The spacer used in gas insulated switchgear(GIS)plays a vital role in its safe *** mismatch of mechanical properties between conductor and insulating material in spacers results in stress concentration at the interface between *** a hydrostatic test,mechanical damages are often initiated from the *** this paper,the stress between aluminum conductors and epoxy resin is studied by using a simplified coaxial structure *** measurement system and finite element simulation are used to explore the generation of stress and strain during curing and *** real-time measurement of strain at the interface shows that the residual strain in the entire process is primarily generated during the cooling ***,the temperature and stress/strain distribution at the interface during the cooling stage are further studied,and combined with experiments and *** consistency between the finite element simulation and the experimental measurement results verifies the validity of the simulation method *** results show that the maximum of the first principal stress generated during the cooling stage of the production process is concentrated on the upper and lower edges of the interface which is critical to the impact of the production quality of the spacer.

Cooling water systems(CWSs) are extensively utilized in various industries to eliminate the excess heat and converse energy. Studies on CWSs mainly concentrated on finding the optimal cooler network structure. In addition, some works also considered the optimal design under varied operation conditions. However, in these works, once the optimal design of the cooler's network is determined, its arrangement remains fixed and cannot be adapted to accommodate diverse operating conditions. In this work, a flexible topology network concept is proposed to make the adjustment of network structure possible under different operation conditions. The CWS with integrated air cooler and flexible topology network has better overall performance, represented by a mixed integer nonlinear programming(MINLP) model that require advanced tools such as GAMS software. Case studies revealed that the proposed methodology can realize better energy-saving performance, and improve the economic performance under varied operation conditions. The impact of critical flexible nodes on system configuration and economy is achieved by sensitivity analysis.

Paleo-uplift forced regional sedimentary evolution:A case study of the Late Triassic in the southeastern Sichuan Basin,South China

The sedimentary environment of the Upper Triassic in the southeastern Sichuan Basin is obviously controlled by Luzhou paleo-uplift(LPU).However,the influence of paleo-uplift on the sedimentary patterns of the initial stages of this period in the southeastern Sichuan Basin has not yet been clear,which has plagued oil and gas exploration and *** study shows that there is a marine sedimentary sequence,which is considered to be the first member of Xujiahe Formation(T_(3)X^(1))in the southeastern Sichuan *** development of LPU resulted in the sedimentary differences between the eastern and western Sichuan Basin recording T_(3)X^(1)and controlled the regional sedimentary *** western part is dominated by marine sediments,but the eastern paleo-uplift area is dominated by continental sedimentation in the early stage of T_(3)X^(1),and it begins to transform into a marine sedimentary environment consistent with the whole basin in the late stage of the period recorded by the Xujiahe *** evidences are as follows:(1)time series:based on the cyclostratigraphy analysis of Xindianzi section and Well D2,in the southeastern Sichuan Basin,the period of sedimentation of the Xujiahe Formation is about 5.9 Ma,which is basically consistent with the Qilixia section,eastern Sichuan basin,where the Xujiahe Formation is widely considered to be relatively complete;(2)distribution and evolution of palaeobiology:based on analysis of abundance evolution of major spore-pollen,many land plant fossils are preserved in the lower part of T_(3)X^(1),indicates the sedimentary environment of continental *** the upper part of T_(3)X^(1),the fossil of terrestrial plants decreased,while the fossil of marine and tidal environment appeared,this means that it was affected by the sea water in the late stages of T_(3)X^(1);(3)geochemistry:calculate the salinity of water from element indicates that the uplift area is continental sedimentary environment in the early stage

Xylanase,an enzyme capable of hydrolyzing non-starch polysaccharides found in grain structures like wheat,has been found to improve the organizational structure of dough and thus increase its *** our past work,one promising xylanase FXYL derived from Fusarium oxysporum Fo47 and first expressed 779.64 U/mL activity in *** has shown significant potential in improving the quality of whole wheat bread,making it become a candidate for development as a new flour *** optimization of expression elements and gene dose,the xylanase activity of FXYL strain carrying three-copies reached 4240.92 U/mL in *** addition,12 factors associated with the three stages of protein expression pathway were co-expressed individually in order in three-copies strain,and the translation factor Pab1 co-expression increased FXYL activity to 8893.53 U/***,combining the most effective or synergistic factors from three stages did not exhibit better results than co-expressing them *** further evaluate the industrial potential,the xylanase activity and protein concentration reached 81184.51 U/mL and 11.8 g/L in a 5 L fed-batch *** engineering strategies improved the expression of xylanase FXYL by more than 104-fold,providing valuable insights for the cost-effective industrial application of FXYL in the baking field.

