Plastic offers a new niche for microorganisms,the *** everincreasing emission of plastic waste makes it critical to understand the microbial ecology of the plastisphere and associated ***,we present a global fingerprint of the plastisphere,analyzing samples collected from freshwater,seawater,and terrestrial *** plastisphere assembles a distinct microbial community that has a clearly higher heterogeneity and a more deterministically dominated assembly compared to natural *** coexistence patterns—loose and fragile networks with mostly specialist linkages among microorganisms that are rarely found in natural habitats—are seen in the *** microbiomes generally have a great potential to metabolize organic compounds,which could accelerate carbon *** involved in the nitrogen cycle are also altered in the plastisphere,especially in freshwater plastispheres,where a high abundance of denitrifiers may increase the release of nitrite(aquatic toxicant)and nitrous oxide(greenhouse gas).Enrichment of animal,plant,and human pathogens means that the plastisphere could become an increasingly mobile reservoir of harmful *** findings highlight that if the trajectory of plastic emissions is not reversed,the expanding plastisphere could pose critical planetary health challenges.

As a radical treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),liver transplantation(LT)has become an ideal treatment option for certain HCC *** patients beyond the Milan criteria,high HCC recurrence risk is a vital factor affecting the ***,a firstgeneration mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR)inhibitor,decreased recurrence rates and prolonged overall survival(OS)compared with calcineurin inhibitors(CNI)-based mTOR inhibitor-free immunosuppression.[1]However,some patients taking sirolimus after LT regularly do still have HCC recurrence in clinical ***,predicting the efficacy of sirolimus from the perspective of molecular pathology is expected to break through this bottleneck.

Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)h ave attracted widespread attention due to their large surface area and porous *** designing the nanostructures of MOFs to promote their application in ethanol electrooxidation is still a ***,a novel Cu-NCNs(Cu-nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes)support was synthesized by pyrolysis of melamine(MEL)and Cu-ZIF-8 together,and then,Pd-Au nanoalloys were loaded by sodium borohydride reduction method to prepare PdAu@Cu-NCNs *** generating mesoporous carbon with high specific surface area and favorable electron and mass transport can be used as a potential excellent carrier for PdAu *** addition,the balance of catalyst composition and surface structure was tuned by controlling the content of Pd and ***,the best-performed Pd_(2.Au_(2.@Cu-NCN-1000-2.where 1000 means the carrier calcination temperature,and 2.means the calcination constant temperature time)catalyst exhibits better long-term stability and electrochemical activity for ethanol oxidation in alkaline media(4.80 A·mg^(-1)),which is 5.05 times higher than that of commercial Pd/C(0.95 A·mg^(-1)).Therefore,this work is beneficial to further promoting the application of MOFs in direct ethanol fuel cells(DEFCs)and can be used as inspiration for the design of more efficient catalyst support structures.

BACKGROUND Most patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)have lost the opportunity for direct surgery at the time of *** chemoembolization(TACE)combined with immune checkpoint inhibitors or tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKI)can partially transform some unresectable HCC and improve the prognosis ***,based on the promising prospects of combined targeted and immunotherapy for the effective treatment of HCC,the positive role of palliative surgery in the conversion treatment of advanced HCC urgently needs further in-tensive *** SUMMARY In this study,we describe two successful cases of"conversion therapy for un-resectable HCC"achieved mainly by palliative surgery combined with TACE plus immunotherapy and TKIs.A 48-year-old patient with newly diagnosed HCC,presenting with a 6-cm mass in the segment VII/VIII of the right liver with mul-tiple intrahepatic metastases,could not undergo one-stage radical surgical *** underwent palliative surgery with radiofrequency of metastatic lesions and the palliative resection of the primary mass,and received subsequent TACE treatments twice in the early postoperative period(2.weeks and 6 weeks),in addition to targeted and immune combination therapy with sintilimab injection and oral *** evidence of recurrence was observed during the 11-month follow-up period after *** other patient was a 47-year-old patient with massive HCC(18 cm×15 cm×4.5 cm)in the left liver with severe *** left portal branch was occluded and a tumor thrombus formed,and the tumor partly involved the middle hepatic *** patient underwent palliative surgery of left hemihepatectomy(including resection of the middle hepatic vein)for HCC,followed by three TACE procedures and oral TKIs 2.weeks after *** months later,the re-examination via computed tomography revealed no tumour activity in the remaining right liver,while magnetic resonance imaging revealed slight local tumor enh

