Comprehensive Summary A general and convenient photoredox-catalyzed acylation and alkylcyanation of MBH acetates has been established,enabling the assembly of the C(sp2)–C(sp3)bond by a nitrogen-centered radical strategy for the synthesis of trisubstituted alkenes in moderate to excellent chemical yields(48 examples in total).The reaction of MBH acetates with acyl(indanone)oxime esters afforded trisubstituted alkenes containing 1.4-dicarbonyl ***,the use of Eosin Y as a photocatalyst in the catalytic system resulted in the formation of distal cyano group-anchored trisubstituted alkenes via deconstructive functionalization of cycloketone oxime ***,these resulting 1.4-dicarbonyl compounds could be applied to late-stage transformations,providing important methods for the synthesis of dihydropyridazin-3(2H)-one.

No well-established biomarkers are available for the clinical diagnosis of major depressive disorder(MDD).Vitamin D-binding protein(VDBP)is altered in plasma and postmortem dorsolateral prefrontal cortex(DLPFC)tissues of MDD ***,the role of VDBP as a potential biomarker of MDD diagnosis was further *** extracellular vesicles(EVs)and brain cell-derived EVs(BCDEVs)were isolated from the plasma of first-episode drug-naïve or drug-free MDD patients and well-matched healthy controls(HCs)in discovery(20 MDD patients and 20 HCs)and validation cohorts(88 MDD patients and 38 HCs).VDBP level in the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)from chronic glucocorticoid-induced depressed rhesus macaques or prelimbic cortex from lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced depressed mice and wild control groups was measured to evaluate its relationship with VDBP in plasma microglia-derived extracellular vesicles(MDEVs).VDBP was significantly decreased in MDD plasma MDEVs compared to HCs,and negatively correlated with HAMD-24 score with the highest diagnostic accuracy among *** in plasma MDEVs was decreased both in depressed rhesus macaques and mice.A positive correlation of VDBP in MDEVs with that in CSF was detected in depressed rhesus *** levels in prelimbic cortex microglia were negatively correlated with those in plasma MDEVs in depressed *** main results suggested that VDBP in plasma MDEVs might serve as a prospective candidate biomarker for MDD diagnosis.

An isolated symmetrical 2T2R cell enabling high precision and high density for RRAM-based in-memory computing

In-memory computing(IMC), leveraging emerging memories, holds significant promise in overcoming memory limitations and improving energy efficiency. However, the prevailing IMC array structure based on serially connected transistors and memory cells(1.1./2T2R), along with the signed weight mapping scheme, can lead to asymmetrical weight sensing issues(AWS) due to electrical asymmetry within the1.1./2T2R structure, particularly in highly scaled cells where the transistor's resistance becomes significant. In this paper, we propose and fabricate an electrically symmetric memory cell based on a physically isolated 2T2R structure for IMC. This design aims to enhance the precision and density of RRAM-based IMC arrays. The 2T2R cells are manufactured using the back-end-of-line(BEOL) process of a commercial40 nm technology platform. The feasibility of this design is verified through measured and simulated results,showcasing its capability to address the issue of AWS. Compared to conventional 2T2R cells, this design achieves a considerably smaller transistor footprint without compromising accuracy, while also improving integration density by 42.2%. These innovative memory cell advancements have the potential to further advance high-energy-efficient IMC technology.
