Deep Learning and Tensor-Based Multiple Clustering Approaches for Cyber-Physical-Social Applications

The study delves into the expanding role of network platforms in our daily lives, encompassing various mediums like blogs, forums, online chats, and prominent social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. While these platforms offer avenues for self-expression and community support, they concurrently harbor negative impacts, fostering antisocial behaviors like phishing, impersonation, hate speech, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, cyberterrorism, fake news propagation, spamming, and fraud. Notably, individuals also leverage these platforms to connect with authorities and seek aid during disasters. The overarching objective of this research is to address the dual nature of network platforms by proposing innovative methodologies aimed at enhancing their positive aspects and mitigating their negative repercussions. To achieve this, the study introduces a weight learning method grounded in multi-linear attribute ranking. This approach serves to evaluate the significance of attribute combinations across all feature spaces. Additionally, a novel clustering method based on tensors is proposed to elevate the quality of clustering while effectively distinguishing selected features. The methodology incorporates a weighted average similarity matrix and optionally integrates weighted Euclidean distance, contributing to a more nuanced understanding of attribute importance. The analysis of the proposed methods yields significant findings. The weight learning method proves instrumental in discerning the importance of attribute combinations, shedding light on key aspects within feature spaces. Simultaneously, the clustering method based on tensors exhibits improved efficacy in enhancing clustering quality and feature distinction. This not only advances our understanding of attribute importance but also paves the way for more nuanced data analysis methodologies. Construction of Phosphorus-Functionalized Multichannel Carbon Interlayers for Dendrite-Free Metallic Zn Anodes

Zn metal anodes are usually subject to grave dendrite growth during platting/stripping, which dramatically curtails the lifespan of aqueous Zn-ion batteries and capacitors. To address above problems, in our work, a novel phosphorus-functionalized multichannel carbon interlayer was designed and covered on Zn anodes. The results demonstrated that the multichannel structure combined with the three-dimensional meshy skeleton can provide more sufficient space for Zn deposition, thereby effectively inhibiting the growth of zinc dendrites. Meanwhile, theoretical calculations also confirmed that the P–C and P=O functional groups from phosphorus-functionalized multichannel carbon interlayer have the decisive influence in reducing the zinc nucleation potential and depositing uniformly zinc. Concretely, the symmetrical battery assembled with phosphorus-functionalized multichannel carbon interlayer-covered Zn anodes possessed a long lifetime of 3300 h at2 mA cm-2with 1 mAh cm-2. Furthermore, the full cell with activated carbon cathodes exhibited a high specific capacity of 80.5 mAh g-1and outstanding cycling stability without capacity decay after 15 000 cycles at a high current density of 5 A g-1. The superior electrochemical performance exceeded that of most reported papers. Consequently, our synthesized zincophilic interlayer with the unique structure has superior prospects for application in stabilizing zinc anodes and prolonging the lifespan of batteries.

Boosting Li-ion storage kinetics via constructing layered TiO_(2) anode

Due to the typical intercalation-deintercalation mechanism,TiO_(2) holds great promise as a sustainable anode for next-generation lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,commercial TiO_(2)(C–TiO_(2))is granular and shows slow ionic conductivity,which greatly hinders its development due to sluggish kinetics,leading to low reversible capacity and inferior rate *** this study,a two-dimensional layered TiO_(2)(L-TiO_(2))anode is prepared via a one-step calcination process,which can effectively shorten the lithium ions diffusion path and improve its lithium ions *** elucidated the enhanced electrochemical performance of L-TiO_(2) as an anode in LIBs through pseudocapacitive acceleration of lithium ions intercalation and deintercalation using various characterization techniques,including different scan rate cyclic voltammetry tests,in situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,in situ Raman spectroscopy,and in situ X-ray *** comparison to C–TiO_(2) material,L-TiO_(2) material showcases remarkable electrochemical performance,achieving a capacity of 166 mAh/g after 100 cycles at 0.1 ***,the lithium-ion diffusion coefficient calculated for the L-TiO_(2) is two orders of magnitude greater,underscoring its potential as a negative electrode material for LIBs.

Within the gaming industry, they have foundutility in crafting virtual characters and generating plots and dialogues, thereby enabling immersive and interactiveplayer experiences. Furthermore, these models have been harnessed in the realm of medical diagnosis, providinginvaluable insights and support to healthcare professionals in the realmof disease detection. The principal objectiveof this paper is to offer a comprehensive overview of OpenAI, OpenAI Gym, ChatGPT, DALL E, stable diffusion,the pre-trained clip model, and other pertinent models in various domains, encompassing CLIP Text-to-Image,education, medical imaging, computer vision, social influence, natural language processing, software development,coding assistance, and Chatbot, among others.
