Landslide susceptibility mapping is significant for landslide *** approaches have been used for landslide susceptibility prediction,however,their performances are *** study constructed a hybrid model,namely box counting dimension-based kernel logistic regression model,which uses fractal dimension calculated by box counting method as input data based on grid cells mapping unit and terrain mapping *** performance of this model was evaluated in the application in Zhidan County,Shaanxi Province,***,a total of 221 landslides were identified and mapped,and 11 landslide predisposing factors were ***,the landslide susceptibility maps(LSMs) of the study area were obtained by constructing the model on two different mapping ***,the results were evaluated with five statistical indexes,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV) and *** statistical indexes of the model obtained on the terrain mapping unit were larger than those based on grid cells mapping *** training and validation datasets,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC) of the model based on terrain mapping unit were 0.9374 and 0.9527,respectively,indicating that establishing this model on the terrain mapping unit was advantageous in the study *** results show that the fractal dimension improves the prediction ability of the kernel logistic *** addition,the terrain mapping unit is a more promising mapping unit in Loess areas.

The loess area in the northern part of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, China is a region with frequently landslide occurrences. The main aim of this study is to quantitatively predict the extent of landslides using the index of entropy model(IOE), the support vector machine model(SVM) and two hybrid models namely the F-IOE model and the F-SVM model constructed by fractal dimension. First, a total of 179 landslides were identified and landslide inventory map was produced, with 70%(125) of the landslides which was optimized by 10-fold crossvalidation being used for training purpose and the remaining 30%(54) of landslides being used for validation purpose. Subsequently, slope angle, slope aspect, altitude, rainfall, plan curvature, distance to rivers, land use, distance to roads, distance to faults, normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI), lithology, and profile curvature were considered as landslide conditioning factors and all factor layers were resampled to a uniform resolution. Then the information gain ratio of each conditioning factors was evaluated. Next, the fractal dimension for each conditioning factors was calculated and the training dataset was used to build four landslide susceptibility models. In the end, the receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves and three statistical indexes involving positive predictive rate(PPR), negative predictive rate(NPR) and accuracy(ACC) were applied to validate and compare the performance of these four models. The results showed that the F-SVM model had the highest PPR, NPR, ACC and AUC values for training and validation datasets, respectively, followed by the F-IOE ***, it is concluded that the F-SVM model performed best in all models, the hybrid model built by fractal dimension has advantages than original model, and can provide reference for local landslide prevention and decision making.

Objective:To explore the effect of Tangshen Formula(TSF),a Chinese herbal medicine,on interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)in the colon of diabetic ***:Fifty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control(NC,n=14)and high-fat diet(HFD)groups(n=40).After 6 weeks,the rats in the HFD group were injected intraperitoneally streptozotocin once(30 mg/kg).Thirty rats with fasting blood glucose higher than 11.7 mmol/L were randomly divided into diabetes(DM)and TSF groups,15 rats in each *** in the NC and DM groups were intragastrically administered with saline,and those in the TSF group were given with TSF(2.4 g/kg)once daily for 20 *** levels of Bax,Bcl-2,and caspase-3 in colonic smooth muscle layer were measured by Western blotting and immunohistochemical *** number of ICC was determined by immunohistochemical *** was used for analyzing the ratio of classically activated macrophages(M1)and alternatively activated macrophages(M2)to total *** microscopy was used to observe the epithelial ultrastructure and ***:TSF appeared to partially prevented loss of ICC in DM rats(P<0.05).Compared with the NC group,expression levels of Bcl-2,Bax,caspase-3,and TNF-αas well as the ratio of M1 to total macrophages increased in DM rats(all P<0.05),and the ratio of M2 to total macrophages decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the DM group,TSF decreased the expression levels of abovementioned proteins and restore M2 to total macrophages ratio(P<0.05 or P<0.01).TSF appeared to attenuate the ultrastructural changes of epithelia and improve the tight and desmosome junctions between epithelia reduced in the DM ***:Reduced number of ICC in DM rats may be associated with damage of the intestinal *** protective effects of TSF on ICC may be through repair of the epithelial junctions,which attenuates inflammation and inflammation-initiated apoptosis in colon of DM rats.

Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill(STDP)on angiogenesis in diabetic cardiomyopathy mice with coronary microcirculation dysfunction(CMD).Methods:According to a random number table,6 of 36 SPF male C57BL/6 mice were randomly selected as the control group,and the remaining 30 mice were injected with streptozotocin intraperitoneally to replicate the type 1 diabetes *** successfully copied the diabetes model were randomly divided into the model group,STDP low-dose group[15 mg/(kg·d)],medium-dose group[30 mg/(kg·d)],high-dose group[60 mg/(kg·d)],and nicorandil group[15 mg/(kg·d)],6 in each *** drug was given by continuous gavage for 12 *** cardiac function of mice in each group was detected at the end of the experiment,and coronary flow reserve(CFR)was detected by chest Doppler *** changes of myocardium were observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining,collagen fiber deposition was detected by masson staining,the number of myocardial capillaries was detected by platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 staining,and the degree of myocardial hypertrophy was detected by wheat germ agglutinin *** expression of the vascular endothlial growth factor(VEGF)/endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)signaling pathway-related proteins in myocardial tissue was detected by Western ***:Compared with the model group,medium-and high-dose STDP significantly increased the left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular fraction shortening(P<0.01),obviously repaired the disordered cardiac muscle structure,reduced myocardial fibrosis,reduced myocardial cell area,increased capillary density,and increased CFR level(all P<0.01).Western blot showed that high-dose STDP could significantly increase the expression of VEGF and promote the phosphorylation of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2,phosphoinositide 3-kinase,protein kinase B,and eNOS(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:STDP has a definite therapeuti

High-resolution non-emissive displays based on electrochromic tungsten oxides(WOx)are crucial for future near-eye virtual/augmented reality interactions,given their impressive attributes such as high environmental stability,ideal outdoor readability,and low energy ***,the limited intrinsic structure of inorganic materials has presented a significant challenge in achieving precise patterning/pixelation at the micron ***,we successfully developed the direct photolithography for WOx nanoparticles based on in situ photo-induced ligand *** strategy enabled us to achieve ultra-high resolution efficiently(line widthting device exhibited impressive electrochromic performance,such as fast response(3600 cycles),as well as promising applications in electronic logos,pixelated displays,flexible electronics,*** success and advancements presented here are expected to inspire and accelerate research and development(R&D)in high-resolution non-emissive displays and other ultra-fine micro-electronics.

Network node positioning technology is one of the important supporting technologies in the practical application of wireless sensor. In order to overcome the measurement error of the least squares method for wireless sensor networks（WSNs） node affect their positioning accuracy, an improved positioning algorithm least squares（LS） is proposed. In order to obtain the optimal reference node, the algorithm based on the conventional least squares location algorithm to correct bad nodes. The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively filter large node localization errors. The positioning accuracy is significantly improved.

研究目的:天津滨海地区多为海相沉积层,地下水位高,地层中存在淤泥质土。地铁建设首先面临的问题就是地下车站基坑的稳定性,保证基坑工程的安全性具有重要的经济和社会效益。本文对天津地铁某换乘车站基坑开挖施工变形规律进行研究,对于后续开工建设的地铁车站基坑工程具有一定的借鉴意义。研究结论:(1)在地下车站开挖过程中,受软土层突然应力释放及地下水位变化的影响,易引起周边建筑物地基的不均匀沉降,造成地面开裂、建筑物与地下管线变形。(2)本文利用有限元分析软件,建立三维数值模型,对基坑分步开挖施工过程进行动态模拟,对开挖过程中的围岩稳定性进行计算分析,得出:车站各主要受力构件均未达到极限强度,整个车站不会发生结构失稳破坏;车站基坑周围地表沉降量不大,对既有运营的地铁线路及车站围护结构的影响较小,开挖满足结构变形与周边建筑物的差异沉降变形控制要求。(3)本研究成果可为沿海软土地区地铁车站基坑开挖等类似工程提供参考。

Liquid leakage of pipeline networks not only results in considerableresource wastage but also leads to environmental pollution and ecological *** response to this global issue, a bioinspired superhydrophobic thermoplastic polyurethane/carbon nanotubes/graphene nanosheets flexible strain sensor (TCGS) hasbeen developed using a combination of micro-extrusion compression molding andsurface modification for real-time wireless detection of liquid leakage. The TCGSutilizes the synergistic effects of Archimedean spiral crack arrays and micropores,which are inspired by the remarkable sensory capabilities of scorpions. This designachieves a sensitivity of 218.13 at a strain of 2%, which is an increase of 4300%. Additionally, it demonstrates exceptional durability bywithstanding over 5000 usage cycles. The robust superhydrophobicity of the TCGS significantly enhances sensitivity and stability indetecting small-scale liquid leakage, enabling precise monitoring of liquid leakage across a wide range of sizes, velocities, and compositionswhile issuing prompt alerts. This provides critical early warnings for both industrial pipelines and potential liquid leakage scenariosin everyday life. The development and utilization of bioinspired ultrasensitive flexible strain sensors offer an innovative and effectivesolution for the early wireless detection of liquid leakage.
