Our preliminary study found that the long noncoding RNA(LncRNA)-5657 can reduce the expression of inflammatory factors during inflammatory reactions in rat glial ***, the role played by LncRNA-5657 during septic brain injury remains *** the present study, rat models of septic encephalopathy were established by cecal ligation and puncture, and then the rats were treated with a hippocampal injection small hairpin RNA(sh RNA) against LncRNA-5657(sh-LnCRNA-5657).The sh-LncRNA-5657 treatment reduced the level of neuronal degeneration and necrosis in the rat hippocampus, reduced the immunoreactivities of aquaporin 4, heparanase, and metallopeptidase-9, and lowered the level of tumor necrosis *** cells were pre-treated with sh-LncRNA-5657 and then treated with 1 μg/mL ***-LncRNA-5657 transfection decreased the expression of LncRNA-5657 in lipopolysaccharide-treated glial cells and decreased the mRNA and protein levels of tumor necrosis factor-alpha, interleukin-1β, and *** findings suggested that LncRNA-5657 expression can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction during septic encephalopathy and induce protective effects against this *** study was approved by the Institutional Ethics Committee at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University of China(approval No.2017-004) in 2017.

The replacement of small cations with bulkier organic cations containing long alkyl chains or benzene rings to form a thin two-dimensional(2D)perovskite passivation layer on three-dimensional(3D)perovskite(2D/3D)has become a promising strategy for improving both the efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells(PSCs).The 2 D layer defines the interfacial chemistry and physics at the 2D/3D bilayer and endows the 2D/3D structure with better chemical and thermal ***,2D/3D(CF_(3)-PEA)_(2) FA_(0.85)MA_(0.15)Pb_(2)I_(7)/FA_(0.85)MA_(0.15)PbI_(3) planar heterojunction perovskite was produced using a facile interfacial ion exchange *** 2 D(CF_(3)-PEA)_(2) FA_(0.85)MA_(0.15)Pb_(2)I_(7) capping layer can not only passivate the FA_(0.85)MA_(0.15)PbI_(3) film but also act as super-hydrophobic layer to inhibit water diffusion and significantly enhance the *** 2D capping layer can also establish a unique graded band structure at the perovskite/Spiro-OMeTAD interface and lead to p-type doping for Spiro-OMeTAD layer which is beneficial for efficient charge *** PSCs based on this 2D/3D heterojunction yield a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 23.1%and improved *** device maintains 84%output for 2400 h aging under ambient environmental conditions without encapsulation,and maintains 81%for 200 h under illumination with *** work will inspire the design of more fluorinated 2D perovskite interfaces for advanced photovoltaics and beyond.

Heterogeneous stackings of two-dimensional(2D)semiconductors and halide perovskites have attracted much attention owing to their respective superior optoelectronic *** phosphorus(BP),as a unique 2D member with narrow bandgap,high mobility,and strong anisotropy,has never been combined with 2D layered ***,we construct a new BP-based van der Waals heterostructure combing with 2D chiral hybrid perovskite(i.e.,(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4))for promoting the performance and enriching the functionalities of BP.A series of BP characteristics,including carrier mobility,photoresponsivity,and polarization sensitivity,are synergistically enhanced when interfacing with(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4).For instance,the photodetector responsivity and photogain of BP in heterostructures are boosted by almost one order of magnitude with respect to BP alone,which is more obvious under excitation above the bandgap of *** is because the interfacing perovskite provides an inflow of numerous photogenerated carriers to BP,to reinforce the charge carrier transfer,separation,and transport ***,the ability of both linearly and circularly polarized photodetection can be integrated into the BP/(MBA)_(2)PbI_(4)*** work sheds new insight on the heterostructure assembly for promising optoelectronic applications within 2D materials and perovskite families.

Effects of combined administration of furosemide and kanamycin on rat auditory nerve

Objective To determine the effects of combined administration of furosemide and kanamycin on inner ear structures and the auditory nerve in rats. Methods The rats in the treatment group received intravenous injections of combined furosemide and kanamycin sulfate, and the rats in the normal control group received no treatment. The auditory brainstem response （ABR） test was carried out 7 days after drug administration to determine the effects of drug administration on hearing. Cochlear slice and cochlear wholcmount were prepared after 7 days of drug treatment. Results After 7 days of drug administration, ABR thresholds were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group and neurofilaments were significantly reduced, although the number of spiral ganglia showed no decrease and there were no signs of supporting cell injury. Conclusions Combined administration of furosemide and kanamyein sulfate has an apparent synergistic ototoxic effect. Although spiral ganglion damage may not be apparent within a short time period of drug administration, damage to auditory nerve fibers is obvious.

