A Bio-Inspired Integration Model of Basal Ganglia and Cerebellum for Motion Learning of a Musculoskeletal Robot

It is a significant research direction for highly complex musculoskeletal robots that how to develop the ability of motion learning and *** cooperations of multiple brain regions are crucial to improving motion *** by the neural mechanisms of structures,functions,and interconnections of basal ganglia and cerebellum,a biologically inspired integration model for motor learning of musculoskeletal robots is *** on the neural characteristics of the basal ganglia,the basal ganglia actor network,which mainly simulates the dorsal striatum,outputs motion commands,and the basal ganglia critic network,which simulates the ventral striatum,estimates actionstate *** network parameters are updated using the soft actor-critic *** on the sensorimotor prediction mechanism of the cerebellum,the cerebellum network evaluates the state feature extraction quality of the basal ganglia actor network and then updates the weights of its feature *** learning method is proven to converge to the optimal ***,drawing on the mechanism of dopaminergic dynamic regulation in the basal ganglia,the adaptive adjustment of target entropy and the dopaminergic experience replay are proposed to further improve the integration model,which contributes to the exploration-exploitation trade-off of motor *** bio-inspired integration model is validated on a musculoskeletal *** results indicate that this model can effectively control the musculoskeletal robot to accomplish the motion task from random starting locations to random target positions with high precision and robustness.

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is one of the most common neurodegenerative diseases with a complex *** formed by abnormal deposition of alpha-synuclein(αSyn)lead to synapse dysfunction of the dopamine and non-dopamine *** loss of dopaminergic neurons and concomitant alterations in non-dopaminergic function in PD constitute its primary pathological *** emission tomography(PET),as a representative molecular imaging technique,enables the non-invasive visualization,characterization,and quantification of biological processes at cellular and molecular *** synaptic function with PET would provide insights into the mechanisms underlying PD and facilitate the optimization of clinical *** this review,we focus on the synaptic dysfunction associated with theαSyn pathology of PD,summarize various related targets and radiopharmaceuticals,and discuss applications and perspectives of PET imaging of synaptic dysfunction in PD.

Focus control of wide-angle metalens based on digitally encoded metasurface

Based on the principle of super-symmetric lens with quadratic phase gradient transformation,combined with the princi-ple of digital coding of metasurface,we propose a wide-angle coded metalens for focusing control in two-dimensional *** metalens achieves focus shift in the x-direction by changing the oblique incidence angle of the incident wave,and focus control in the y-direction by combining with the convolution principle of the digitally coded metasurface to achieve flexible control of light focusing in the two-dimensional *** metasurface unit is mainly composed of three-layer of metal structure and two layers of medium,and the transmission phase is obtained by changing the middle layer of metal structure,which in turn obtains the required phase distribution of the *** design of the metalens real-izes the function of the lens with a large viewing angle at the x-polarized incidence,and realizes two-dimensional focus ***,we prepared the designed coding metalens and tested the focus control function of the wide-an-gle coding *** experimental results are in good agreement with the design results.

Thermally cross-linkable hole-transport materials enable solution-processed blue OLED with LT95 over 150 h

The solution-processed method for organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)offers the benefits of cost-effectiveness and enhanced material *** the multilayer architecture of solution-processed OLEDs(SOLEDs),the role of hole-transport materials(HTMs)is pivotal for cascade hole ***,commercial HTMs such as poly-(9,9-dioctylfluorene-alt-N-(4-sec-butylphenyl)-diphenylamine)(TFB)are hampered by incompatible energy levels and redissolution with overlayer solvent,prompting the exploration of cross-linkable HTMs(X-HTMs)for better *** this study,we have developed two novel small-molecule X-HTMs,N^(1),N^(1)′-((perfluoropropane-2,2-diyl)bis(4,1-phenylene))bis(N^(4),N^(4)-diphenyl-N^(1)-(4-vinylphenyl)benzene-1,4-diamine)(FTPA-V)and N,N′-((perfluoropropane-2,2-diyl)bis-(4,1-phenylene))bis(9-phenyl-N-(4-vinylphenyl)-9H-carbazol-3-amine)(FPCz-V),which incorporate thermally cross-linkable vinyl groups and electron-rich trifluoromethyl *** X-HTMs enhance interfacial contact through superior film formation and solvent resistance,along with optimal energy *** application of X-HTMs significantly enhances the efficiencies and longevities of blue,green,and red ***,blue SOLED incorporating FPCz-V exhibits unprecedented lifetime(LT95)extending to over 150 h,setting a new record for blue *** electrochemistry stability,high bond dissociation energy,and triplet energy levels of X-HTMs can effectively minimize exciton annihilation and prolong the *** findings underscore the potential of X-HTM optimization to propel the development of stable solution-processed luminescent technologies.

