Flexible solid-state cooling devices with high efficiency are attracted to ferroelectric polymers with excellent negative electrocaloric(EC)*** is challenging to obtain a large negative EC effect in ferroelectric polymers due to the lack of tunable techniques.A giant negative EC response was obtained in the poly(vinylidene fluoride-trifluoroethylene)copolymers(P(VDF-TrFE),70/30,in mole ratio)irra-diated with high-energy *** irradiated P(VDF-TrFE)films showed an adiabatic temperature change of-13.5 K at 40 MV/m under a dose of 5 Mrad(1 Mrad=10^(4) J/kg)obtained by the indirect *** significant negative EC effect is attributed to the enhancement of crystalline due to the entry of polymer molecules into the amorphous to crystalline structure and the reduction of heat ca-pacity due to the increase of *** addition,X-ray irradiation improves the dielectric coefficient from 15 to *** research indicates that irradiation can modify the negative EC properties of ferro-electric polymers for solid-state cooling.

Reasonable design and applications of graphene-based materials are supposed to be promising ways to tackle many fundamental problems emerging in lithium batteries,including suppression of electrode/electrolyte side reactions,stabilization of electrode architecture,and improvement of conductive ***,extensive fundamental research on this aspect has been performed so ***,when it comes to large-scale industrial applications,the utilization of graphene-based materials progresses at a very slow ***,there presents a severe technological decoupling between academic research and industrial application,and there is an urgent need to link ***,in order to address current issues of graphene-based materials used in lithium batteries,we present their latest advancements with stateof-the-art *** applications of graphenebased materials in practical lithium batteries are highlighted and predicted to bridge the gap between the academic progress and industrial manufacture,thereby paving the way for accelerating the development of graphenebased material as well as lithium battery industry.

Fivenovel Daphniphyllum alkaloids,named dcalycinumines A-E(1-4,6),andeight previously described Daphniphyllum alkaloids(5,7-13)were isolated from Daphniphyllum *** 1 is the first Daphniphyllum alkaloid possessing a highly rearranged 6/6/6/7/5/6 hexacyclic architecture with a unique 3-methyl-1-azabicyclo[4,4,0]decane ring *** 2.represents a rare diamino Daphniphyllum alkaloid with an unprecedented 6/5/5/6/6/5 carbon skeleton featuring a unique 1-aza-6-azaspiro[4,5]decane unit,whereas 3 also represents a rare diamino Daphniphyllum alkaloid as a possible precursor of *** 4 is the second example of c-2.-nor yuzurimine-type *** structures and absolute configurations were elucidated by HRESIMS,NMR spectroscopic analyses,EcD calculations,and single-crystal X-ray ***,compound 1 showed remarkable antitumor activities,which could inhibit the proliferation,migration and invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells,and promoted nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells apoptosis.

Fossil mammal-riched Neogene strata are widely distributed in the southeast corner of the huge Longzhong Basin at Tianshui, Gansu Province, northern central china. Hipparion weihoense, a typical member of late Middle Miocene Bahean stage, was recently excavated at Yaodian along a well-exposed outcrop. Owing to the importance of the Bahean stage in the mammalian evolution and its potential for environmental change, we suggested a name of Yaodian Formation for the stratigra- phy, which is correlated to the Bahe Formation at Lantian, Shaanxi. High resolution paleomagnetic dating of the section shows that the Yaodian Formation covers the period between 11.67 Ma and 7.43 Ma, with the site bearing Hipparion weihoense being estimated at about 10.54―10.30 Ma, providing first magnetostratigraphic chronology for the Bahean Stage. The Yaodian Formation consists of fluvial channel deposits (11.67―10.40 Ma) at the bottom, floodplain deposits in the middle (10.40―9.2. Ma) and shallow lake sediments at the top (9.2.―7.43 Ma). This upward fining sequence suggests that the relief in nearby mountain ranges such as West Qinling to the south and Huajia ling to the north was greatly reduced after long-term denudation, fluvial transport capacity was low, and finally the drainage system was disintegrated, replaced with broad-shallow lakes in which only fine sediments like mud and marlite were deposited, indicating an old stage of development of a planation surface. A remarkable shift in ecology and climatic environment was found at 7.4―7.7 Ma when paleoclimate changed from early warm humid to late dry as indicated by sedimentary facies changed from early shallow lake sequence to late eolian red clays and a former coniferous-deciduous mixed forest was replaced by grassland, leading to great growth of Hipparion Fauna of Baodean stage in the region. Therefore, it is estimated that the present high relief of Qinling and drainage pattern did not come into being until Late Pliocene in response

