数字经济作为信息技术升级迭代的产物,不断推动现代经济高质量发展。为了系统研究数字经济对国际投资的影响,利用熵值法和耦合协调模型测算中国31个省份2011—2020年的数字经济发展水平和双向FDI协调水平,并通过构建中介效应、调节效应和门槛效应模型对二者作用机制进行深入探讨。研究发现,数字经济会显著促进双向FDI协调发展,并且呈现区域异质性特点。数字经济通过影响创新效率从而影响双向FDI协调发展。自然资源禀赋对数字经济的效能具有负向调节效应。此外,门槛效应分析发现数字经济对双向FDI协调的影响具有单门槛效应。

Synthesis and Biological Activities of Novel Anthranilic Diamides Analogues Containing Benzo[b]thiophene

A series of novel anthranilic diamides analogues containing benzo[b]thiophenyl ring was designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by melting points, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance（IH NMR） and high-resolution mass spectrometry（HRMS）. The bioassay tests indicate that their insecticidal activities were weak to moderate. Antibacterial tests indicate that some of the compounds showed favourable activity in vitro against Physa- lospora piricola, Alternaria solani, Cercospora arachidicola, Gibberella sanbinetti and Phytophthora infestans at a dosage of 50 mg/L.

Background Histone deacetylase inhibitors （HDACIs） have been reported to induce apoptosis in cancer cells. The effects of trichostatin A （TSA） on gastric cancer cells have not been well characterized. This study was aimed to explore the effects and mechanisms of TSA on human gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells. Methods The cells were treated with TSA and analyzed by cell proliferation assay, Western blot, TUNEL assay, flow cytometry by fluorescein isothiocyanate （FITC） conjugated with Annexin V and PI staining, immunofluorescence analysis, analysis of subcellular fractionation, gene chips and real time polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. Results TSA could inhibit cell growth and induced apoptosis in gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells through the regulation of apoptosis-related genes, such as Bcl-2, Bax and survivin. Further study indicated that the pan-caspase inhibitor z-VAD-fmk did not inhibit the apoptosis induced by TSA, and we did not observe the cleavage of poly ADP ribose polymerase （PARP） after TSA treatment too. In addition, apoptosis inducing factor （AIF） and EndoG were found to translocate from mitochondria to nucleus in the immunofluorescence assay and the Western analysis of subcellular fractionation confirmed the result of immunofluorescence assay. Conclusions The apoptosis induced by TSA in gastric cancer SGC-7901 cells involves a caspase-independent pathway.

Burridge-Knopoff模型是研究地震机理的一种摩擦动力系统模型。考察了具有两个自由度的Burridge-Knopoff模型的摩擦激振问题。系统带有两个摩擦接触面,摩擦采用带有负斜率的速度依赖型摩擦曲线。因为摩擦引入的非光滑性,给系统的直接求解带来了很大的困难;又因为具有两个摩擦接触面,运动情况会更加复杂:物体一的2种形式stick或slip,物体二具有同样的2种形式,从而可组合成4种运动形式的交替运动。首先找到各个运动形式的显式解,再根据各运动形式的跃迁点即可得系统总体的运动。在小的驱动速度下把速度依赖型的摩擦对速度取平均值,近似为动摩擦系数;把位移和速度表达为时间的显式函数。再按位移和速度处于不同运动形式进行迭代求解待定系数。最后由确定的待定系数判断系统运动的性质(周期运动或是混沌运动)。

Extensive use of avermectin(AVM)in agriculture can seriously contaminate fish in *** acid(FA)is a strong antioxidant sourced from plants and is widely applied in food and medicine,but its protective function on the immunological damage caused by AVM is still *** this study,carp were chronically exposed to(1/1096 hr LC_(50))AVM for 30 day(s),with a dietary supplement of FA(400 mg/kg)to assess its effects on carp *** experimental groups(n=10)included:control,AVM-exposed(2.404μg/L),FA+AVM co-treated,and FA ***-term AVM exposure altered spleen tissue,reducing serum complement C3(p<0.01)and immunoglobulin M levels(p<0.001),and increasing proinflammatory tnf-α(p<0.001),il-6(p<0.001),il-1β(p<0.001),and inos mRNA levels,whilst down-regulating the anti-inflammatory tgf-β(p<0.05).Additionally,it disrupted the balance of oxidative stress indicators such asMDA(p<0.001),T-AOC,GSH,and CAT,leading to spleen tissue apoptosis(42.4%).However,the addition of FA reversed these conditions,elevated the anti-inflammatory factor,and improved spleen immune function following chronic exposure to AVMin ***,the ability to restore oxidative homeostasis in carp by adjusting the Nrf2/NQO-1 axis protected the health of spleen *** discovery also supports the development of fish feed for aquaculture.

How sediment dredging alters phosphorus dynamics in a lowland rural river?

China’s lowland rural rivers are facing severe eutrophication problems due to excessive phosphorus(P)from anthropogenic ***,quantifying P dynamics in a lowland rural river is challenging due to its complex interaction with surrounding areas.A P dynamic model(River-P)was specifically designed for lowland rural rivers to address this *** modelwas coupled with the Environmental Fluid Dynamics Code(EFDC)and the Phosphorus Dynamic Model for lowland Polder systems(PDP)to characterize P dynamics under the impact of dredging in a lowland rural *** on a two-year(2020-2021)dataset from a representative lowland rural river in the Lake Taihu Basin,China,the coupled model was calibrated and achieved a model performance(R^(2)>0.59,RMSE<0.04 mg/L)for total P(TP)*** research in the study river revealed that(1)the time scale for the effectiveness of sediment dredging for P control was~300 days,with an increase in P retention capacity by 74.8 kg/year and a decrease in TP concentrations of 23%after dredging.(2)Dredging significantly reduced P release from sediment by 98%,while increased P resuspension and settling capacities by 16%and 46%,respectively.(3)The sediment-water interface(SWI)plays a critical role in P transfer within the river,as resuspension accounts for 16%of TP imports,and settling accounts for 47%of TP *** the large P retention capacity of lowland rural rivers,drainage ditches and ponds with macrophytes are promising approaches to enhance P retention *** study provides valuable insights for local environmental departments,allowing a comprehensive understanding of P dynamics in lowland rural *** enable the evaluation of the efficacy of sediment dredging in P control and the implementation of corresponding P control measures.

有限元法是地球物理数值模拟中常用的方法,本文采用三维可控源音频大地电磁法(CSAMT)有限元数值模拟的程序,根据南水北调西线工程岩性的地球物理特征,设置了不同的三维模型,并对其进行了有限元数值计算分析,从三维空间中模拟场的规律,探索了不同地质异常体的特征,为提高可控源音频大地电磁法在南水北调西线工程深埋藏隧洞探测地质异常体的精度奠定了基础.
