th EACl) is screened as an example, which enables remarkable improvements in VOCand PCE of the PSCs. Our work reveals the critical role of datadriven analysis in the high throughput screening of interface materials, which will significantly accelerate the exploration of new materials for high-efficiency PSCs.

Introduction:Mosquito-borne flavivirus can lead to serious infectious diseases worldwide and cause high mortality and *** order to strengthen epidemiological investigation of flavivirus and meet the needs of early warning of diseases,a simple,rapid,and sensitive detection method needs to be established to prevent and control mosquito-borne ***:Using the NS5 gene of flavivirus in GenBank,3 universal primers targeting the conserved regions were *** complementary DNAs(cDNAs)of Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV),dengue virus(DENV),West Nile virus(WNV),and yellow fever virus(YFV)were used as the template to optimize the reaction conditions.A heminested reversetranscriptase polymerase chain reaction(hnRT-PCR)was established to verify the sensitivity and specificity of this method and to detect field-caught ***:Our results showed that this method exhibited better specificity,higher sensitivity,and the ability to detect multiple viruses *** lowest detection limit of JEV,DENV-2,YFV,and WNV was 3×10^(4),3×10^(6),3×10^(5),and 3×10^(4)copies/μL,***-borne flavivirus was successfully detected in the field-caught mosquito samples using the method established in this ***:The hnRT-PCR method established in this study can be employed for the rapid detection of flavivirus and provide technical support for early and rapid diagnosis of mosquito-borne flavivirus.

This study aimed to investigate the functional and morphological changes in the corpus cavernosum after cavernous nerve(CN)injury or neurectomy and then reveal whether treatment with the angiotensin II Type 1 receptor antagonist losartan would improve erectile function as well as its potential mechanisms.A total of 48 10-week-old Sprague-Dawley male rats,weighing 300-350 g,were randomly divided into the following four groups(n=12 per group):sham operation(Sham)group,bilateral cavernous nerve injury(BOND group,losartaretreated BCNI(BCNI+Losartan)group,and bilateral cavernous neurectomy(Neurectomy)*** was administered once daily by oral gavage at a dose of 30 mg kg^-1 day^-1 for 4 weeks starting on the day of *** BCNI and the Neurectomy groups exhibited decreases in erectile response and increases in apoptosis and oxidative stress,compared with the Sham *** with losartan could have a modest effect on erectile function and significantly prevent corporal apoptosis and oxidative stress?The phospho-B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2)-associated death promoter(p-Bad)/Bad and phospho-the protein kinase B(p-AKT)/AKT ratios were substantially lower,while the Bcl-2-associated X protein(Bax)/Bcl-2 ratio,nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2)/Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1(Keap-1),transforming growth factor-p 1(TGF-pi)and heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)levels,and caspase-3 activity were higher in the BCNI and Neurectomy groups than in the Sham *** 4 weeks of daily administration with losartan,these expression levels were remarkably attenuated compared with the BCNI *** together,our results suggested that early administration of losartan after CN injury could slightly improve erectile function and significantly reduce corporal apoptosis and oxidative stress by inhibiting the Akt/Bad/Bax/caspase-3 and Nrf2/Keap-1 pathways.
