The time-dependent quantum dynamics calculation for reaction O(3P)+CH4 →CH3+OH is made, using of the semirigid vibrating rotor target (SVRT) model and the time-dependent wave packet (TDWP) method. The corresponding reaction probabilities of different initial states are provided. From the calculation of initial rovibrational statej=0,v=0, 1, we can see that the excitation of the H-CH3 stretching vibration gives significant enhancement of reaction probability and the reaction threshold decreases dramatically with the enhancement of the vibrating excitation, which indicates that the vibrating energy of reagent molecules contributes a lot to the molecular collision. As for the calculation of reaction probability of statev=0,j=0,1,2,3, the results show that the reaction probability rises significantly with the enhancement of rotational quantum numberj while the reaction threshold has no changes. The spatial steric effect of the title reaction is studied and analyzed too after the calculation of reaction probability of statesj=5,k=0–2,n=0 andj=5,k=2,n=0–2 is made.

A comprehensive resource optimization framework is designed for incremental amplify-andforward orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(AF-OFDM) relaying systems to maximize the network lifetime. Specifically, joint channel and power assignment, i.e., all degrees of freedom such as incremental policy, channel pairing, relay selection, and power allocation, are optimized with quality of service(QoS)constraints. The lifetime maximization problem is formulated as a mixed-integer nonlinear programming which at first glance seems mathematically intractable. However, a two-nested search loop, in which the outer loop varies the lifetime based on bisection criterion until finding the optimum while the inner loop attempts to derive the corresponding feasible solution set for that given lifetime by employing dual decomposition and subgradient techniques, is then presented to solve it. Numerical results are shown to verify the near-optimality and the effectiveness of our proposal.

The combination of nucleic acid and small-molecule drugs in tumor treatment holds significant promise;however, the precise delivery and controlled release of drugs within the cytoplasm encounter substantial obstacles, impeding the advancement of formulations. To surmount the challenges associated with precise drug delivery and controlled release, we have developed a multi-level p H-responsive co-loaded drug lipid nanoplatform. This platform first employs cyclic cell-penetrating peptides to exert a multi-level pH response, thereby enhancing the uptake efficiency of tumor cells and endow the nanosystem with effective endosomal/lysosomal escape. Subsequently, small interferring RNA(siRNA) complexes are formed by compacting siRNA with stearic acid octahistidine, which is capable of responding to the lysosome-tocytoplasm pH gradient and facilitate siRNA release. The siRNA complexes and docetaxel are simultaneously encapsulated into liposomes, thereby creating a lipid nanoplatform capable of co-delivering nucleic acid and small-molecule drugs. The efficacy of this platform has been validated through both in vitro and in vivo experiments, affirming its significant potential for practical applications in the co-delivery of nucleic acids and small-molecule drugs.

Highly divergent SARS-CoV-2 variants have continuously emerged and spread around the world,and updated vaccines and innovative vaccination strategies are urgently needed to address the global SARS-COV2 ***,we established a series of Ad5-vectored SARS-CoV-2 variant vaccines encoding multiple spike proteins derived from the Alpha,Beta,Gamma,Epsilon,Kappa,Delta and Omicron lineages and analyzed the antibody immune responses induced by single-dose and prime-boost vaccination strategies against emerging SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern(VOCs).Single-dose vaccination with SARS-CoV-2 variant vaccines tended to elicit the optimal self-matched neutralizing effects,and Ad5-B.1.351 produced more broad-spectrum cross-neutralizing antibodies against diverse *** contrast,prime-boost vaccination further strengthened and broadened the neutralizing antibody responses against highly divergent SARS-CoV-2 *** heterologous administration of Ad5-B.1.617.2 and Ad5-B.1.429 to Ad5-WT-primed mice resulted in superior antibody responses against most *** particular,the Omicron spike could only stimulate self-matched neutralizing antibodies with infrequent cross-reactivities to other variants used in single-dose vaccination strategies;moreover,with prime-boost regimens,this vaccine elicited an optimal specific neutralizing antibody response to Omicron,and prompted cross-antibody responses against other VOCs that were very similar to those obtained with Ad5-WT ***,this study delineated the unique characteristics of antibody responses to the SARS-CoV-2 VOC spikes with the single-dose or prime-boost vaccination strategies and provided insight into the vaccine development of next SARS-CoV-2 VOCs.
