Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a kind of metabolic disorder characterized by excessive fat deposition in the liver and ranging from simple steatosis(simple NAFLD)to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma[1].It has recently been increasing annually;for example,it was recently estimated to have a global prevalence of 32.4%,which seriously threatens human health[2].Thus,the discovery of new therapeutic targets is of great importance because there is no specified drug for the treatment of *** the other hand,the pathogenesis of NAFLD is complicated and still *** studies have proposed ferroptosis as related to the disease progressions of *** evidence indicated that ferroptosis in hepatocytes and hepatic macrophages could induce NASH and that complex regulatory mechanisms were *** the future,inhibition of ferroptosis may hopefully become an emerging target in treating NAFLD.

深入了解土壤营养状况及平衡关系有助于高寒退化草地的有效恢复和管理.为了研究草甸重度退化阶段土壤碳、氮、磷营养元素之间的平衡关系,采用实地采样调查、室内分析和数理统计等方法,探讨了三江源地区高寒草甸重度退化阶段土壤碳氮磷含量、储量及生态化学计量变化特征及驱动因素.结果表明,在重度退化阶段,杂类草植物占据绝对优势地位,土壤C∶N∶P约为32.83∶3.87∶0.67,存在一定的氮限制,土壤碳氮磷含量变异系数排序为:有机碳(1.09)>全氮(0.63)>全磷(0.29);有机碳含量和碳氮比随草地退化指数(GDI)的增加表现为显著线性下降的趋势,而全磷含量和有机碳储量表现为显著的非线性变化,其中全磷含量表现为显著的平缓U型分布,有机碳储量在重度退化阶段初期下降较为平缓,而当GDI为57.9时,急剧下降.Mantel相关分析结果表明,土壤碳氮比、碳磷比和氮磷比与有机碳含量及储量和全氮储量表现为显著的相关关系.结构方程模型结果表明,土壤含水量直接影响以及通过植被因子间接影响土壤碳氮磷生态化学计量比,土壤含水量和植被因子(高度、盖度和生物量)是影响土壤生态化学计量的关键环境因子.研究结果可为高寒草甸重度退化草地的恢复提供科学依据和实践指导.

Nondestructive and noninvasive neutron assays are essential applications of neutron *** resonance transmission analysis(NRTA)is a powerful nondestructive method for investigating the elemental composition of an *** back-streaming neutron line(Back-n)is a newly built time-of-flight facility at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)that provides neutrons in the eV to 300 MeV range.A feasibility study of the NRTA method for nuclide identification was conducted at the CSNS Back-n via two test *** results demonstrate that it is feasible to identify different elements and isotopes in samples using the NRTA method at *** study reveals its potential future applications.

深海环境下海水的声波速度是非匀速的,变速的海水会影响海底Scholte波的频散特性,为了提高利用Scholte波频散特性反演海底横波速度的精度,需建立速度连续变化的水平分层海水-分层海底(HLSLS)模型。本文基于波动理论推导HLSLS模型Scholte波频散方程和振幅深度方程。然后,基于南海海水声速剖面和实际海底弹性介质参数,分析深海环境海水速度变化对Scholte波频散特性的影响。最后,将方法用于南海深水OBS地震数据反演得到一条二维海底横波速度剖面,反演结果很好的指示了海底天然气水合物储层的分布。结果表明:深海环境下,利用海底OBS数据中的Scholte波反演海底浅层横波速度结构是可行的,南海实际深水OBS数据应用进一步验证了方法的准确性和实用性。
