Background Currently,there is no comprehensive and multidisciplinary recommendation study covering all aspects of pediatric dysphagia(PD).This study aimed to generate PD management recommendations with methods that can be used in clinical practice to fill this gap in our country and in the world,from the perspective of experienced multidisciplinary *** This recommendation paper was generated by a multidisciplinary team,using the seven-step process and a three-round modified Delphi survey via ***,ten open-ended questions were created,and then detailed recommendations including management,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up were created with the answers from these *** recommendation item was voted on by the experts as overall consensus(strong recommendation),approaching consensus(weak recommendation)and divergent consensus(not recommended).Results In the 1st Delphi round,a questionnaire of 414 items was prepared based on the experts’responses to ten open-ended *** the 2nd Delphi round,59.2%of these items were accepted as *** the 3rd Delphi round,62.6%of 246 items were accepted for inclusion in the *** final version recommendations consisted of 154 *** This study includes comprehensive and detailed answers for every problem that could be posed in clinical practice for the management of PD,and recommendations are for all pediatric patients with both oropharyngeal and esophageal dysphagia.

Objective:It was conducted to evaluate the susceptibility to ON(orthorexia nervosa)in the students of the nutrition and dietetics department according to the variables of gender,age and BMI(body massındex).Subjects and Methods:The research covers the students of Marmara University Faculty of Health Sciences,Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in September-October 2017-2018 academic *** data were collected by survey ***-demographic characteristics and anthropometric measurements of the participants were ***-40(Eating Attitude Test),ORTO-15 test and MOCI(Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Inventory)were used in the *** was evaluated with SPSS(The Statistical Package for The Social Sciences)21.0 ***:205 people participated in the ***-40 scores were found to be≤20 in 94%of the women and 95.2%of the men in the *** EAT-40 score is≥21 in 6%of women and 4.8%of men in the study(p=0.646>0.05).The ORTO-15 score of 72.3%of women and 71.4%of men is≤40(p=0.934>0.05).EAT-40 average is 10.25±1.10 in *** was found to be 9.21±0.42 in normals and 8.23±0.76 in slightly obese subjects(p=0.758>0.05).ORTO-15 average of those with BMI≤18.49 kg/m2 is 39.59±0.54;Those with 18.50-24.99 kg/m2 were found to be 38.30±0.25 and those with 25.00-29.99 kg/m2 were found to be 39.54±0.75(p=0.098>0.05).As the EAT-40 score increased,the ORTO-15 score *** shows a negative,statistically significant difference between EAT-40 and ORTO-15 scores(p=0.00<0.05).Conclusion:It was concluded that orthorexic tendency is common(72.2%)in nutrition dietetic students,and ON is associated with BMI and EAT-40 *** terms of ON,it would be beneficial to conduct comprehensive international studies and determine DSM(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders)diagnostic criteria.

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the leading nosocomial pathogens worldwide, and their infections are difficult to treat due to acquired resistance to many antibiotics. This study aimed to detect class 1 and 2 integrons and antibiotic susceptibility of clinical isolates of P. aeruginosa. Two hundred and five P. aeruginosa strains were collected from the seven general state hospitals in Turkey. They were characterized by antimicrobial susceptibility testing, screened for class 1 and class 2 integrons, and evaluated for the association between antibiotic resistance phenotypes and the presence of integrons. intI gene was amplified in 10 isolates (4.87%) by PCR and in seven isolates of them (70%) were found different gene cassettes. The aadA gene integrated into the class 1 integrons was most frequently found and it was followed by aac genes and blaOXA family genes. Sequence analysis of variable regions of the class 1 integrons showed five gene cassette arrays;aadA1(99%), aac(3)-Id(82%)-orf-aac(3”)-Ia(99%), aac(3)-Ie(83%)-blaoxa10(100%)- aadA1 (100%), aadA6(99%, 100%), aac(6’)-I(97%)-orf-aadA2(99%). No class 2 integron was detected. This study is the first multicenter study for class 1 integrons and it indicates the low rate of presence of class 1 gene cassette in P. aeruginosa.

Objective:This research was conducted to establish the relationship between spousal support and pregnancy stress in high-risk pregnant ***:The sample of the descriptive and correlational study consisted of 220 pregnant women who were hospitalized for treatment in the perinatology service of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital on the Anatolian side of Istanbul between 1st December 2020 and 1st February *** were collected using a descriptive data collection form,the Pregnancy Stress Assessment Scale,and the Spousal Support *** analysis involved numerical and percentage calculations,ANOVA test,Kruskal Wallis test,t-test,and Spearman correlation ***:The average score on the Pregnancy Stress Assessment Scale for the participating pregnant women was 50.24±27.10,and the average score on the Spousal support scale was 57.69±*** statistically significant relationship was found between the average scores on the Pregnancy Stress Rating Scale and the Spousal Support Scale for pregnant women(P>0.01).Conclusion:It is recommended that nurses and midwives working with high-risk pregnant women incorporate plans to reduce pregnancy stress into their care processes.

