The robust stability of a class of Hopfield neural networks with multiple delays and parameter perturbations is analyzed. The sufficient conditions for the global robust stability of equilibrium point are given by way of constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional. The conditions take the form of linear matrix inequality (LMI), so they are computable and verifiable efficiently. Furthermore, all the results are obtained without assuming the differentiability and monotonicity of activation functions. From the viewpoint of system analysis, our results provide sufficient conditions for the global robust stability in a manner that they specify the size of perturbation that Hopfield neural networks can endure when the structure of the network is given. On the other hand, from the viewpoint of system synthesis, our results can answer how to choose the parameters of neural networks to endure a given perturbation.

Previous studies have shown that mitogen-activated protein kinase （MAPK） signaling pathways are involved in N-methyI-D-aspartate （NMDA）-mediated excitotoxicity. However, a systematic observation or analysis of the role of these various MAPK pathways in excitotoxicity processes does not exist. The present study further evaluated the role and contribution of three MAPK pathways extracellular signal-regulated kinase, c-Jun N-terminal kinase, and p38 MAPK in an NMDA-mediated excitotoxicity model using MAPK^specific inhibitor. Results demonstrated that c-Jun N-terminal kinase inhibitor SP600125 and/or p38 MAPK inhibitor SB203580 inhibited NMDA-induced reduction in cell viability, as well as reduced NMDA-induced lactate dehydrogenase leakage and reactive oxygen species production. However, PD98059, an inhibitor of extracellular signal-regulated kinase, did not influence this model. Results demonstrated an involvement of c-Jun N-terminal kinase and p38 MAPK, but not extracellular signal-regulated kinase, in NMDA-mediated excitotoxicity in cortical neurons.

AIM:To compare the safety and efficacy of the intravitreal injection of conbercept(IVC)and triamcinolone acetonide(IVTA)for macular edema(ME)secondary to branch retinal vein occlusion(BRVO).METHODS:A prospective,randomized clinical *** with ME secondary to BRVO were randomly assigned to either IVC group or IVTA group at a ratio of 2:1 and a 12-month follow-up was *** efficacy outcome measures included the mean changes and differences in best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and the central retinal thickness(CRT).The safety profiles and the mean retreatment intervals were also ***:There was no statistically significant difference of baseline between the two groups(IVC group,n=36;IVTA group,n=17).At 12mof the BCVA letters improved by 27.31±18.36 in the IVC group,and 13.53±11.37 in the IVTA group(P=0.0004).CRT reduction was 253.33±163.69 and 150.24±134.32 pm,respectively(P=0.0034).The mean BCVA in the IVC group was superior to that of the IVTA group for months 6-12(Pce CRT for a longer time and have longer retreatment interval than *** addition,patients treated with IVTA are more susceptible to IOP elevation and cataract progression.

A new experimental apparatus is designed to study nonlinear vibration characteristics of flexible mechanisms under excitation with single pumping frequency at fixed position. It is found that the dynamic responses express strongly nonlinear vibration characteristics if the links are flexible enough. There are several harmonic frequencies under first fundamental natural frequency which is determined by finite element method, then the combination harmonic method in nonlinear vibration theory is used to determine the critical speeds of a flexible mechanism, which are verified by the experimental results.

Those various cross-sectional vessels in trees transfer water to as high as 100 meters,but the traditional fabrication methods limit the manufacturing of those vessels,resulting in the non-availability of those bionic ***,we fabricate those bionic microchannels with various cross-sections by employing projection micro-stereolithography(PμSL)based 3D printing *** circumradius of bionic microchannels(pentagonal,square,triangle,and five-pointed star)can be as small as 100μm with precisely fabricated sharp ***'s more,those bionic microchannels demonstrate marvelous microfluidic performance with strong precursor effects enabled by their sharp *** significantly,those special properties of our bionic microchannels enable them outstanding step lifting performance to transport water to tens of millimeters,though the water can only be transported to at most 20 mm for a single bionic *** mimicked transpiration based on the step lifting of water from bionic microchannels is also *** precisely fabricated,low-cost,various cross-sectional bionic microchannels promise applications as microfluidic chips,long-distance unpowered water transportation,step lifting,mimicked transpiration,and so on.

