We propose a silicon polarization-diversity coherent receiver for wavelength-multiplexing transmission without using the large-footprint arrayed waveguide grating(AWG).We have integrated our proposed coherent receiver on the silicon-on-insulator(SOI) platform for high-capacity *** the proposed coherent receiver,high-frequency photocurrent signals from other wavelengths are suppressed by electrical low-pass ***,the signal-signal beat interference(SSBI) generated from each wavelength is eliminated by the balanced *** two features lend to the proposed coherent receiver being free of the mm-scale *** have demonstrated our proposed coherent receiver to detect a 1.12-Tb/s wavelength-division-multiplexed and polarization-division-multiplexed 16-ary quadrature amplitude modulation(PDM-16-QAM) *** compact footprint of the silicon chip promises small-form-factor receivers for future ultra-high-capacity coherent communication systems that require a high integration level and low fabrication cost.

Many multi-agent scenarios require message sharing among agents to promote coordination,hastening the robustness of multi-agent communication when policies are deployed in a message perturbation environment. Major relevant studies tackle this issue under specific assumptions, like a limited number of message channels would sustain perturbations, limiting the efficiency in complex scenarios. In this paper,we take a further step in addressing this issue by learning a robust cooperative multi-agent reinforcement learning via multi-view message certification, dubbed CroMAC. Agents trained under CroMAC can obtain guaranteed lower bounds on state-action values to identify and choose the optimal action under a worst-case deviation when the received messages are perturbed. Concretely, we first model multi-agent communication as a multi-view problem, where every message stands for a view of the state. Then we extract a certificated joint message representation by a multi-view variational autoencoder(MVAE) that uses a product-of-experts inference network. For the optimization phase, we do perturbations in the latent space of the state for a certificate guarantee. Then the learned joint message representation is used to approximate the certificated state representation during training. Extensive experiments in several cooperative multi-agent benchmarks validate the effectiveness of the proposed CroMAC.

We couple together existing ideas, existing results, special structure and novel ideas to accomplish the exact limits and improved decay estimates with sharp rates for all order derivatives of the global weak solutions of the Cauchy problem for an n-dimensional incompressible Navier-Stokes equations. We also use the global smooth solution of the corresponding heat equation to approximate the global weak solutions of the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations.

With more multi-modal data available for visual classification tasks,human action recognition has become an increasingly attractive ***,one of the main challenges is to effectively extract complementary features from different modalities for action *** this work,a novel multimodal supervised learning framework based on convolution neural networks(Conv Nets)is proposed to facilitate extracting the compensation features from different modalities for human action *** on information aggregation mechanism and deep Conv Nets,our recognition framework represents spatial-temporal information from the base modalities by a designed frame difference aggregation spatial-temporal module(FDA-STM),that the networks bridges information from skeleton data through a multimodal supervised compensation block(SCB)to supervise the extraction of compensation *** evaluate the proposed recognition framework on three human action datasets,including NTU RGB+D 60,NTU RGB+D 120,and *** results demonstrate that our model with FDA-STM and SCB achieves the state-of-the-art recognition performance on three benchmark datasets.

Synergistic regulation of hierarchical nanostructures and defect engineering is effective in accelerating electron and ion transport for metal oxide ***,carbon nanofiber-supported V_(2)O_(3) with enriched oxygen vacancies(OV-V_(2)O_(3)@CNF)was fabricated using the facile electrospinning method,followed by thermal *** from the traditional particles embedded within carbon nanofibers or irregularly distributed between carbon nanofibers,the free-standing OV-V_(2)O_(3)@CNF allows for V_(2)O_(3) nanosheets to grow vertically on one-dimensional(1D)carbon nanofibers,enabling abundant active sites,shortened ion diffusion pathway,continuous electron transport,and robust structural ***,density functional theory calculations confirmed that the oxygen vacancies can promote intrinsic electron conductivity and reduce ion diffusion energy ***,the OV-V_(2)O_(3)@CNF anode delivers a large reversible capacity of 812 mAh g^(-1) at 0.1 A g^(-1),superior rate capability(405 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1)),and long cycle life(378 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1) after 1000 cycles).Moreover,an all-vanadium full battery(V2O5//OV-V_(2)O_(3)@CNF)was assembled using an OV-V_(2)O_(3)@CNF anode and a V2O5 cathode,which outputs a working voltage of 2.5 V with high energy density and power density,suggesting promising practical *** work offers fresh perspectives on constructing hierarchical 1D nanofiber electrodes by combining defect engineering and electrospinning technology.

Lithium-rich layered cathode material(LLM)can meet the requirement of power lithium-ion energy storage devices due to the great energy ***,the de/intercalation of Li+will cause the irreversible loss of lattice oxygen and trigger transition metal(TM)ions migrate to Li+vacancies,resulting in capacity *** we brought Ti4+in substitution of TM ions in Li_(1.2)Mn_(0.54)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)O_(2),which could stabilize structure and expand the layer spacing of ***,optimized Ti-substitution can regulate the anions and cations of LLM,enhance the interaction with lattice oxygen,increase Ni^(3+) and Co^(3+),and improve Mn^(4+) coordination,improving reversibility of oxygen redox activation,maintaining the stable framework and facilitating the Li^(+) ***,we found 5%Ti-substitution sample delivered a high discharge capacity of 244.2 mAh/g at 50 mA/g,an improved cycling stability to 87.3%after 100 cycles and enhanced rate *** Ti-substitution gives a new pathway to achieve high reversible cycle retention for LLMs.