Au is considered as one of the most promising catalysts for nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR),however maximizing the activity utilization rate of Au and understanding the synergistic effects between Au and carriers pose ongoing ***,we systematically explore the synergistic catalytic effect of incorporating Au with boron clusters for accelerating NRR *** in-situ abinitio strategy is employed to construct B-doped Au nanoparticles(2.6 nm in diameter)loaded on bo_(x) substrates(Aubo_(x)),in which B not only modulates the surface electronic structure of Au but also forms strong coupling interactions to stabilize the *** electrochemical results show that Au-bo_(x) possesses excellent NRR activity(NH_(3) yield of 48.52.g h^(-1)mg_(cat)^(-1),Faraday efficiency of 56.18%),and exhibits high stability and reproducibility throughout the electrocatalytic NRR *** calculations reveal that the introduction of B induces the formation of both Au dangling bond and Au-B coupling *** considerably facilitates the hydrogenation of~*N_(2.^(-)~*NH_(3).The present work provides a new avenue for the preparation of metal-boron materials achieved by one-step reduction and doping process,utilizing boron clusters as reducing and stabilizing agents.

BACKGROUND The measurement of triceps skinfold(TSF)thickness serves as a noninvasive metric for evaluating subcutaneous fat *** its clinical utility,the TSF thickness trajectories and their correlation with overall mortality have not been thoroughly *** To explore TSF thickness trajectories of Chinese adults and to examine their associations with all-cause *** This study encompassed a cohort of 14747 adults sourced from the china Health and Nutrition *** class trajectory modeling was employed to identify distinct trajectories of TSF *** were classified into subgroups reflective of their respective TSF thickness *** utilized multivariate Cox regression analyses and mediation examinations to explore the link between TSF thickness trajectory and overall mortality,including contributory *** Upon adjustment for multiple confounding factors,we discerned that males in the‘Class 2.Thin-stable’and‘Class 3:Thin-moderate’TSF thickness trajectories exhibited a markedly reduced risk of mortality from all causes in comparison to the‘Class 1:Extremely thin’*** the mediation analyses,the Geriatric Nutritional Risk Index was found to be a partial intermediary in the relationship between TSF thickness trajectories and *** females,a lower TSF thickness pattern was significantly predictive of elevated all-cause mortality risk exclusively within the non-elderly *** In males and non-elderly females,lower TSF thickness trajectories are significantly predictive of heightened mortality risk,independent of single-point TSF thickness,{2.dy mass index,and waist circumference.

Quantum-confined CsPbBr_(3) perovskites are promising blue emitters for ultra-high-definition displays,but their soft lattice caused by highly ionic nature has a limited ***,we endow CsPbBr_(3) nanoplatelets(NPLs)with atomic crystal-like structural rigidity through proper surface engineering,by using strongly bound N-dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA).A stable,rigid crystal structure,as well as uniform,orderly-arranged surface of these NPLs is achieved by optimizing intermediate reaction stage,by switching from molecular clusters to mono-octahedra,while interaction with DBSA resulted in formation of a Cs_(x)O monolayer shell capping the NPL *** a result,both structural and optical stability of the CsPbBr3 NPLs is enhanced by strong covalent bonding of DBSA,which inhibits undesired phase transitions and decomposition of the perovskite phase potentially caused by ligand ***,rather small amount of DBSA ligands at the NPL surface results in a short inter-NPL spacing in their closely-packed films,which facilitates efficient charge injection and *** photoluminescence of the produced CsPbBr_(3) NPLs is bright(nearly unity emission quantum yield)and peaks at 457 nm with an extremely narrow bandwidth of 3.7 nm at 80 K,while the bandwidth of the electroluminescence(peaked at 460 nm)also reaches a record-narrow value of 15 nm at room *** value corresponds to the CIE coordinates of(0.141,0.062.,which meets Rec.2.2. standards for ultra-high-definition displays.

Mesoporous metals with large surface area, high pore volume, and uniform pore structure hold excellent advantages for various applications. However, the state-of-the-art synthesis methods are still limited to wet chemistry, which requires excessive solvents and a time-consuming drying process. Here, we report a facile and general mechanochemical coordination self-assembly strategy to prepare mesoporous metals(e.g., Rh, Ru, Ir, Pt, Pd, Ag, Co, and Ni) with remarkable porous properties by using metal chlorides and cationic polymer interplay. Compared with the wet chemistry process, this method proceeds without solvents and does not need complicated experimental conditions and long synthetic periods, which not only greatly reduces the consumption of cost and energy and environmental pollution, but also improves the synthesis efficiency and yield of target products. We believe the developed approach will provide a general pathway for the scalable preparation of advanced porous materials.