Sporadic or late-onset Alzheimer’s disease(LOAD)accounts for more than 95%of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)cases without any family *** genome-wide association studies have identified associated risk genes and loci for LOAD,numerous studies suggest that many adverse environmental factors,such as social isolation,are associated with an increased risk of ***,the underlying mechanisms of social isolation in AD progression remain *** the current study,we found that 7 days of social isolation could trigger pattern separation impairments and presynaptic abnormalities of the mossy fibre-CA3 circuit in AD *** also revealed that social isolation disrupted histone acetylation and resulted in the downregulation of 2.dentate gyrus(DG)-enriched miRNAs,which simultaneously target reticulon 3(RTN3),an endoplasmic reticulum protein that aggregates in presynaptic regions to disturb the formation of functional mossy fibre boutons(MFBs)by recruiting multiple mitochondrial and vesicle-related ***,the aggregation of RTN3 also recruits the PP2. B subunits to suppress PP2. activity and induce tau hyperphosphorylation,which,in turn,further elevates RTN3 and forms a vicious ***,using an artificial intelligence-assisted molecular docking approach,we determined that senktide,a selective agonist of neurokinin3 receptors(NK3R),could reduce the binding of RTN3 with its ***,application of senktide in vivo effectively restored DG circuit disorders in socially isolated AD *** together,our findings not only demonstrate the epigenetic regulatory mechanism underlying mossy fibre synaptic disorders orchestrated by social isolation and tau pathology but also reveal a novel potential therapeutic strategy for AD.

High-pressure die casting(HPDC)is one of the most popular mass production processes in the automotive industry owing to its capability for part ***,the nonuniform distribution of mechanical properties in large-sized HPDC products adds complexity to part property ***,a methodology for property prediction must be *** characterization,simulation technologies,and artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms were ***,an image recognition technique was employed to construct a temperature-microstructure characteristic model for a typical HPDC Al7Si0.2.g ***,a porosity/microstructure-mechanical property model was established using a machine learning method based on the finite element method and representative volume element model ***,the computational results of the casting simulation software were mapped with the porosity/microstructure-mechanical property model,allowing accurate prediction of the property distribution of the HPDC Al-Si *** AI-enabled property distribution model developed in this study is expected to serve as a foundation for intelligent HPDC part design platforms in the automotive industry.

数字技术应用不断深化推动多源异构数据的收集、流通、交互与价值实现,使得经济运行机制发生变革.本文从技术创新视角衡量企业的数据驱动能力,将数据驱动能力和数据要素引入生产函数,剖析数据要素赋能制造业企业降本增效的内在机制,研究表明:1)数据的产生、分享和应用可显著提升制造业企业的生产效率;2.进一步对比不同技术密集度企业数据价值释放的进程与差异发现,数字技术应用和数据要素的投入有效降低了低、中技术制造业企业的制造成本以及高技术企业的销售费用;3)当高技术企业具备更强大的数据驱动能力时,其生产成本反而增加了,表明我国高技术制造业企业尚未实现数据驱动下的产业转型升级.此外,本文基于产业关联理论和产业集聚理论,将空间因素纳入分析框架,研究发现:产业链视角下,制造业生产全流程、全产业链、全生命周期数据的融通与开发利用,通过提高区域产业链的协同效能,从而进一步提升企业的生产效率.本研究拓展了数字经济理论与机制分析的研究内容,为充分释放数据要素价值,优化资源要素配置效率提供证据支持.

As the brightest gamma-ray burst ever observed,GRB 2.1009A provided a precious opportunity to explore spectral line *** this article,we performed a comprehensive spectroscopy analysis of GRB 2.1009A jointly with GECAM-C and Fermi/GBM data to search for emission and absorption *** the first time we investigated the line feature throughout this GRB including the most bright part where many instruments suffered problems,and identified prominent emission lines in multiple time *** central energy of the Gaussian emission line evolves from about 37 to 6 MeV,with a nearly constant ratio(about 10%)between the line width and central ***,we find that both the central energy and the energy flux of the emission line evolve with time as a power law decay with power law index of–1 and–2.*** suggest that the observed emission lines most likely origin from the blue-shifted electron positron pair annihilation 511 ke V *** find that a standard high latitude emission scenario cannot fully interpret the observation,thus we propose that the emission line comes from some dense clumps with electron positron pairs traveling together with the *** this scenario,we can use the emission line to directly,for the first time,measure the bulk Lorentz factor of the jet(Γ)and reveal its time evolution(i.e.,Γ~t^(-1))during the prompt ***,we find that the flux of the annihilation line in the co-moving frame keeps *** discoveries of the spectral line features shed new and important lights on the physics of GRB and relativistic jet.
