目的探讨基于临床病理、乳腺X线(mammography,MG)和MRI特征预测乳腺导管原位癌伴微浸润(ductal carcinoma in situ with microinvasion,DCISM)的价值。材料与方法回顾性收集宁夏医科大学总医院2019年6月至2022年6月最终经手术病理证实为纯导管原位癌(ductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)和DCISM的首诊女性患者的病例资料为训练组,评估术前患者的临床病理、MG和MRI特征。采用单、多因素logistic回归分析明确DCISM的独立危险因素,并建立联合模型。通过受试者工作特征(receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)及校准图评估模型的诊断效能,应用决策曲线分析(decision curve analysis,DCA)观察联合模型的临床实用性。前瞻性收集2022年7月至2023年7月符合纳入、排除标准的患者作为验证组进行验证。应用沙普利加和解释(Shapley Additive exPlanation,SHAP)分析联合模型中病灶最长径、核级别、坏死、Ki-67指数、P63状态、钙化状态和最小ADC值(minimum value of apparent diffusion coefficient,ADCmin)预测DCISM的价值。收集535例患者共550个病灶(15例患者为同时性双乳癌),患者年龄23~81岁,中位年龄50岁。训练组(n=382)中102个病灶(27%)和验证组(n=168)中52个病灶(31%)被诊断为DCISM。结果多因素logistic回归结果显示,病灶最长径、核级别、坏死、Ki-67指数、P63状态、钙化状态和ADCmin是DCISM的独立危险因素。基于上述参数构建临床病理及联合模型,在训练组和验证组中均表现出较高的预测效能(AUC:0.937、0.899)。根据SHAP分析,病灶最长径、Ki-67指数和ADCmin在联合模型中对预测DCISM起主要贡献,而钙化状态、核级别、P63状态和坏死是补充因素。结论联合临床病理及术前MG和MRI特征的预测模型可有效从纯DCIS区分出DCISM,从而提升临床决策和治疗规划的准确性。

In the process of green and smart mine construction under the context of carbon neutrality,China's coal safety situation has been continuously improved in recent *** order to recognize the development of coal production in China and prepare for future monitoring and prevention of safety incidents,this study mainly elaborated on the basic situation of coal resources and national mining accidents over the past five years(2017-2021),from four dimensions(accident level,type,region,and time),and then proposed the preventive measures based on accident statistical *** results show that the storage of coal resources has obvious geographic characteristics,mainly concentrated in the Midwest,with coal resources in Shanxi and Shaanxi accounting for about 49.4%.The proportion of coal consumption has dropped from 70.2%to 56%between 2011 and 2021,but still accounts for more than half of the ***,the accident-prone areas are positively correlated with the amount of coal *** different levels of coal mine accidents,general accidents had the highest number of accidents and deaths,with 692 accidents and 783 deaths,accounting for 87.6%and 54.64%*** frequency of roof,gas,and transportation accidents is relatively high,and the number of single fatalities caused by gas accidents is the largest,about *** terms of geographical distribution of accidents,the safety situation in Shanxi Province is the most *** the time distribution of coal mine accidents,the accidents mainly occurred in July and August,and rarely occurred in February and ***,the"4+4"safety management model is proposed,combining the statistical results with coal production in *** on the existing health and safety management systems,the manage-ments are divided into four sub-categories,and more specific measures are suggested.

Elucidating the flow features around piles in local scouring processes is crucial for studies of local scouring mechanisms and scour depth *** study details the flow turbulence characteristics of two submerged piles that are determined by solving the Navier-Stokes equations with the improved delayed detached eddy simulation *** model is verified by comparing experimental and numerical results for hydrodynamic parameters with the literature for both square-crossing piles(SCPs)and circular-crossing piles(CCPs).Original topographies of flat and scoured beds(i.e.,the initial and equilibrium scouring stages)are based on experimental results obtained by the authors in the present *** and CCP flow features in the scouring process are *** results indicate that during the scouring process,the time-averaged drag coefficient and root mean square(rms)of the lift coefficient increase linearly in the CCP test,while the rms of the lift coefficient in the SCP test decreases ***,the minimum pressure coefficient is always located in the upstream corners in the SCP case but moves from 72.5°to 79.5°when the scour hole is completely developed in the CCP *** flow behind the pile,which is generated by separated boundary layers above the top face of the pile,can reach the sand bed and turn the separated shear layers into patches of small vortices in the near-wake ***,the high shear stress zones are mainly at the scour edges under scoured-bed conditions.