粘土矿物常会对油田储层造成污染和堵塞。随机选择了4种现场岩屑进行X-射线粉末衍射表征,结果发现其主要含有云母矿。云母作为粘土矿物的主要成分之一,是常见的堵塞源。筛选出1种含有A、B、C的三元解堵剂,其中A和B之间有协同作用。三元解堵剂配方为5%解堵剂A+1%解堵剂B+3%解堵剂C。用碱D调节pH值至3时,三元解堵剂在水浴90℃反应24h的条件下,对云母的溶蚀率可达26.04%。该配方可以满足生产需求,对设备腐蚀也在可接受范围内,为油田解堵现场作业提供了实践指导意义。

Physical Vapor Deposited(PVD)TiAlN coatings are extensively utilized as protective layers for cutting tools,renowned for their excellent comprehensive *** optimize quality control of TiAlN coatings for cutting tools,a multi-scale simulation approach is proposed that encompasses the microstructure evolution of coatings considering the entire preparation and service lifecycle of PVD TiAlN *** scheme employs phase-field simulation to capture the essential microstructure of the PVD-prepared TiAlN ***,cutting simulation is used to determine the service temperature experienced during cutting processes at varying ***-Hilliard modeling is finally utilized to consume the microstructure and service condition data to acquaint the microstructure evolution of TiAlN coatings throughout the cutting *** methodology effectively establishes a correlation between service temperature and its impact on the microstructure evolution of TiAlN *** is expected that the present multi-scale numerical simulation approach will provide innovative strategies for assisting property design and lifespan prediction of TiAlN coatings.

GP‐FMLNet:A feature matrix learning network enhanced by glyph and phonetic information for Chinese sentiment analysis

Sentiment analysis is a fine‐grained analysis task that aims to identify the sentiment polarity of a specified *** methods in Chinese sentiment analysis tasks only consider sentiment features from a single pole and scale and thus cannot fully exploit and utilise sentiment feature information,making their performance less than *** resolve the problem,the authors propose a new method,GP‐FMLNet,that integrates both glyph and phonetic information and design a novel feature matrix learning process for phonetic features with which to model words that have the same pinyin information but different glyph *** method solves the problem of misspelling words influencing sentiment polarity prediction ***,the authors iteratively mine character,glyph,and pinyin features from the input comments ***,the authors use soft attention and matrix compound modules to model the phonetic features,which empowers their model to keep on zeroing in on the dynamic‐setting words in various positions and to dispense with the impacts of the deceptive‐setting ***-periments on six public datasets prove that the proposed model fully utilises the glyph and phonetic information and improves on the performance of existing Chinese senti-ment analysis algorithms.

Numerical Analysis of Perforation during Hydraulic Fracture Initiation Based on Continuous-Discontinuous Element Method

Perforation is a pivotal technique employed to establish main flow channels within the reservoir formation at the outset of hydraulic fracturing *** perforation designs is critical for augmenting the efficacy of hydraulic fracturing and boosting oil or gas *** this study,we employ a hybrid finite-discrete element method,known as the continuous–discontinuous element method(CDEM),to simulate the initiation of post-perforation hydraulic fractures and to derive enhanced design *** model incorporates the four most prevalent perforation geometries,as delineated in an engineering technical ***-world perforations deviate from the ideal cylindrical shape,exhibiting variable cross-sectional profiles that typically manifest as an initial constriction followed by an expansion,a feature consistent across all four perforation *** simulations take into account variations in perforation hole geometries,cross-sectional diameters,and perforation *** findings show that perforations generated by the 39g DP3 HMX perforating bullet yield the lowest breakdown pressure,which inversely correlates with increases in sectional diameter and perforation ***,this study reveals the relationship between breakdown pressure and fracture degree,providing valuable insights for engineers and designers to refine perforation strategies.

FPGA implementation of 500-MHz high-count-rate high-time-resolution real-time digital neutron-gamma discrimination for fast liquid detectors

Fast neutron flux measurements with high count rates and high time resolution have important applications in equipment such as *** this study,real-time neutron and gamma discrimination was implemented on a self-developed 500-Msps,12-bit digitizer,and the neutron and gamma spectra were calculated directly on an FPGA.A fast neutron flux measurement system with BC-501A and EJ-309 liquid scintillator detectors was developed and a fast neutron measurement experiment was successfully performed on the HL-2 M tokamak at the Southwestern Institute of Physics,*** experimental results demonstrated that the system obtained the neutron and gamma spectra with a time accuracy of 1 *** count rates of up to 1 Mcps,the figure of merit was greater than 1.05 for energies between 50 keV and 2.8 MeV.

Placental site trophoblastic tumor(PSTT),a rare gestational trophoblastic neoplasm(GTN),exhibits slow growth,late-onset metastasis,and chemotherapy insensitivity[1,2].The invasive capacity of trophoblasts induces angiogenesis in PSTT,yet the specific mechanism remains unclear[3].PSTT is typically resistant to chemotherapy and hysterectomy stands as the primary therapeutic choice for patients with an overall cure rate of approximately 75%-80%[4,5].Therefore,investigating the precise emergence and progression of PSTT is crucial,aiming to identify novel targets for diagnosis and therapy.
