金属3D打印技术是目前增材制造研究的重点和热点。研究使用YLP-DF30激光打标机平台进行金属锡的立体打印,并利用合适网目数的网版完成铺粉工序,通过对3D打印各工艺参数的优化,得到了良好成型的金属锡3D打印成品,并利用显微镜分析观察了打印结果。结果表明,激光打标设备功率为25W,速度为5.00mm/s时打印出来的成品呈现出较好光泽,并且具有良好的致密程度及成型。

文章从园区小气候、营养利用、光合作用、病虫害、综合效益5个方面对林果茶桑园间套作大豆栽培模式下主栽作物与间作大豆之间的竞争关系和促进作用进行综合分析。结果表明,林果茶桑与大豆合理间套作可改善园区小气候、改良土壤养分状况、减少病虫害和杂草、提高光能利用效率,促进林果茶桑园综合效益显著提升。该间套作模式具有可行性,是一种比较理想的间套作模式。

Many granulite blocks have been recently dis-covered in the Anzishan area, Mianxian County, ShaanxiProvince, in the central segment of the Manxian-Lueyangsuturc zone. Sm-Nd isochron and 40 Ar39 Ar ages of mineralsamples of granulites from this area are reported in the *** granulite mineral samples give a Sm-Nd isochron age oft=(206 ± 55) Ma (2σ), with INd = 0.51302±7(2σ) and MSWD =1.6, and a biotite 40Ar/39 Ar plateau age of (199.7±l.7) Ma(2σ). The formation and uplift of the granulites were relatedto subduction of the Yangtze block beneath the SouthQinling microcontinent and their collision and the finalamalgamation of the Yangtze and Sino-Korean craton blocksin the Indosinian, and their age is consistent with or close tothose of the Dabie ultrahigh-pressure and high-pressuremetamorphic rocks, so have great tectonic significance.

【目的】分析萨福克羊主要经济性状的遗传参数,研究非遗传因素对萨福克羊主要经济性状的影响。【方法】2017~2023年共收集新疆玛纳斯种羊场萨福克羊4156只,并进行个体鉴定记录,利用DMU软件估计主要经济性状遗传参数,并使用SAS软件分析萨福克羊出生类型、出生年份、群别、胎次和母羊年龄等5个固定效应对各性状的影响。【结果】萨福克羊初生重、周岁重、胸围的遗传力分别为0.17、0.27和0.31,属于中等遗传力;日增重遗传力为0.05,属于低遗传力;体高、体长遗传力为0.38和0.41,属于高遗传力。除了胸围与体高、体长之间存在遗传负相关外,其余性状均呈正相关,体高和胸围与日增重存在较强遗传相关和表型相关性,且两者遗传力均较高。单胎的初生重、日增重、周岁重、体长、胸围均显著高于双胎;初生重、日增重处于上升趋势,群1中初生重、日增重、周岁重显著高于群2,群2中体高、体长、胸围显著高于群1;2、3、4胎次的羊初生重、日增重、体高显著高于1、5胎次;母羊年龄在2、3、4岁时初生重显著高于1岁,日增重、周岁重1、2岁显著高于3、4岁,其他性状间无显著差异。【结论】萨福克羊体高、体长属于高遗传力,初生重、周岁重、胸围属于中等遗传力,日增重属于低遗传力,除了胸围与体高、体长之间存在遗传负相关外,其余性状均呈正相关。该场萨福克羊群体2017~2019年早期生长性状呈上升趋势,2胎或3胎母羊繁殖性均达到最佳水平。

污水脱氮是污水净化处理的关键步骤之一。为去除水体中高浓度氨氮,于某化工污水中筛选出一株具有异养硝化-好氧反硝化性能的菌株鲍氏志贺菌(Shigella boydii Y5),通过单因素实验研究其最佳生存环境,并考察其应用于实际废水中的脱氮性能。结果表明,其最佳生存环境是碳源为蔗糖,C/N为10,pH为7,转速为140 r/min,此环境下生长的菌株Y5对初始质量浓度为1000 mg/L氨氮废水具高效的脱氮能力,且菌株Y5为嗜盐菌。将菌株Y5应用于核酸废水,对氨氮和总氮的最大降解率达98.22%和90.27%。通过高通量测序分析废水脱氮过程中Y5菌株的作用和稳定性,结果表明,与只添加碳源处理组相比,添加碳源和菌株Y5处理组废水中微生物多样性水平出现显著性差异,表明Shigella boydii Y5在实际废水处理中有巨大应用价值。