This paper uses an urbanized high-resolution land data assimilation system(u-HRLDAS) to parameterize the urban land surface *** u-HRLDAS model is localized and developed in order to satisfy the need of the weather forecast in Beijing,*** remote sensing data used to localize and drive u-HRLDAS include the soil type data and MODIS retrieved leaf area index(LAI) *** evaporation and water depth for impervious surface in urban area are developed to improve the simulation of *** result of the urban weather forecast is used for the comparison based on the rapid update cycle system at Beijing Meteorological Bureau(BJ-RUC) without coupled with *** land surface temperature,land surface fluxes,and first layer soil moisture in several single sites and urban Beijing region by BJ-RUC are compared with u-HRLDAS after localization and *** off-line simulation results indicate that compared with BJ-RUC,after the localization and development,u-HRLDAS can improve the simulation of land surface parameters and fluxes definitely.

Rapid detection and discrimination of single photons are pivotal in various applications,such as deep-space laser communication,high-rate quantum key distribution,and optical quantum ***,conventional single-photon detectors(SPDs),including semiconducting and recently developed superconducting detectors,have limited detection speed and photon number resolution(PNR),which pose significant challenges in practical *** this paper,we present an efficient,fast SPD with good PNR,which has 64 paralleled,sandwiched superconducting nanowires fabricated on a distributed Bragg *** detector is operated in a compact Gifford–McMahon cryocooler that supports 64 electrical channels and has a minimum working temperature of 2.3 *** combined detector system shows a functional nanowire yield of 61/64,a system detection efficiency of 90%at 1550 nm,and a maximum count rate of 5.2 ***,it has a maximum PNR of 61,corresponding to the operating *** SPD signifies a substantial improvement in quantum detector technology,with potential applications in deep-space laser communication,high-speed quantum communication,and fundamental quantum optics experiments.

Regression analysis of major parameters affecting the intensity of coal and gas outbursts in laboratory

Estimating the intensity of outbursts of coal and gas is important as the intensity and frequency of outbursts of coal and gas tend to increase in deep mining. Fully understanding the major factors contributing to coal and gas outbursts is significant in the evaluation of the intensity of the outburst. In this paper, we discuss the correlation between these major factors and the intensity of the outburst using Analysis of Variance(ANOVA) and Contingency Table Analysis(CTA). Regression analysis is used to evaluate the impact of these major factors on the intensity of outbursts based on physical experiments. Based on the evaluation, two simple models in terms of multiple linear and nonlinear regression were constructed for the prediction of the intensity of the outburst. The results show that the gas pressure and initial moisture in the coal mass could be the most significant factors compared to the weakest factor-porosity. The P values from Fisher's exact test in CTA are: moisture(0.019), geostress(0.290), porosity(0.650), and gas pressure(0.031). P values from ANOVA are moisture(0.094), geostress(0.077), porosity(0.420), and gas pressure(0.051). Furthermore, the multiple nonlinear regression model(RMSE: 3.870) is more accurate than the linear regression model(RMSE: 4.091).

This year （2018） marks the 60th anniversary of the ＂central dogma＂, summarized as ＂DNA makes RNA makes protein＂, which was originally proposed by Francis Crick in 1958. Three years later, messenger RNA was identified as the template of protein synthesis. After 60 years of discovery, including discovery of the split nature of eukaryotic genes （Le., splicing）, it becomes evident that messenger RNAs are not merely messengers, but a hub of co- and post-transcriptional regulation, which is fundamental to amplify the complexity encoded in the genome of higher eukaryotic organisms. The mature forms of RNA of protein-coding genes and their abundance have to be tightly regulated through multiple steps of sophisticated processing, including capping, splicing and polyadenylation. In addition, their function also critically depends on proper localization -- sometimes trafficking to the remote parts of the cell such as dendrites and axons of neurons -- and proper control of their stability. Furthermore, thousands of long and small noncoding RNAs are produced to play a wide range of roles in gene regulation. From our perspective, two overarching goals for RNA biology include （i） characterizing the spatial-temporal regulation of various RNA species and elucidating the underlying regulatory mechanisms; （ii） understanding the functional impact of such regulation on human physiology and disease.