Background and Aims:This study aimed to determine the performance of the non-invasive score using noncontrastenhanced MRI(CHESS-DIS score)for detecting portal hy-pertension in ***:In this international multicenter,diagnostic study(***,NCT03766880),patients with cirrhosis who had hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)measurement and noncontrast-enhanced MRI were prospectively recruited from four university hospitals in China(n=4)and Turkey(n=1)between December 2018 and April 2019.A cohort of patients was retrospectively recruited from a university hospital in Italy between March 2015 and November *** segmentation of the liver on fat-suppressed T1-weighted MRI maps,CHESS-DIS score was calculated automatically by an in-house developed code based on the quantification of liver surface ***:A total of 149 patients were included,of which 124 were from four Chinese hospitals(training cohort)and 25 were from two international hospitals(validation cohort).A positive correlation between CHESS-DIS score and HVPG was found with the correlation coefficients of 0.36(p<0.0001)and 0.55(p<0.01)for the training and validation cohorts,*** area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of CHESS-DIS score in detection of clinically significant portal hypertension(CSPH)was 0.81 and 0.9 in the training and validation cohorts,*** intra-class correlation coefficients for assessing the inter-and intra-observer agreement were 0.846 and 0.841,***:A non-invasive score using noncontrast-enhanced MRI was developed and proved to be significantly correlated with invasive ***,this score could be used to detect CSPH in patients with cirrhosis.

镉(Cd)是一种有毒的、流动性很强的重金属,可以被植物大量地吸附和吸收而没有任何明显的迹象。因此,对保护生物多样性和食品安全来说,在植物吸收之前稳定Cd是至关重要的。由于在其结构中含有大量的羧基和酚羟基,腐殖物质与重金属形成强烈的结合,这使它们成为完美的稳定剂。本研究的目的是确定在温室条件下,腐植酸和黄腐酸(HA+FA)的水平(0、3500、5250和7000 mg/L)对减轻独行菜(Lepidium sativum)受Cd(CdSO_(4)•8H_(2)O,0、100和200 Cd mg/kg)污染的Cd毒性的影响。我们的研究结果表明,Cd胁迫对独行菜的生长有负面影响,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重和根干重、叶片相对含水量(LRWC)和除Cd外的矿物质含量均下降,膜渗透性(MP)和酶(CAT、SOD和POD)活性增加。然而,HA+FA的应用减少了Cd污染的不利影响。在200 mg/kg的Cd污染下,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L时,与对照组相比,叶鲜重、叶干重、根鲜重、根干重、茎粗、叶面积、叶绿素读取值(CRV)、MP和LRWC值分别增加了262%、137%、550%、133%、92%、104%、34%、537%和32%。尽管在200 mg/L的镉污染下获得了最高的H2O2、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸和蔗糖值,但HA+FA的应用浓度在200 mg/kg的Cd污染水平下,7000 mg/L的HA+FA成功地缓解了Cd胁迫的有害影响,使H2O2、MDA、脯氨酸和蔗糖值分别下降了66%、68%、70%和56%。浓度为7000 mg/L的HA+FA应用成功地缓解了Cd污染的负面影响,使N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn和B分别提高75%、23%、84%、87%、40%、85%、143%、1%、65%和115%。此外,HA+FA的应用浓度为7000 mg/L成功地减少了95%的Cd吸收和80%的Cl吸收。考虑到植物生长参数,当HA+FA浓度为7000 mg/L时,确定了最佳结果。我们已经证明,使用高比例的FA的腐殖质是非常关键的,FA的比例为10%,可以达到减轻重金属胁迫对植物生长不利影响的目的。总之,HA+FA的应用可以作为一种有效的解决方案,通过稳定土壤中的Cd,防止Cd从植物的根部转移到其嫩枝和叶片,从而减少植物对Cd的吸收。

Objective:To determine post-discharge mortality and associated factors of the first-wave multicenter Turkish Thoracic Society(TTD)-TURCOVID ***:In this retrospective cohort study,we analyzed the data of 18 of 26 centers included in the first TTD-TURCOVID study,and 1112 cases diagnosed with COVID-19 between 11 March and 31 July 2020 participated in the *** causes of death after COVID-19 discharge were ***:The mean age of the patients was(51.07±16.93)years,with 57.6%male *** the cohort group,89.1%of COVID-19 treatment locations were hospital wards,3.6%were intensive care units(ICUs),and 7.2%were community *** the longterm follow-up,the in-hospital mortality rate was 3.6%(95%CI 2.6-4.8),the post-discharge mortality rate was 2.8%(95%CI 1.9-3.9),and the total mortality was 6.3%(95%CI 5.0-7.8).After discharge,63.3%of mortality overall occurred during the first six *** rates in post-discharge follow-ups were 12.7%(95%CI 8.0-30.6)in cancer patients,10.8%(95%CI 6.3-22.9)in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,11.1%(95%CI 4.4-22.7)in heart failure patients,7.8(95%CI 3.8-14.3)in atherosclerotic heart disease patients,and 2.3%(95%CI 0.8-5.6)in diabetes mellitus *** smokers/ex-smokers,the all-mortality rates were higher than in ***:This multicenter study showed that patients over 65 years of age,males,former/active smoker,ICU stay,lung,heart disease,and malignancy should be followed up for at least the first six months after discharge due to COVID-19.