This study examined the photostabilization of Azadirachtin-A （Aza-A） when exposed to ultraviolet light in the presence of some natural absorbers. Aza-A extract solutions with and without natural UV light absorbers in methanol were applied onto the surface of glass slides. At particular intervals, the remaining concentration of Aza-A was analyzed by HPLC. Using first-order kinetic equation, the dissipation half-life values （DT^0） for the degradation of Aza-A under ultraviolet radiation were obtained. It indicated that the addition of ferulic acid, gallic acid, and rutin provided moderate degree of photostabilization of Aza-A and that addition of aloin provided the best photostabilization of Aza-A, among these UV absorbers studied. Photostabilization of Aza-A by different UV light absorbers appears to be due to the competitive energy absorption of UV photons by the absorbers molecules. The dissipation half-life values of Aza-A after irradiation under ultraviolet light suggested that the addition of aloin （in 1 ： 1 mol ratio） can provide better photostabilization of azadirachtin molecule.

The super-deduction of research and development(R&D)expenses is at the core of the policy to stimulate enterprise innovation in *** paper identifies whether firms are supported by the super-deduction policies for R&D expenses and uses the diferencein-diferences method to investigate the impact of the policies on R&D *** results show that changes in policy in 2013 significantly increased the R&D investment of firms engaging in key state-supported *** changes in 2016 significantly increased the R&D investment of firms engaging in non-key-state-supported *** not only invested all their tax incentives in R&D activities but also increased their investment in self-raised *** super-deduction policy had different impacts on different industries,firms with different boards,and firms with diferent *** policy significantly affected the manufacturing and construction industries,the Small and Medium Enterprise Board,and non-state-owned *** a mechanism analysis,we found that the policy significantly reduced the user cost of R&D and increased the net cash flow of enterprises,which could raise a firm's R&D *** is necessary to increase policy support,expand the scope of super-deductible expenses,and increase the super-deduction rate based on industry classification according to the sensitivity of different industries to the policy.

Microwave absorption properties of the nanocrystalline strontium ferrite （SrFe12O19） and iron （α-Fe） microfibers for single-layer and double-layer structures are investigated in a frequency range of 2 GHz 18 GHz. For the singlelayer absorbers, the nanocrystalline SrFe12O19 microfibers show some microwave absorptions at 6 GHz 18 GHz, with a minimum reflection loss （RL） value of -11.9 dB at 14.1 GHz for a specimen thickness of 3.0 mm, while for the nanocrystalline α-Fe microfibers, their absorptions largely take place at 15 GHz-18 GHz with the RL value exceeding -10 dB, with a minimum .RL value of about -24 dB at 17.5 GHz for a specimen thickness of 0.7 mm. For the doublelayer absorber with an absorbing layer of α-Fe microfibers with a thickness of 0.7 mm and matching layer of SrFe12O19 microfibers with a thickness of 1.3 ram, the minimum RL value is about -63 dB at 16.4 GHz and the absorption band width is about 6.7 GHz ranging from 11.3 GHz to 18 GHz with the RL value exceeding -10 dB which covers the whole Ku-band （12.4 GHz 18 GHz） and 27% of X-band （8.2 GHz 12.4 GHz）.

We propose a robust blind watermarking algorithm for three-dimensional(3D)mesh models based on vertex curvature to maintain good robustness and improve visual masking in 3D mesh *** the embedding process,by using the local window of vertex,the root mean square curvature is calculated for every vertex of the 3D mesh model and an ordered set of fluctuation values is *** to the ordered fluctuation values,the vertices are separated into *** each bin the fluctuation values are ***,the mean of the root mean square curvature fluctuation values of the vertices in each bin is modulated to embed watermark *** watermark detection,the algorithm uses a blind watermark extraction technique to extract the watermark *** experimental results show that the algorithm has a very good performance for visual masking of the embedded model and that it can resist a variety of common attacks such as vertex rearrangement,rotation,translating,uniform scaling,noise,smoothing,quantization,and simplification.
