AIM:To observe the retinal and choroidal circulations in patients with non-arteritic permanent central retinal artery occlusion(NA-CRAO)via optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)and analyze their correlation with visual ***:Sixty-two eyes with clinically confirmed acute NA-CRAO were included in the study and divided into:A type(mild n=29),B type(moderate n=27)and C type(severe n=6)based on the degree of visual loss,retinal edema,and arterial blood flow delay in fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA).Contralateral healthy eyes were used as the control ***-corrected visual acuity(BCVA),slit lamp microscopy,indirect ophthalmoscopy,fundus color photography,OCTA,and FFA were ***’s correlation analysis was used to determine the correlations between retinal and choroidal vessels and visual ***:There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,and intraocular pressure among the three types and the control group(P>0.05).Vessel density in deep capillary plexus(VD-DCP)significantly decreased(P<0.05)in all three types of NA-CRAO patients compared to the control *** density in superficial vascular plexus(VD-SVP)significantly decreased(P<0.05)in type A patients and choriocapillaris flow area significantly decreased(P<0.05)in type B and type C patients compared to the control group;while outer retinal flow areas significantly increased in the type A(P<0.05)and decreased in type C patients(P<0.05).The retinal thickness significantly increased in type C group(P<0.05).The VD-SVP at fovea in the type A was significantly lower than both of type B and *** VD-SVP at nasal parafovea in type A and B was significantly lower than type C(P<0.05).The logMAR BCVA of type A was significantly better than that of type B and C groups(P<0.05).Spearman’s correlation analysis showed that the logMAR BCVA was positively correlated with VD-SVP at fovea(r=0.679,P=0.031)and nasal parafovea(r=0.826,P=0.013).CONCLUSION:OCTA is valua

Lariat RNA is concomitantly produced by excised intron during RNA splicing,which is usually debranched by DBR1,an RNA debranching ***,increasing evidence showed that some lariat RNA could escape *** is known about how and why these lariat RNAs could be *** comparing the atlas of lariat RNAs between the non-dividing cell(mature pollen)and three actively dividing tissues(young shoot apex,young seeds,and young roots),we identified hundreds to thousands of lariat RNA naturally retained in each tissue,and the incidence of lariat RNA retention is much less in shoot apex while much more in *** lariat RNAs derived from the same intron or different lariat RNAs from the same pre-m RNA could be retained in one tissue while degraded in the other *** deciphering lariat RNA sequences,we identified an AG-rich(RAAAAVAAAR)motif and a UC-rich(UCUCUYUCUC)motif for pollen-specific and the other three tissues-retained lariat RNAs,*** of the pollen-specific AG-rich motif indeed enhanced lariat RNA retention in ***,hundreds of lariat RNAs harbored mi RNA binding sites,and dual-luciferase reporter assay showed that these natural lariat RNAs had the potential to protect expression of mi RNA target ***,our results uncover that selective retention of lariat RNA is an actively regulatory process,and provide new insights into understanding how lariat RNA metabolism may impact mi RNA activity.

目的探讨老年中晚期食管癌伴吞咽困难者行胃造瘘术对患者免疫功能、应激反应及营养状况的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年2月至2020年3月河北省退役军人总医院收治的84例老年中晚期食管癌伴吞咽困难患者的临床诊治资料。根据患者营养提供方式的不同分组,其中33例行支架置入术者作为A组,51例行胃造瘘术者作为B组。治疗前及术后1周比较两组患者外周血中免疫细胞转录因子表达量、血清炎症应激标志物水平、营养指标及并发症发生情况。结果术后1周,两组患者的T-bet表达量均较术前明显升高,且B组患者为(1.47±0.25),明显高于A组的(1.21±0.22),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周,两组患者GATA3和Foxp3表达量均明显下降,但B组患者分别为(0.73±0.08)、(0.54±0.11),明显低于A组的(0.92±0.09)、(0.81±0.15),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1周,两组患者的去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇及C反应蛋白水平均明显升高,且B组患者分别为(56.02±14.96)ng/mL、(193.05±37.28)ng/mL、(7.33±1.88)μg/mL,明显低于低于A组的(71.93±13.27)ng/mL、(231.72±32.08)ng/mL、(9.14±2.06)ng/mL,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周,两组患者的白蛋白、前蛋白及血红蛋白水平均较术前下降,且B组患者分别为(33.95±2.95)g/L、(0.24±0.04)g/L、(115.81±8.75)g/L,明显高于A组的(30.16±3.04)g/L、(0.21±0.06)g/L、(109.42±9.83)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的术后并发症发生率为21.21%,明显高于B组的5.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃造瘘术治疗老年中晚期食管癌伴吞咽困难患者能明显改善患者免疫功能水平,其能显著缓解患者应激水平,改善患者营养状态,同时还能明显缓解患者并发症,安全可靠。

目的探讨自拟中药组方联合同步放化疗对晚期食管癌患者短期疗效及生存预后的影响。方法选取2018年2月—2019年3月期间在河北省退役军人总医院接受治疗的80例晚期食管癌患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。两组患者均行同步放化疗治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以自拟中药组方治疗。治疗8周后,观察比较两组患者短期疗效、中医证候积分、1年无进展生存率、血液指标及毒副作用发生情况。结果治疗后观察组总有效率77.50%(31/40)明显高于对照组55.00%(22/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者主症、次症积分均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组主症、次症积分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者CD44及唾液酸水平均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组CD44及唾液酸水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组患者不同严重程度骨髓抑制、肝功能损害及恶心呕吐发生率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组1年无进展生存率72.50%(29/40)明显优于对照组50%(20/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟中药组方联合同步放化疗较单独使用同步放化疗可有效提高晚期食管癌患者临床疗效,提高1年无进展生存率,降低中医证候评分、CD44、唾液酸水平及毒副作用发生率。

