Immune checkpoint blockade(ICB)exhibits considerable benefits in malignancies,but its overall response rate is *** studies have shown that sphingosine kinases(SPHKs)are critical in the tumor microenvironment(TME),but their role in immunotherapy is *** performed integrative analyses including bioinformatics analysis,functional study,and clinical validation to investigate the role of SPHK1 in tumor ***,we demonstrated that the inhibition of SPHK1 significantly suppressed tumor growth by promoting antitumor immunity in immunocompetent melanoma mouse models and tumor T-cell cocultures.A mechanistic analysis revealed that MTA3 functions as the downstream target of SPHK1 in transcriptionally regulating tumor ***,we found that anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody(mAb)treatment significantly rescued tumor SPHK1 overexpression or tumor MTA3 overexpression-mediated immune ***,we identified SPHK1 and MTA3 as biological markers for predicting the efficacy of anti-PD-1 mAb therapy in melanoma *** findings revealed a novel role for SPHK1 in tumor evasion mediated by regulating the MTA3-PD-L1 axis,identified SPHK1 and MTA3 as predictors for assessing the efficacy of PD-1 mAb treatment,and provided a therapeutic possibility for the treatment of melanoma patients.

Advances in in-vehicle assisted driving technologies provide new opportunities for improving driving performance and traffic efficiency. Human-machine interfaces (HMIs)， navigation systems， and signal countdown timers (SCTs) have changed driver behavior. Although many researchers have attempted to examine the effectiveness of SCT systems， numerous HMI concepts have not been validated. For example， the quantitative impact of SCTs on driving patterns in daily driving tasks remains unclear. Therefore， the objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of an HMI navigation system and an SCT on the driver’s visual interaction， performance， and behavioral patterns. Three driving tasks were considered: a baseline (without information prompts)， navigation system (with information from a navigation system)， and navigation + SCT (with information from a navigation system and an SCT). An experimental study was conducted with 35 participants in a static high-fidelity driving simulator. Data on the driver's visual attention， operating characteristics， and vehicle kinematics were collected. A non-parametric test was used to analyze the human-machine interaction characteristics and driving performance. A Bayesian non-parametric driving model was constructed， and a text clustering algorithm was used to distinguish different driving patterns. The results indicated that providing information from the navigation and SCT systems improved driving performance significantly， whereas providing only information from the navigation system improved driving performance negligibly. Drivers required different information in different traffic light phases， and the most information was needed when the light was green. The proposed driving model could distinguish seven driving patterns during an intersection approach. The quantitative results showed that providing SCT information reduced the probability of acceleration by 21.5% and increased the probability of smooth driving by 25.1%. The find

喷射器以其体积小、无运动部件、不产生寄生能耗等一系列优点,正成为氢燃料电池氢气再循环的理想解决方案。但电堆变工况下喷射器的循环流体与供给流体的高度耦合特性致使其与电堆的匹配和优化难度较大。本文针对燃料电池变负载工况下喷射器引射流体压力与背压耦合变化的情况,采用计算流体力学(CFD)流体力学计算和实验相结合的方法,获取多组不同NXP值和工况条件下喷射器内部压力场和速度场,探究变工况下NXP对喷射器性能的影响的演变规律。结果表明,一次流压力的提升有助于提升喷射器循环性能,压力为4 bar时,在NXP=-15.6 mm时,引射比达到峰值2.43。同时,本文基于研究结果,采用数值解析获得变工况喷射器最优NXP的判定方法,结果有助于宽工况下喷射器与电堆的匹配设计与优化。

This article describes some of the common modeling method on compressor： black-box model, theoretical model, hybrid model and so on. It compares them, pointing out its advantages and disadvantages. In order to improve the design of the compressor and its performance, this paper proposes a new modeling theory. In this model, when you make the curve fitting between multiple variables, variables can be divided into many groups. Firstly, looking for the relationship between the variables in groups, and then you can find the relationship between aggregated group.

因集中供热建筑结构、住户行为习惯等差异,末端住户供暖数据具有特征差异大、非线性强、数据量大、响应时间长等特征,在原数据空间中利用聚类分析进行异常检测造成类间数据交叉,精确性无法保证。本文提出高维高斯混合聚类算法,将数据集映射到高维空间进行聚类,利用核函数映射、内积运算与高维特征空间分解等计算方法,提高精确度,规避维数灾难。搭建工业大数据分析平台,对比K-Means、高斯混合、恒虚警率、高维高斯混合算法聚类结果与异常检测精确度,本文所提算法将准确性提高到90.72%,误报率降低到5.92%,结合该算法完成4类异常用热数据集的解释与辨识。高维高斯混合聚类可以有效分析用户用热特征、检测异常数据,辅助降低采暖能耗,实现建筑节能。

以圆球型页岩陶粒为主要粗骨料，并用一级粉煤灰（FA（I））等体积取代30%普通砂，制备粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土.以超细粉煤灰（UFA）、硅灰（SF）分别等质量取代粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土10%-40%和5%-15%水泥，然后进行抗压强度试验、干湿循环试验、工业CT试验、压汞试验、动弹性模量试验，从混凝土抗蚀系数、孔隙率、动弹性模量等方面研究硫酸盐作用下粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土力学性能演变规律及微观结构变化情况.结果表明：在Na2SO4溶液浓度（质量分数）为0%-10%时干湿循环20次，混凝土抗压强度达到最高值，随后下降较快；在10% Na2SO4溶液中干湿循环50次，当UFA，SF取代率分别为20%,10%时，粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土抗蚀系数均达到最高值；掺UFA，SF粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土50-100nm孔所占体积分数明显增多，掺20%UFA和掺10%SF粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土〈100nm孔体积分数分别为普通混凝土的139，146倍；适量掺加UFA或SF能优化轻骨料砂浆界面过渡区微观结构，增强轻骨料砂浆界面黏结性能，延缓硫酸盐对粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土结构基体的进一步侵蚀.

先于当今一般商业性和秩序性而存在,以家庭式经营为特征的“苍蝇小馆”(以下简称“小馆”)(1),代表着城市文化中最具生活气息的那一抹底色,承载着市民的乡愁。“苍蝇小馆”作为城市地方生活文化的活性载体,是城市空间的神经脉梢,牵连着市民阶层的日常生活。近百年的上海移民潮,带来了丰富多元的地方文化与生活方式,其最为典型的空间实践就是有各类特定风味的餐馆。然而在当代商业语境下,小馆的私密性遭受时尚潮流的入侵,逐渐走强的流行文化,强制赋予小馆新的文化诠释,成了当代年轻人借以自我疗愈的“怀旧情怀”的载体,并逐渐被符号化。商业化与规模化的复制,导致小馆自身文化衰落,最终沦为现代商业的空间附庸。小馆在适应商业转型,求得自我生存的同时,将绅士化的国际风潮作为其品质标准。天生带有文化基因,作为地方文化的栖息之地,小馆在时尚消费的潮流中被消解。作为地方文化长期实践场所的小馆的命运,值得我们关注与反思。
