The North Dabie Metamorphic Complex （NDC） is a suite of gray gneiss, mainly of tonalitic ***-Nd isochron age of 1047±44.5Ma, εNd =-8.99 and γ=0.998 are obtained. Nd model ages （TDM） and Pb model ages also indicate an ancient crust-derived source for the gray gneisses. Either the 87Sr/86Sr present ratios （>0.707） and the present εNd value （-8.84-23.56）, or the εNd value （-8.99） determined by isochron clearly constrained a crust source for the gray gneisses in NDC. Hence it can be inferred that the gray gneisses of NDC were derived from a reworking ancient middle to lower continental crust The generation and evolution process is closely related to the subduction of the Yangtze plate beneath the North China plate. The intrusion of the Yanshan granitic magma caused the last and the strongest tectothermal even on the gray gneisses

The Torbat-e-Heydariyeh andesitic rocks (THA) are part of the Cenozoic continental arc magmatic system of the northern branch of the Neotethys Ocean (NE Iran). Columnar jointing is the most significant feature of these rocks and they also show porphyritic， vitrophyric， and vitroglomeroporphyric textures. Plagioclase， clinopyroxene， ± orthopyroxene are the major mineral phases. SHRIMP U-Pb zircon dating yielded an age of 41.00 ± 0.69 Ma for the rocks (Middle Eocene， Bartonian). Geochemically， they are medium- to high-K calc-alkaline affinity. Primitive mantle-normalized diagrams exhibit enrichment in large ion lithophile elements (LILE)， such as Cs and Rb， and also depleted in high field strength elements (HFSE) and heavy rare earth elements (HREE)， with prominent negative anomalies of Ti， Nb， Y， and Yb， suggesting a tectonic setting of an active continental margin. The Chondrite-normalized REE diagram displays enrichment of light rare earth elements (LREE; LaN/YbN= 5.37–6.66) and small negative Eu anomalies (Eu/Eu* of 0.69–0.78). Thorium enrichment implies the reaction between the mantle wedge and the melt of subducting oceanic slab， and/or subducting sediment. The role of subducted sediments along with subducted oceanic lithosphere is evident in these magmatic rocks using Ba/La versus Th/Nd and Ba/Th versus LaN/SmNdiagrams. εNd(t) and (87Sr/86Sr)ivalues vary between -0.1 to +0.2 and 0.704 89 to 0.705 01， respectively， and are compatible with parental melts from subduction of the lithospheric mantle. We suggest that the THA rocks were produced by the partial melting of the metasomatized lithospheric mantle， which corresponds to slab break-off of the northward subducted Neotethys Oceanic slab in an extensional setting. The hot asthenospheric mantle upwelling triggered by the Neotethys slab break-off would severely heat the physically mixed mantle wedge peridotite and therefore caused partial melting to produce the Middle Eocene volcanic rocks in NE Iran.

Mineral resources are essential to prosperity and security of modern *** mineral resources can guar-antee sustainable development of economy in countries,especially those developing countries,has long been a focus of attention of international *** paper provides a comprehensive summary for major ad-vance of the research on mineral resources in past decades,and proposes some key issues regarding ore-forming mechanism,exploration and utilization of major and critical mineral *** the basis of these aspects,we also identify four priority science issues to be addressed in the future,including(1)mechanism of both metal circulation and extremely high concentration,(2)theories and technologies of prospecting deep-earth resources,(3)investigation of mineral resources in seafloor and polar regions,and(4)efficient,clean and recycling utiliza-tion of mineral *** can be expected that new advances in these four issues would tremendously promote the innovation of mineral resource science,and provide scientific and technologic support to meet the demand of mineral resources for human activities and the harmonious development of both mineral-resource exploration and ecological restoration.

桑干地区大同－集宁一带孔兹岩系分布区有大量早元古代花岗岩发育。依据矿物组成和地质特征，这些花岗岩可分为两种类型：大规模的石榴石花岗岩和小规模的淡色花岗岩。花岗岩中长石Ｐｂ同位素组成显示，石榴石花岗岩是孔兹岩系部分熔融的直接产物，而淡色花岗岩不是孔兹岩系简单的部分熔融产物。石榴石花岗岩中锆石Ｕ－Ｐｂ一致年龄为１８３６±１８Ｍａ，代表石榴石花岗岩的形成年代。淡色花岗岩的锆石Ｕ－Ｐｂ一致线上交点年龄为１９１２±９８Ｍａ，形成略早。孔兹岩系２０７Ｐｂ／２０４Ｐｂ值整体上高于华北麻粒岩下地壳，具有上地壳的Ｐｂ同位素组成特征，其沉积原岩应该来自华北晚太古代形成的大陆地壳。根据深成岩浆作用和变质作用的年代学资料，可以确定桑干地区早元古代如下构造－热事件序列：小基性岩体侵入（２．２～２．３Ｇａ）、早期淡色花岗岩生成（２．１～１．９Ｇａ）、麻粒岩相变质作用、剪切作用和大规模石榴石花岗岩发育（１．８４Ｇａ）、伟晶岩的形成（１．８０Ｇａ）和基性岩墙群的出现（１．７７Ｇａ）。

北大别变质杂岩的基本组分为一套成分相当于ＴＴＧ岩套的灰色片麻岩。岩石化学成分中ＳｉＯ２含量约为４７％～７９％。而且随着ＳｉＯ２含量的增加，ＴｉＯ２、Ａｌ２Ｏ３、ＭｇＯ、ＣａＯ和ＦｅＯ的含量... 详细信息

