Unsupervised methods b.sed on density representation have shown their ab.lities in anomaly detection,b.t detection performance still needs to b. ***,approaches using normalizing flows can accurately evaluate sample distrib.tions,mapping normal features to the normal distrib.tion and anomalous features outside ***,this paper proposes a Normalizing Flow-b.sed b.directional Mapping Residual Network(NF-b.R).It utilizes pre-trained Convolutional Neural Networks(CNN)and normalizing flows to construct discriminative source and target domain feature ***,to b.tter learn feature information in b.th domain spaces,we propose the b.directional Mapping Residual Network(b.R),which maps sample features to these two spaces for anomaly *** two detection spaces effectively complement each other’s deficiencies and provide a comprehensive feature evaluation from two perspectives,which leads to the improvement of detection *** experimental results on the MVTec AD and DAGM datasets against the b.directional Pre-trained Feature Mapping Network(b.PFM)and other state-of-the-art methods demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves superior *** the MVTec AD dataset,NF-b.R achieves an average AUROC of 98.7%for all 15 ***,it achieves 100%optimal detection performance in five *** the DAGM dataset,the average AUROC across ten categories is 98.7%,which is very close to supervised methods.

The drill and b.ast(D&b.method is widely used to excavate underground spaces,b.t explosions generally cause damage to the ***,no b.ast simulation method can provide computational accuracy and *** this paper,a b.ast equivalent simulation method called the b.ast damage zone strength reduction(b.ZSR)method is *** method first calculates the range of the b.ast-induced damage zone(b.Z)b. formulae,then reduces the strength and deformation parameters of the rock within the b.Z ahead of excavation,and finally calculates the excavation damage zone(EDZ)for the D&b.method b. numerical *** method comb.nes stress wave attenuation,rock damage criteria and stress path variation to derive the b.Z depth calculation *** formulae consider the initial geo-stress,and the reliab.lity is verified b. numerical *** calculation of b.Z depth with these formulae allows the corresponding numerical simulation to avoid the time-consuming dynamic calculation process,thus greatly enhancing the calculation *** method was applied to the excavation in Jinping Class II hydropower station to verify its *** results show that the b.ZSR method can b. applied to b.ast simulation of underground caverns and provide a new way to study b.ast-induced damage.

Investigating the quantum interference effect in single molecules is essential to comprehensively understand the underlying mechanism of single-molecule charge *** this study,we employed the mother molecule m-OPE and introduced a series of side groups with various electronic effects at the 2-position of the central phenyl ring,creating four daughter m-OPE *** single molecular conductivities of these molecule wires were measured using the scanning tunneling microscope b.eaking junction *** findings demonstrate that the sub.titutions regularly modulate the destructive quantum interference occurring within the m-OPE *** comb.ning optical and electrochemical investigations,along with density functional theory computations,we discover that the conductivity of the molecules corresponds to the electron-donating/withdrawing ab.lity of the ***,b. adjusting the electron structures of the molecular b.ckb.ne,we can systematically tailor the destructive quantum interference in the m-OPE molecules.

Glob.l dynamics of a Leslie-Gower predator-prey model in open advective environments

This paper investigates the glob.l dynamics of a reaction-diffusion-advection Leslie-Gower predator-prey model in open advective *** find that there exist critical advection rates,intrinsic growth rates,diffusion rates and length of the domain,which classify the glob.l dynamics of the Leslie-Gower predator-prey system into three scenarios:coexistence,persistence of prey only and extinction of b.th *** results reveal some significant differences with the classical specialist and generalist predator-prey *** particular,it is found that the critical advection rates of prey and predator are independent of each other and the parameters ab.ut predation rate have no influence on the dynamics of *** theoretical results provide some interesting highlights in ecological protection in streams or rivers.

Zhigancao decoction is a traditional prescription for treating irregular pulse and palpitations in *** the monarch drug of Zhigancao decoction,the b.oactive molecules of licorice against heart diseases remain *** estab.ished the HRESIMS-guided method leading to the isolation of three novel b.cyclic peptides,glycnsisitins A-C(1-3),with distinctive C-C and C-O-C side-chain-toside-chain linkages from the roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis(Licorice).Glycnsisitin A demonstrated stronger cardioprotective activity than glycnsisitins b.and C in an in vitro model of doxorub.cin(DOX)-induced cardiomyocyte *** A treatment not only reduced the mortality of heart failure(HF)mice in a dose-dependent manner b.t also significantly attenuated DOX-induced cardiac dysfunction and myocardial *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)of the differentially expressed genes indicated that the cardioprotective effect of glycnsisitin A was mainly attrib.ted to its ab.lity to maintain iron homeostasis in the ***,glycnsisitin A interacted with transferrin and facilitated its b.nding to the transferrin receptor(TFRC),which caused increased uptake of iron in *** findings highlight the key role of b.cyclic peptides as b.oactive molecules of Zhigancao decoction for the treatment of HF,and glycnsisitin A constitutes a promising therapeutic agent for the treatment of HF.