The Tongyu volcanic-hosted massive sulfide(VHMS) copper deposit is located in the west part of the North Qinling(NQL),Shaanxi *** we report geological features and trace elemental characteristics of ores,mineralized rocks,and volcanic host rocks of this *** also conducted in situ zircon U-Pb and Lu-Hf LA-ICP-MS dating and lithogeochemical study of the Meigou granodiorite,which is intruded in the south of the Tongyu mining *** is inferred that the volcanic host rocks of the Tongyu Cu deposit belong to calc-alkaline island arc volcanic rocks,and the volcanic host rocks and the ore-forming materials share common material *** subduction of the Paleo-Qinling oceanic slab at around 472 Ma,high oxygen-fugacity aqueous fluid released by dehydration reaction of the subducting slab rose into the mantle wedge,leached Cu and other metal elements,and triggered partial melting of the mantle *** with the ore-forming materials,the arc calc-alkaline magmas erupted and formed the Tongyu VHMS *** weighted average zircon U-Pb age of the Meigou granodiorite is 439.3±3 Ma,suggesting its genesis is associated with the subduction event of the Paleo-Qinling oceanic plate around 440 *** terms of the granitoid’s geochemical characteristics,the Mg#,Ni,and Cr contents are *** show strongly fractionated patterns with unobvious Eu *** contents are high while Y contents are low,resulting in high Sr/Y ***-stage zircon Hf model ages mostly range between 908 and 723 Ma,with εHf(t)>***,we classify Meigou granodiorite as island arc granite with adakitic geochemical *** was generated by interaction between mantle wedge and melt produced by partial melting of the subducted basaltic slab of the Paleo-Qinling *** Tongyu VHMS deposit was formed in the island arc tectonic setting during Ordovician-Silurian between 439.3±3 Ma and 472±11 *** volcanic exhalation-sedimentation,which was contemporaneous wit

The Luonan-Luanchuan tectonic belt lies between the North China Block and Qinling Mountains, in- cluding the Luonan-Luanchuan fault zone and the strong deformation zone to the north of the fault. The ductile shear zone, imbricate brittle fault and duplex structure in the fault zone now are the expression of the same tectonic event in different depth. Such lineation structure exists in the tectonic belts as mineral lineation, elongation lineation, crenulation lineation, sheath folds and so on, indicating NE-directed plate motion. Fold axes and thrusts in the strong deformation zone are inclined to the Luonan-Luanchuan fault zone at small angles. The structures with different natures show a regular pattern, produced during oblique convergence of plates. The convergence factors are as follows:The direction of plate convergence is 22°, 31° and the angle between the plate convergence direction and plate boundary is 73°, 82° respectively in the west and east segment. The Luonan-Luanchuan tectonic belt was deformed strongly in 372 Ma, resulted from Erlangping back-arc ocean basin subduction sin- istrally and obliquely to North China Block during the collision of North China Block and South China Block.

The mafic-ultramafic assemblages,which thrustthrust into the Wushan-Tangzang boundary fault as some blocks and outcropped in the Yuanyangzhen,Lijiahe,Lubangou and Gaojiahe area,consist mainly of meta-peridotites,gabbros and *** meta-peridotites are characterized by high SiO_(2) and MgO contents,lowΣREE,as well as their chondrite-normalized rare earth element patterns show some similarities to that of middle oceanic *** basalts from the Yuanyangzhen,Lijiahe and Lubangou area are characterized by relatively high TiO_(2) content,low Al_(2)O_(3) content and Na_(2)O>>K_(2)*** all,it is the slight enrichment or flat REE distribution patterns and the unfractionated in HFS elements in the primitive-normalized trace elements distribution patterns that indicate these basalts are similar to that of the typical *** comparison,the basalts from the Gaojiahe section are featured by depletion in Nb and Ta contents and enrichment in Th content which show that these were derived from an island-arc *** studies of the regional geology,petrology,geochemistry,geo-chronology and all above evidence,it can be suggested that the mafic-ultramafic rocks from the Wushan area are mainly dismembered E-MORB type ophiolite,which represent the fragments of the lithosphere of the Early-Paleozoic Qinling *** is preferred that these rocks were formed in an initial mid-ocean ridge setting during the beginning stage of the oceanic basin *** ophiolite together with the Gaojiahe island-arc basalts shows that there exists an ophiolitic mélange along the Wushan-Tangzang boundary fault,and marks the suture zone after the closure of the Qinling ocean in early Paleozoic.

Tumor dormancy, a complex and still poorly understood phenomenon, has been defined by the long-term persistence of occult can- cer cells during tumor progression. Recurrence and metastasis may occur just because of an activation of a small portion of the tumor cells. In our view, sustained angiogenesis is considered essential in triggering invasive tumor growth. Here we analyze the correlation between angiogenesis and tumor dormancy, the establishment of tumor dormancy models, the imaging strategies and the new biomarkers for dececting microscopic tumors before or during the angiogenic switch. It imperative to understand the role of an- giogenesis in tumor dormancy, as this will accelerate the development of anti-angiogenesis techniques to induce dormancy and/or eradicate dormant disease.
