Absolute measurement has consistently been the primary focus in the development of precision linear and angular displace-ment *** scheme design of binary zero position codes is an important factor for absolute *** and optimizing high-bit zero position codes with over 100 bits face considerable ***,the working parameters of zero position codes[unit code width(b),distance(d),and yaw angle(α)]remarkably affect their post-installation performance,particularly in absolute positioning and limit code application in multi-degree-of-freedom measurement *** study addresses these challenges by proposing a design method for zero position codes that considers diffraction based on generative adversarial networks and aims to explore a design with increased efficiency and accuracy as well as optimization for high-bit zero position ***,the tolerance range of zero positioning per-formance for each working parameter is *** leveraging the adversarial network structure,this study generates the optimization of a 150-bit code and processes the tests of the zero position code by using simulation *** following working parameter ranges for code design are recommended on the basis of theoretical and experimental results:b greater than 10μm,d andαwithin 1000μm and 3490μrad,and avoidance of intervals with sharp changes in the full width at half *** proposed code design and parameter optimization lay a solid foundation for research and engineering appli-cations in absolute measurement field and have considerable potential for generalization and wide applicability.

A multi-relaxation-time discrete Boltzmann model(DBM) with split collision is proposed for both subsonic and supersonic compressible reacting flows, where chemical reactions take place among various components. The physical model is based on a unified set of discrete Boltzmann equations that describes the evolution of each chemical species with adjustable acceleration, specific heat ratio, and Prandtl number. On the right-hand side of discrete Boltzmann equations, the collision,force, and reaction terms denote the change rates of distribution functions due to self-and crosscollisions, external forces, and chemical reactions, respectively. The source terms can be calculated in three ways, among which the matrix inversion method possesses the highest physical accuracy and computational efficiency. Through Chapman-Enskog analysis, it is proved that the DBM is consistent with the reactive Navier-Stokes equations, Fick's law and the Stefan-Maxwell diffusion equation in the hydrodynamic limit. Compared with the one-step-relaxation model, the split collision model offers a detailed and precise description of hydrodynamic, thermodynamic, and chemical nonequilibrium effects. Finally, the model is validated by six benchmarks, including multicomponent diffusion, mixture in the force field, Kelvin-Helmholtz instability, flame at constant pressure, opposing chemical reaction, and steady detonation.

Plant-derived nanovesicles(PDNVs)derived from natural green products have emerged as an attractive nanoplatform in biomedical *** are usually characterized by unique structural and biological functions,such as the bioactive lipids/proteins/nucleic acids as therapeutics and targeting groups,immune-modulation,and long-term *** the rapid development of nanotechnology,materials,and synthetic chemistry,PDNVs can be engineered with multiple functions for efficient drug delivery and specific killing of diseased cells,which represent an innovative biomaterial with high biocompatibility for fighting against *** this review,we provide an overview of the state-of-theart studies concerning the development of PDNVs for cancer *** original sources,methods for obtaining PDNVs,composition and structure are introduced *** an emphasis on the featured application,the inherent anticancer properties of PDNVs as well as the strategies in constructing multifunctional PDNVs-based nanomaterials will be discussed in ***,some scientific issues and technical challenges of PDNVs as promising options in improving anticancer therapy will be discussed,which are expected to promote the further development of PDNVs in clinical translation.

Photoelectrocatalytic seawater splitting is a promising low-cost method to produce green hydrogen in a large *** effects of Cl^(-)ions in seawater on the performance of a photoanode have been reported in previous ***,few researches have been done on the roles of Cl^(-)ions in a ***,for the first time,we find that Cl^(-)ions in the electrolyte improve the photocurrent of a Si/In_(2)S_(3) photocathode by 50% at-0.6 V_(RHE).An in-situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)characterization combined with the time-of-flight secondary-ion mass spectrometry by simulating photoelectrochemical conditions was used to investigate the interface charge transfer *** results suggest that there is an In_(2)^(+3)S_(3-x)(OH)_(2x)layer on the surface of In_(2)S_(3) in the phosphate buffer solution(PBS)electrolyte,which plays a role as an interface charge transfer mediator in the Si/In_(2)S_(3) *** In_(2)^(+3)S_(3-x)(OH)_(2x)surface layer becomes In_(2)^(+3)S_(3-x)(Cl)_(2x)in the PBS electrolyte with NaCl and accelerates the charge transfer rate at the In_(2)S_(3)/electrolyte *** results offer a new concept of regulating interface charge transfer mediator to enhance the performance of photoelectrocatalytic seawater splitting for hydrogen production.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric materials with outstanding energy storage ***_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free materials exhibit high polarization,but the high remanent polarization and large polarization hysteresis limit their applications in dielectric ***,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding multiple ions in the A-site and replacing the B-site Ti^(4+)with a certain amount of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system showed high relaxor feature and slim polarization-electric(P-E)***,improved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular importance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 J/cm^(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm for the ceramics of x=6,accompanying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable thermal stability,and prosperous discharge *** work not only provides potential dielectric materials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceramics with ultrahigh comprehensive energy storage performance to meet the demanding requirements of advanced energy storage applications.

