多巴胺能正电子发射断层扫描(PET)脑显像是目前诊断帕金森病的重要依据,但其对帕金森综合征的鉴别能力有限。葡萄糖代谢PET显像中不同的脑代谢模式为进一步鉴别诊断提供可能。文中在前期PET脑显像相关技术操作和临床应用专家共识的基础上,对开展多巴胺能联合葡萄糖代谢显像进行系统梳理,征求专家意见后形成本专家共识。旨在规范帕金森综合征患者的多巴胺能显像及葡萄糖代谢显像的技术操作,为医生提供报告解读建议,进一步指导多巴胺能与葡萄糖代谢PET脑显像联合应用在帕金森相关疾病中的临床实践流程。

Background:The Ebola virus disease spread rapidly in West Africa in 2014,leading to the loss of thousands of *** engagement was one of the key strategies to interrupt Ebola transmission,and practical community level measures needed to be explored in the field and tailored to the specific context of ***:First,community-level education on Ebola virus disease(EVD)prevention was launched for the community’s social mobilizers in six districts in sierra Leone beginning in November ***,from January to May of 2015,in three pilot communities,local trained community members were organized to engage in implementation of EVD prevention and transmission interruption measures,by involving them in alert case report,contact tracing,and social *** epidemiological indicators of transmission interruption in three study communities were ***:A total of 6016 community social mobilizers from 185 wards were trained by holding 279 workshops in the six districts,and EVD message reached an estimated 631680 *** three pilot communities,72 EVD alert cases were reported,with 70.8%of them detected by trained local community members,and 14 EVD cases were finally *** tracing detected 64.3%of EVD *** median duration of community infectivity for the cases was 1 *** secondary attack rate was 4.2%,and no third generation of infection was *** health worker was infected,and no unsafe burial and noncompliance to EVD control measures were *** community-based measures were modeled to reduce 77 EVD cases,and the EVD-free goal was achieved four months earlier in study communities than whole country of sierra ***: The community-based strategy of social mobilization and community engagement was effective in casedetection and reducing the extent of Ebola transmission in a country with weak health system. Background:Currently,there are no drugs that have been proven to be effective against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2).Because of its broad antiviral activity,interferon(IFN)should be evaluated as a potential therapeutic agent for treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),especially while COVID-19-specific therapies are still under ***:Confirmed COVID-19 patients hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital,School of Medicine,Zhejiang University in Hangzhou,China,from January 19 to February 19,2020 were enrolled in a retrospective *** patients were separated into an IFN group and a control group according to whether they received initial IFN-α2 b inhalation treatment after ***-score matching was used to balance the confounding ***:A total of 104 confirmed COVID-19 patients,68 in the IFN group and 36 in the control group,were *** hypertension(27.9%vs.55.6%,P=0.006),dyspnea(8.8%vs.25.0%,P=0.025),or diarrhea(4.4%vs.19.4%,P=0.030)was observed in the IFN *** levels of albumin and C-reactive protein and higher level of sodium were observed in the IFN *** dosage was lower in the IFN group(median,40 vs.80 mg/d,P=0.025).Compared to the control group,fewer patients in the IFN group were ventilated(13.2%vs.33.3%,P=0.015)and admitted to intensive care unit(ICU)(16.2%vs.44.4%,P=0.002).There were also fewer critical patients in the IFN group(7.4%vs.25.0%,P=0.017)upon *** complications during admission process were comparable between groups,the discharge rate(85.3%vs.66.7%,P=0.027)was higher and the hospitalization time(16 vs.21 d,P=0.015)was shorter in the IFN *** other confounding factors were not considered,virus shedding time(10 vs.13 d,P=0.014)was also shorter in the IFN ***,when the influence of other factors was eliminated using propensity score matching,virus shedding time was not significantly shorter than that of the cont