The oil production of the multi-fractured horizontal wells(MFHWs) declines quickly in unconventional oil reservoirs due to the fast depletion of natural energy. Gas injection has been acknowledged as an effective method to improve oil recovery factor from unconventional oil reservoirs. Hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff becomes preferable when the CO_(2) source is limited. However, the impact of complex fracture networks and well interference on the EOR performance of multiple MFHWs is still unclear. The optimal gas huff-n-puff parameters are significant for enhancing oil recovery. This work aims to optimize the hydrocarbon gas injection and production parameters for multiple MFHWs with complex fracture networks in unconventional oil reservoirs. Firstly, the numerical model based on unstructured grids is developed to characterize the complex fracture networks and capture the dynamic fracture ***, the PVT phase behavior simulation was carried out to provide the fluid model for numerical simulation. Thirdly, the optimal parameters for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff were obtained. Finally, the dominant factors of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff under complex fracture networks are obtained by fuzzy mathematical method. Results reveal that the current pressure of hydrocarbon gas injection can achieve miscible displacement. The optimal injection and production parameters are obtained by single-factor analysis to analyze the effect of individual parameter. Gas injection time is the dominant factor of hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff in unconventional oil reservoirs with complex fracture networks. This work can offer engineers guidance for hydrocarbon gas huff-n-puff of multiple MFHWs considering the complex fracture networks.

A novel approach based on thermal diffusion was used to achieve controllable Mg content in A2B7-type La-Mg-Ni-based *** formation mechanism of the A2B7-type phase as a result of the thermal diffusion process and the effect of Mg content on hydrogen storage performance were investigated.X-ray diffraction（XRD） patterns and Rietveld refinement results showed that increased Mg transformed the LaNi5phase in the La0.74Sm0.03Y0.23Ni4.32Al0.04precursor alloy into a superlattice *** electron microscopy（SEM） images showed that Mg was evenly distributed in the alloy *** in the superlattice significantly inhibited the phase decomposition of the superlattice structure during the hydrogen absorption/desorption *** A2B7-type La0.57Sm0.02Y0.18Mg0.23Ni3.38Al0.03alloy composed of Gd2Co7and Ce2Ni7phases was successfully *** pressure-composition isotherm profiles showed that the alloy had a hydrogen storage capacity as high as 1.73 wt%,with good cycling *** 50 cycles of hydrogen absorption/desorption,the alloy retained a hydrogen storage capacity of 1.45 wt%,with a capacity retention rate of up to 84.28%.The Mg thermal diffusion process thus provides a new approach for the controlled preparation of La-Mg-Ni-based alloys.

CeCO_(3)OH has a unique crystal structure and excellent optical,electronic and catalytic properties,which has been widely investigated for many ***,ceria obtained from CeCO_(3)OH has a morphology that is similar to that of the precursor,and the CeO_(2)-based products obtained from CeCO_(3)OH exhibit outstanding properties,such as catalytic performances,owing to their designed morphology and oxygen vacancies(OVs).To introduce CeCO_(3)OH into a wider range of potential researchers,we first systematically review the physico-chemical properties,synthesis,reaction and morphology tuning mechanism of CeCO_(3)OH,and summarize the conversion behavior from CeCO_(3)OH to ***,we thoroughly survey the applications of CeCO_(3)OH and its conversion *** for further investigations of CeCO_(3)OH are also made in this *** is hoped that the exhaustive co mpilation of the valuable properties and considerable potential investigations of CeCO_(3)OH will promote further applications of CeCO_(3)OH and CeO_(2)-based functional materials.

The synthesis of a perpendicular growth structure of MoS_(2)nanosheets on graphene for efficient sodium storage is challenging yet ideal due to the benefits of open ion diffusion channels and high electronic *** this study,we have successfully fabricated a novel structure of vertical MoS_(2)nanosheets on graphene,with ZnS nanoparticles serving as bonding points(MoS_(2)/ZnS/G),through a facile hydrothermal *** the synthesis process,Zn^(2+)not only acts as a landing site for the vertical growth of MoS_(2)nanosheets but also triggers the formation of a defect-rich structure in the final *** unique architecture of MoS_(2)/ZnS/G effectively combines the advantages of a vertically aligned geometry and a defectrich structure for energy *** resulting structure displays shortened transport paths for electrons/ions,enhanced conductivity,improved structural integrity,and an increased number of active sites for promising electrochemical *** expected,when used as anode for sodium-ion batteries,the as-synthesize d MoS_(2)/ZnS/G exhibits excellent rate capability(high capacity of 298 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 A·g^(-1))and good cycling stability(a capacity decay of 0.056%per cycle after 500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1)).According to the kinetic investigations,the electrochemical process of the MoS_(2)/ZnS/G sample is primarily governe d by a pseudocapacitive behavior,which enhances the charge/discharge kinetics and allows the MoS_(2)/ZnS/G structure to remain intact during cycling.