Directional modulation(DM)is one of the most promising secure communication ***,when the eavesdropper is co-located with the legitimate receiver,the conventional DM has the disadvantages of weak anti-scanning capability,anti-deciphering capability,and low secrecy *** response to these problems,we propose a twodimensional multi-term weighted fractional Fourier transform aided DM scheme,in which the legitimate receiver and the transmitter use different transform terms and transform orders to encrypt and decrypt the confidential *** order to further lower the probability of being deciphered by an eavesdropper,we use the subblock partition method to convert the one-dimensional modulated signal vector into a twodimensional signal matrix,increasing the confusion of the useful *** results demonstrate that the proposed DM scheme not only provides stronger anti-deciphering and anti-scanning capabilities but also improves the secrecy rate performance of the system.

The widespread adoption of blockchain technology has led to the exploration of its numerous applications in various *** algorithms and smart contracts are critical components of blockchain *** the benefits of virtual currency,vulnerabilities in smart contracts have resulted in substantial losses to *** researchers have identified these vulnerabilities and developed tools for detecting them,the accuracy of these tools is still far from satisfactory,with high false positive and false negative *** this paper,we propose a new method for detecting vulnerabilities in smart contracts using the BERT pre-training model,which can quickly and effectively process and detect smart *** specifically,we preprocess and make symbol substitution in the contract,which can make the pre-training model better obtain contract *** evaluate our method on four datasets and compare its performance with other deep learning models and vulnerability detection tools,demonstrating its superior accuracy.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare aloe-emodin solid dispersion(AE-SD)and determine the metabolic process of AE and AE-SD in ***:AE-SD was prepared via solvent evaporation or solvent melting using PEG-6000 and PVP-K30 as *** analysis,X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,differential scanning calorimetry,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy were used to identify the physical state of *** prescriptions were screened via the dissolution degree determination *** Phoenix software,AE suspension and AE-SD were subjected to a pharmacokinetic comparison study analyzing the alteration of behavior in vivo after AE was prepared as a solid *** toxicity was assessed in mice,and the physiological toxicity was used as the determination criterion for ***:AE-SD showed that AE existed in the carrier in an amorphous *** with polyethylene glycol,polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)inhibited AE crystallization,causing the drug to transform from a dense crystalline state to an amorphous form and increasing the degree of drug ***,it was more suitable as a carrier material for *** addition of poloxamer(POL)was more beneficial to the stability of solid dispersions and could reduce the amount of *** dissolution test confirmed that the optimal ratio of AE to the composite vector AE-PVP-POL was 1:2:2,and its dissolution effect was also *** on the pharmacokinetic comparison,the drug absorption was faster and quickly reached the peak of blood drug concentration in AE-SD compared to AE,the Cmax of AE-SD was greater than that of AE,and t1/2 and mean residence time of AE-SD were less than *** results showed that the drug metabolism in AE-SD was better,and the residence time was *** toxicology study showed that both AE and AE-SD had no ***:This paper established that the solubility of the drug could be increased after preparing a solid dispersion,

Natural products (NPs) have consistently played a pivotal role in pharmaceutical research, exerting profound impactson the treatment of human diseases. A significant proportion of approved molecular entity drugs are either directly derived from NPs orindirectly through modifications of NPs. This review presents an overview of NP drugs recently approved in China, the united States,and other countries, spanning various disease categories, including cancers, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, centralnervous system disorders, and infectious diseases. The article provides a succinct introduction to the origin, activity, development process, approval details, and mechanism of action of these NP drugs.