Objective:Circular ribose nudeic acids(circRNAs)are implicated in tumor progression and drug resistance of prostate cancer(PCa).The current work explored the function of circ_0005203(aircTHSD4)in the malignancy and docetaxel(DTX)resistance of ***:circTHSD4 expression within PCa as well as matched non-carcinoma samples was measured through real time reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).In addition,a subcellular fraction assay was conducted to determine circTHSD4 subcellular localization within PCa *** addition,we performed a Western blot(WB)assay to detect high *** A2 protein(HMGA2)***,functional associations of two molecules were investigated through dual luciferase reporter *** Counting Kit(CCK)-8,colony formation together with Transwell assay was conducted to assess malignant phenotypes of PCa cells,whereas flow cytometry was performed to determine cell ***,a xenograft mouse model was constructed to verify the effect of circTHSD4 on the carcinogenesis of PCa ***:According to RT-qPCR results,circTHSD4 was up-regulated within PCa tissues and cells,which predicted the dismal prognostic outcome of PCa ***4 silencing within PCa cells markedly suppressed cell growth,migration,and colony ***4 silencing remarkably elevated PCa cell apoptosis and carcinogenesis within the xenograft ***,circTHSD4 silencing enhanced docetaxel(DTX)sensitivity in PCa ***,we demonstrated that circTHSD4 modulated the malignancy of PCa cells by regulating HMGA2 expression through sponging miR ***:Together,our findings suggest that cirCTHSD4 overexpression could promote the malignant phenotype and DTX resistance in PCa through the regulation of the miR 203/HMGA2 axis.

In air traffic control communications (ATCC), misunderstandings between pilots and controllers could result in fatal aviation accidents. Fortunately, advanced automatic speech recognition technology has emerged as a promising means of preventing miscommunications and enhancing aviation safety. However, most existing speech recognition methods merely incorporate external language models on the decoder side, leading to insufficient semantic alignment between speech and text modalities during the encoding phase. Furthermore, it is challenging to model acoustic context dependencies over long distances due to the longer speech sequences than text, especially for the extended ATCC data. To address these issues, we propose a speech-text multimodal dual-tower architecture for speech recognition. It employs cross-modal interactions to achieve close semantic alignment during the encoding stage and strengthen its capabilities in modeling auditory long-distance context dependencies. In addition, a two-stage training strategy is elaborately devised to derive semantics-aware acoustic representations effectively. The first stage focuses on pre-training the speech-text multimodal encoding module to enhance inter-modal semantic alignment and aural long-distance context dependencies. The second stage fine-tunes the entire network to bridge the input modality variation gap between the training and inference phases and boost generalization performance. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed speech-text multimodal speech recognition method on the ATCC and AISHELL-1 datasets. It reduces the character error rate to 6.54% and 8.73%, respectively, and exhibits substantial performance gains of 28.76% and 23.82% compared with the best baseline model. The case studies indicate that the obtained semantics-aware acoustic representations aid in accurately recognizing terms with similar pronunciations but distinctive semantics. Ellagic acid(EA)is a natural antioxidant,widely present in a lot of forms’soft fruits,nuts,and other plant tissues,and helpful for promoting human health;however,its protective effect on postharvest fruit and improving the quality index of postharvest fruit have rarely been *** this experiment,the strawberries were soaked in 0,100,200,300,400,and 500 mg L^(−1) EA,respectively,and the influential EA on fruit quality and the antioxidant system of strawberries were *** with the control,EA treatment can reduce the browning degree and rotting rate of strawberry fruit during storage and augment the soluble solid content(SSC).EA treatment can also increase the content of related stuff and enzyme activity in antioxidant systems;the gene expression level of polyphenol oxidase(PPO)in strawberries treated with EA was always down-regulated,correspondingly,the expression of other antioxidant enzyme genes was *** the strawberry fruits treated with EA of different concentrations,300 mg L^(−1) EA had the best effect in the process of strawberry *** results suggested that the proper concentration of exogenous EA at 300 mg L−1 could maintain strawberries’quality and enhance the antioxidant system by improving the activities of antioxidative enzymes and the ascorbateglutathione(AsA-GSH)cycle during storage.