北大别变质杂岩的基本组分为一套成分相当于ＴＴＧ岩套的灰色片麻岩。岩石化学成分中ＳｉＯ２含量约为４７％～７９％。而且随着ＳｉＯ２含量的增加，ＴｉＯ２、Ａｌ２Ｏ３、ＭｇＯ、ＣａＯ和ＦｅＯ的含量相应下降，这表明从英云闪长岩质片麻岩到奥长花岗岩质或花岗岩质片麻岩具岩浆成因，是角闪石和斜长石的分离作用控制下岩浆分异的产物。岩石的稀土元素总量较低，轻重稀土分馏较弱，近于平行的稀土元素配分曲线表明所有岩石具有同成因的亲缘关系。岩石富集大离子亲石元素，亏损高场强元素和Ｎｂ。偏基性的片麻岩较花岗质片麻岩更富集Ｃｓ、Ｂａ，、Ｒｂ、Ｓｒ和较少亏损Ｎｂ和Ｔｉ。随着ＳｉＯ２含量增加，Ｎｂ亏损加大，Ｓｒ的富集程度减小，过渡族金属元素Ｔｉ强烈亏损，表明岩浆中发生了镁铁矿物和斜长石的分离。花岗质片麻岩表现出岛弧花岗岩所具有的ＦｅＯ、ＭｇＯ、ＣａＯ含量低和ＦｅＯ ／（ＦｅＯ＋ＭｇＯ）比值低的特征。亏损Ｎｂ和Ｙ的性质同样证明了他们属于火山弧花岗岩。在Ｈｆ／３ Ｔｈ Ｔａ（Ｎｂ）判别图上所有岩石的投影点均落到岛弧钙碱性岩系的范围。主元素和微量元素的性质证明北大别的灰?

Attenuation of rheumatoid arthritis through the inhibition of caspase3/GSDME-mediated pyroptosis induced by TNF-α

Precambrian granitoid rocks are widely distributed in the North China Craton(NCC).The dominant granitic rocks in the central-western NCC are trondhjemitic,tonalitic and granodioritic(TTG) gneisses,as well as some calc-alkaline granitic gneisses and minor *** linear granite belts in this area are different from other early Precambrian granitic rocks in the NCC in terms of their occurrence and chemistry;the Liang-Tu(LT) garnet granite belt and the Sanggan(SG) granite *** LT belt occurs along two large-scale ductile shear zones in metamorphosed Al-rich sedimentary country rocks(khondalitic series). In the central part of the LT belt are metagabbroic granulite lenses that were originally mafic *** the outer part of the belt,garnet granites grade into khondalitic *** belt granites have geochemical characteristics of S-type *** SG granite belt is～400 km long and composed of many deformed gneissic granitic bodies and granitic sills and veins with/without *** contain various lenses including high-pressure granulites and retrograded *** SG granite belt trends east-northeast,parallel to the regional gneissosity of the country *** and trace element geochemistry of these granites shows characteristics of syn-collisional and post-collisional *** country rocks beside the Sanggan granite belt are different,including the Huai’an-Fengzhen terrain(HFT) to the northwest and the Wutai-Fuping terrain(WFT) to the southeast. The LT and SG granite belts formed within an old continental craton and an old orogenic zone between two blocks,respectively.

To determine the role of gasdermin E(GSDME)-mediated pyroptosis in the pathogenesis and progression of rheumatoid arthritis(RA), and explore the potential therapeutic targets for ***: The expression and activation of caspase3 and GSDME in the synovium, macrophages, and monocytes of RA patients was detected by immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and western blot analysis. The correlation of activated GSDME with RA disease activity was evaluated. The pyroptotic ability of monocytes from RA patients was also tested. In addition, the effect of TNF-α on caspase3/GSDME-mediated pyroptosis of monocytes and macrophages was investigated. Furthermore, mice lacking Gsdme were subjected to collagen-induced arthritis, and the incidence and severity of arthritis was ***: Monocytes and synovial macrophages from RA patients showed increased expression of activated caspase3,GSDME, and GSDME-N. The expression of GSDME-N in monocytes from RA patients correlated positively with the disease activity. Monocytes from RA patients with higher GSDME levels were more susceptible to pyroptosis. Furthermore, TNF-α induced pyroptosis in monocytes and macrophages by activating the caspase3/GSDME pathway. The use of a caspase3 inhibitor and silencing of GSDME significantly blocked TNF-α–induced pyroptosis. Gsdme deficiency effectively alleviated arthritis in a collagen-induced arthritis mice ***: These Results support a pathogenic role of GSDME in RA and provide an alternative mechanism for RA pathogenesis involving TNF-α, which activates GSDME-mediated pyroptosis of monocytes and macrophages in RA. In addition, targeting GSDME might be a potential therapeutic approach for RA.

心脏手术多在全身麻醉低温体外循环下进行，术后腹部并发症的总发生率为0.12%～2.00%[1,2,3]。患有先天性心脏病的婴幼儿术前多合并消化道发育不良，术后腹部并发症常见的有消化性溃疡、胃肠道出血[4]等。肠穿孔多在溃疡、出血的基础上发生，发生率为0.02%～0.08%，如不及时治疗病死率可达50%[5]。郑州市儿童医院2010年1月至2015年7月在体外循环下行心脏直视手术的患儿3 270例，术后出现肠穿孔的患儿3例（0.09%），现总结报告如下，以提高临床医师对其的认识。