Single crystallization is an important strategy to resolve intergranular cracks and unnecessary side reactions with electrolytes in layered transition metal oxide cathodes LiNi_(0.8)Mn_(0.1)Co_(0.1)O_(2)(NMC811).Due to the limitations of high-temperature sintering and multi-step calcination,single crystal NMC811 generally shows irregular particles with a size of 2-3μ***,the prolonged Li-ion diffusion pathway and the stress generated b. the uneven de-/intercalation sluggish Li-ion diffusion kinetics,what is more,cause structural damage such as intragranular cracks.A slow Li extraction rate or particle size reduction will ameliorate the structural damage and improve the cycling *** the most promising cathodes for next-generation power b.tteries,NMC811 required fast charge performance and cycle *** size reduction appears to b. the displacement *** is an effective strategy to mitigate intragranular cracks of single crystal ***,the serious aggregation and increased specific surface area b.come new *** this article,we synthesized monodisperse nanoscale single crystal NMC811 b. molten salt method and modified the surface b. LiNb.3 *** electrochemical performance shows that nanoscale single crystal NMC811 has faster kinetic and higher capacity retention,so the strategy of comb.ning nanonization and surface coating is an alternative way to prepare high specific capacity and cycle stab.e single crystal NMC811.

Low cycle fatigue tests on nickel b.se superalloy GH536 were performed at 600, 700 and 800℃. The strain-life and cyclic stress-strain relationship were given at various temperatures. The change in fatigue life b.havior and fatigue parameters with tem- perature increasing was discussed. At low and intermediate total strain amplitudes, the fatigue life was found to decrease with increasing temperature.

Low Loss and Low EMI Noise Trench IGb. with Shallow Emitter Trench Controlled P-Type Dummy Region

A novel trench insulated gate b.polar transistor（TIGb.） with a shallow emitter trench controlled P-type dummy region（STCP-TIGb.） is *** with the conventional TIGb. with floating P-type dummy region（CFP-TIGb.） and TIGb. with floating P-type dummy region and normally on hole path（HFPTIGb.）,the proposed STCP structure not only speeds up the extraction of excessive holes in the turn-off process b.t also reduces the Miller plateau charge(Qgc).Therefore,b.th the power loss and electromagnetic interference（EMI） noise are significantly *** results show that the Qgcof the proposed device is only 501 nC/cm2,which is reduced b. 58.5% and 26.4% when compared to the CFP-TIGb. and HFP-TIGb.,*** same on-state voltage drop(Vceon) of 1.02 V,the turn-off loss(Eoff) of the proposed device is 13.49 mJ/cm2,which is 64.6%and 67.6% less than those of the CFP-TIGb. and HFP-TIGb.,***,the reverse recovery dVak/dt of the freewheeling diode at same turn-on loss(Eon) of 31.8 mJ/cm2for the proposed STCP-TIGb. is only 2.15 kV/μs,which is reduced b. 91.3% and 57.2% when compared to 24.69 kV/μs and 5.02 kV/μs for the CFP-TIGb. and HFPTIGb.,*** reduced dV/dt significantly suppresses the electromagnetic interference noise generated b. the proposed device.

Zeolite-b.sed catalyst hydrocracking of plastics is a potential strategy for mitigating the environmental impacts of plastic wastes and recycling valuab.e resources,b.t difficult mass transfer,low concentration of acid sites,and high cost are still b.rriers to their practical *** this paper,we report an excellent hydrocracking catalyst of ZSM-5 nanosheets(Ce/b.ZSM-5)modified b. Ce species with high conversion up to 96.3%,C_(3)−C_(5)selectivity up to 80.9%,and good stab.lity during the hydrogenation of low-density *** comprehensive studies,b.ZSM-5 shows higher molecular diffusion efficiency and acid site concentrations compared with normal ZSM-5(n-ZSM-5)and hollow ZSM-5(h-ZSM-5).The introduction of Ce species into b.ZSM-5 further increases the density of b.ønsted(b.and Lewis(L)acid sites as active sites,which enhances the adsorption of sub.trates and facilitates the formation of intermediates and desorption of *** a result,the hydrocracking activity of Ce/b.ZSM-5 is significantly improved.
