哈尔滨社区公园人流分布影响研究

社区公园是城市居民户外活动的主要场所,其使用率和品质对人群健康有积极的促进作用。文中选取哈尔滨典型社区公园作为研究案例,采用问卷、测试、无人机观测等方法获取试验数据,通过空间句法和SPSS统计分析法,研究夏秋两季热舒适与空间组织对公园人群活动的影响。研究发现热舒适和空间组织对公园内部人流分布的综合影响大于单个影响因子,夏季公园人群活动主要受到UTCI,活动设施数量和整合度的影响,高温天气导致使用者的活动强度较低,秋季各区域的UTCI值对人群活动影响降低,选择度和活动设施数量成为主要影响因素。

Constrained Moving Path Following Control for UAV With Robust Control Barrier Function

This paper studies the moving path following(MPF)problem for fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)under output constraints and wind *** vehicle is required to converge to a reference path moving with respect to the inertial frame,while the path following error is not expected to violate the predefined *** from existing moving path following guidance laws,the proposed method removes complex geometric transformation by formulating the moving path following problem into a second-order time-varying control problem.A nominal moving path following guidance law is designed with disturbances and their derivatives estimated by high-order disturbance *** guarantee that the path following error will not exceed the prescribed bounds,a robust control barrier function is developed and incorporated into controller design with quadratic program based *** proposed method does not require the initial position of the UAV to be within predefined *** the safety margin concept makes error-constraint be respected even if in a noisy *** proposed guidance law is validated through numerical simulations of shipboard landing and hardware-in-theloop(HIL)experiments.

目的通过孟德尔随机化(Mendelian randomization,MR)方法来研究心脏结构和功能是否与髋部骨折有因果关系。方法基于大规模全基因组关联研究(GWAS)汇总数据,主要分析方法是逆方差加权法(IVW),使用加权中位数(WM)和MR-Egger作为补充分析方法对心脏结构和功能与髋部骨折的双向因果关系进行探讨。并进行敏感性分析保证结果的稳定性。结果未发现遗传预测的12种心脏磁共振成像(MRI)表型与髋部骨折间的因果关联。在反向MR分析中,髋部骨折与左室每搏输出量(β=-0.04,95%CI=-0.08~-0.00,P=0.032)、右室舒张末容积(β=-0.03,95%CI=-0.07~0.00,P=0.047)、右室收缩末容积(β=-0.04,95%CI=-0.07~-0.00,P=0.047)存在因果关联,而与其他心脏MRI表型无显著关系。结论缺乏强有力的证据支持心脏结构和功能与髋部骨折的因果关系。反之,从基因层面证明了髋部骨折可增加心脏结构和功能异常的风险。

Free-standing membranes show extraordinary promise in energy storage applications,however are usually limited by low capacity and poor rate ***,we assembled a series of free-standing MnO_(2)/GO composite membranes with ZIF67 particles embedded between two-dimensional(2D)*** particle size of ZIF67 can be adjusted to achieve tunable interlayer *** lithium storage performance of the as-obtained membranes with different interlayer spaces was systematically *** MnO_(2)/GO composite membrane embedded with ZIF67 particles with an average diameter of 30 nm(denoted as MnO_(2)/nZIF67/GO)delivers a good long cycling performance,and it retains a capacity of 340.7 mA·h·g^(−1) after 400 cycles at 0.05 A/*** MnO_(2)/GO composite membrane embedded with ZIF67 particles with an average diameter of 500 nm(denoted as MnO_(2)/mZIF67/GO)exhibits good rate *** of the size of the ZIF67 particles,the performance of the membrane containing ZIF67 is significantly better than that of the membrane without ZIF67,indicating that the ZIF67 particles can enhance the lithium storage performance of the assembled *** work provides a method to fabricate a free-standing membrane for lithium storage with tunable electrochemical performance.

Urinary kidney injury molecule 1(uKIM-1)serves as a reliable marker for the early diagnosis of acute kidney injury(AKI).The rapid and facile detection of changes in uKIM-1 is essential for early AKI diagnosis,ultimately improving the prognosis of *** this study,we developed a fully printed photonic crystal-integrated microarray with photonic crystal-enhanced fluorescence properties,which can detect uKIM-1 levels at the *** confirmed its efficacy in the early diagnosis of AKI using clinical urine *** quantitative detection of uKIM-1 was achieved within 10 *** lowest limit of detection is 8.75 pg·mL^(-1) with an accuracy of 94.2%.The diagnostic efficacy was validated using 86 clinical urine samples,highlighting the high sensitivity and stability of the photonic crystal ***,a facile and reliable immunoassay was designed and prepared for the rapid quantitative detection of uKIM-1,which is crucial for the early identification and convenient detection of AKI in hospital or community ***,convenient,cost-effective,and long-term monitoring of changes in uKIM-1 levels can assist clinicians in making timely adjustments to treatment regimens,preventing the transition from AKI to chronic kidney disease(CKD),improving the quality of life of patients with AKI,and reducing healthcare *** highlights the advantages of utilizing urine samples as a noninvasive and easily accessible medium for early detection and monitoring of kidney-related conditions.

非洲牧区的可持续发展问题对非洲人民,乃至全世界人民的长远发展都具有重要意义。在联合国可持续发展理念中,经济价值增长、政治社会包容、生态环境保护是可持续发展的三个方面。以此为脉络梳理相关研究成果可以发现,非洲牧区可持续发展在经历了早期传统游牧的发展模式和殖民主义者对非洲牧区传统可持续发展模式的破坏之后,当代非洲牧区在可持续发展模式构建方面遇到了前所未有的风险与挑战。总结学术界的研究,在非洲牧区可持续发展的路径方面,提出了在经济价值增长层面持续推动跨国合作、在政治和社会包容层面多元主体参与牧区治理模式中更加重视牧民的意见、在生态环境保护层面依据实际情况在自然保护区边缘设置缓冲开放区域的可持续发展方案。

浮空器悬停或飞行控制设计时,通常将风作为干扰项或阻力,螺旋桨需要消耗大量的能源克服风的阻力,而浮空器携带的能源有限,因此浮空器设计时存在欠能源问题。根据平流层风场的特点,采用副气囊控制浮空器的高度,实现平流层不同高度的风场利用,可以减小浮空器的能源消耗。建立浮空器高度控制模型,采用反步法设计浮空器高度控制器,利用状态观测器对浮空器的模型误差和输入误差进行估计,并进行了仿真分析,证明所设计的控制器能有效控制浮空器的高度。建立浮空器高度控制时其囊体内外压差变化模型,仿真分析表明,浮空器高度变化后,其囊体最终内外压差与初始压差相同。