Bycatch poses a severe challenge to global fishery *** studies have focused on marine megafauna bycatch,research on relevant issues regarding invertebrates is limited,particularly for the threatened horseshoe *** this study,the distribution of fishing gears and the bycatch intensity of Asian horseshoe crabs in the intertidal zones of the northern Beibu Gulf that harbors the most abundant juvenile Asian horseshoe crabs populations in China were *** intertidal nursery habitats for Tachypleus tridentatus and Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda were surveyed from May to July in 2021.A transect that crossed the tidal creeks and tidal flats between the high tide embankment/vegetation and low tide line of a given habitat was surveyed during the ebb *** type,number,and GPS of fishing gears were recorded when sighted,and the number and prosomal width of each horseshoe crab species were *** intensities differed among habitats,ranging from 0.3 to 18.4 and 1.2 to 22.7 individuals per kilometer of transect for *** and ***,*** the three identified fishing gear types,ground cages and stick net sets caused a stronger bycatch pressure on these two *** *** bycatch and *** bycatch were large individuals in late juvenile and adult ***,the ground cages and stick net sets along/near the tidal creeks,mangrove fringe,and low tide line should be regulated and removed to ensure the functionality of the intertidal zone as the spawning corridor and nursery habitat of Asian horseshoe crabs.

Objective: To study the correlation of contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameters with oncogene expression and cell proliferation activity in breast cancer. Methods: Breast cancer lesions and benign breast lesions surgically removed in Zigong Third People's Hospital between May 2014 and February 2017 were selected, contrast-enhanced ultrasound was done before operation to draw the time-intensity curve and calculate the area under the curve (AUC), and the expression of proliferation molecules and tumor suppressor genes were detected after operation. Results:The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameter AUC of the breast cancer lesion was greatly higher than that of the benign breast lesion;ECT2, ZKSCAN3, USP39 and EphA2 mRNA expression in breast cancer lesions were obviously higher than those in benign breast lesions whereas HPK1, TceAL17, CCN5, ATG2B and ATG4D mRNA expression were greatly lower than those in benign breast lesions;ECT2, ZKSCAN3, USP39 and EphA2 mRNA expression in breast cancer lesions with high AUC were greatly higher than those in breast cancer lesions with low AUC whereas HPK1, TceAL17, CCN5, ATG2B and ATG4D mRNA expression were greatly lower than those in breast cancer lesions with low AUC. Conclusion: The contrast-enhanced ultrasound parameter AUC of breast cancer lesion significantly increases and is closely related to the higher expression of pro-proliferation molecules and the lower expression of tumor suppressor genes.

This study focuses on the physical and chemical properties of surficial lunar regolith(LR)samples returned from the Moon by the Chang’E-5(ce-5)*** regarding the effect of a new sampling geological site on the surficial lunar sample ce5 C0400 were illustrated using nondestructive techniques such as laser diffractometry coupled with image analysis,X-ray computed tomography,and field emission scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Xray diffraction combined with Rietveld *** the characterization analyses,the ce-5 sampling site in the northeastern Oceanus Procellarum on the Moon yields a unique collection of relatively regular-shaped and fine basalt-dominated *** median grain size D_(50) is(55.24±0.96)μm,falling within the relatively low end of the range of the Apollo lunar returned *** coefficient of uniformity C_(u)of 15.1 and the coefficient of curvature C_(c)of 1.7 could classify ce5 C0400 to be *** minerals in ce5 C0400 comprise approximately 44.5%pyroxene,30.4%plagioclase,3.6%olivine,and6.0%*** is a relatively low content of approximately 15.5%glass phase in the ce-5 lunar *** the results,we deduce that the ce-5 LR structure could have mainly resulted from micrometeoroid impacts to achieve such a high level of maturity.

The dynamic responses of roller gear indexing cam mechanism are investigated .With applying Lagarange equation and Gear method,motion equations of this mechanism including clearance,motor characteristic,torsion flexibility are developed and *** results show that clearance affects primarily the response on turret,and has little effects on the responses on rotary *** the same time,the velocity fluctuation of motor shaft is not serious for the existence of inertia of reducer,and the high frequency of velocity fluctuation of camshaft is related with the torsion stiffness of shaft and the clearance between pairs.
