Coal seam CO_(2) sequestration is an important option to address global warming.A better knowledge on coal pore structure evolution during gas adsorption can provide guidance for coal seams CO_(2) ***,few investigations on the pore structure evolution differences between the deep and shallow coal were conducted during gas *** this study,based on the real-time synchrotron radiation small-angle X-ray scattering(SAXS)observation,the average pore diameter and pore surface fractal dimension evolution differences between deep and shallow coal were investigated from the as-pects of coal compositions and stress *** types of coal deformation(inner-swelling and outer-swelling)coexist during gas *** compositions have significant impact on the dominance of deformation *** dominance of inner-swelling in deep coal is induced by the higher ash contents,and there is the decrease of average pore diameter during gas *** impact of stress-history(burial depth)on adsorption-induced deformation is more prominent than that of gas adsorption *** deep coal,the surface fractal dimension evolution presents a negative correlation with the evolution of pore *** shallow coal,the surface fractal dimension evolution presents a Langmuir-type correlation with the adsorption time.

For projects near the tectonic belt,mylonite of varying metamorphic degrees may be *** matrix proportion of rock reflects its internal microscopic characteristics,thus it is beneficial for engineering geology to study the effect of the matrix proportion on the mechanical properties and rupture behaviors of *** of mylonitic granite and granitic protomylonite with varying matrix proportions were obtained from a ductile shear zone for a series of uniaxial compression and acoustic emission(AE)*** results showed that with the increase in matrix proportion,the average strength and elastic modulus of the samples increased,and the rock sample with the largest matrix proportion exhibited the maximum peak stress of 244.42 MPa,which was 45.86%greater than the average peak stress of the rock samples with the smallest matrix *** the rock samples with larger matrix proportion,their mechanical parameters exhibited greater dispersion and the large-scale appearance of AE events occurred earlier,showing a relatively gradual failure *** samples had larger accumulated AE parameter values and greater degree of *** contrast,for samples with smaller matrix proportions,the large-scale appearance of AE events occurred close to the peak stress,indicating that the occurrence of damage and fractures was centralized and *** samples had lower accumulated AE parameter values and fewer cracks after ***,for the rock samples with more matrix proportion,the average variance of the b-value was 1.1,which was lower than that of rock samples with the smallest matrix proportion(the average variance of the b-value was 3.7).Furthermore,it can be predicted that under certain stress,the failure depth around a tunnel is generally smaller when the strength of rock samples with larger matrix proportion is greater.

锦屏大理岩原位应力环境水软化特性分析

中国水电资源主要集中在西部高山峡谷地区,将水电站建筑物布置在极深洞室群常常是经济且较优的选择。受典型河谷地貌特征和区域强烈高地应力、高渗透压环境影响,极深洞室围岩力学特性演化规律和长期稳定性是亟需解决的关键科学问题。不同赋存深度应力环境下,水岩耦合作用对岩石力学性质的影响尚不明确,导致深部岩体工程面临一定的风险性和低效性。基于自主设计并研制的深部原位应力环境岩石饱水试验系统,开展锦屏大理岩原位应力环境与无压环境下饱水时长为1、23、60和100 d的水软化试验,并进行5组不同围压下的三轴压缩试验。研究发现:深部原位应力环境下锦屏大理岩饱水100 d后峰值强度劣化程度约为无压饱水100 d的3倍,其余力学参数(如内聚力、内摩擦角等)劣化度也远大于无压饱水条件;锦屏大理岩峰值强度劣化度随水岩耦合环境深度的增加(100、1000、1400、1800和2400 m)均呈现先减小后增大的非线性变化特征;通过探索锦屏大理岩水软化机理,发现摩擦弱化效应与孔隙水压力作用共同造就了锦屏大理岩峰值强度非线性变化规律。结果表明,原位应力环境下的水软化效应及其对围岩力学性质的影响更加突出,在对深部地下工程进行稳定性分析时必须考虑围岩水软化特性,该结论对锦屏地下工程的建设和维护具有重要的指导意义。

随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等数字技术的加速演进,各领域智能化、信息化、数字化已成为未来的大势所趋。深地工程作为国家重大战略科技问题,必然面临智能化升级。然而,深部岩体“三高一扰动”的复杂特征给深地工程智能化转型带来严峻的挑战。为实现深地工程与数字技术的高效融合,研究基于“感知-传送-解译-分析-决策”的智能化实践路径,系统回顾了地下工程中智能感知、实时传输、信息解译、数据分析、智能决策等领域的代表性研究进展,并针对性提出了“多感知、快响应、大数据、优方法、精模型、强平台、易推广”的深地工程智能建造发展方向。研究表明:①前沿的深地工程感知技术包括:光纤传感器、MEMS传感器、计算机视觉、自动化机器人等,待数据采集完毕后,通过兼具配置简单、容错能力强、可移动性好等优点的无线通信协议完成数据的实时响应,以实现深地工程监测数据的精准感知与实时传输;②深地工程原位监测技术获取的数据类型主要包括图像、波、点云等,对原始数据解译及分析的模型众多,采用新一代的人工智能技术,如:人工神经网络和深度学习技术,可显著提高解译与分析的效率;③智能决策系统具备高效的学习能力,能够适应复杂环境下的不确定性,通过循环自主学习,以进行决策问题的智能解答。当前,我国深地工程智能建造的政策与产业体系已基本建立,大量智能建造系统已应用于实践。基于此,从智能感知与信息解译、围岩评价及安全评估、围岩控制与动态修复、平台开发及应用推广等4个方面展望了数智化深地工程的发展方向,进而构建了基于多源信息的深地工程围岩稳定性综合评价与分析系统构想。

深部煤炭资源开采常面临复杂的赋存及采动力学环境,冒顶等灾害事故风险激增。顶板拉破坏是其中一个重要诱因,故亟需深入探究顶板岩石拉伸破坏力学特性及损伤演化规律。通过开展顶板砂岩单轴直接拉伸试验和全过程同步声发射测试,探究了砂岩的直接拉伸力学特性和声发射时空演化特征,对比分析了顶板砂岩与煤的直接拉伸破坏差异性过程规律,同时发展并对比验证了煤岩拉伸全应力应变损伤本构模型。结果表明:1)顶板砂岩平均直接抗拉强度为5.01MPa,约为煤体直接抗拉强度的7.6倍;顶板砂岩直接拉伸力学参数变异性强,反映出砂岩易产生破坏局部化而导致顶板拉破坏。2)砂岩在直接拉伸峰后的弹性能释放速率显著高于煤体,表现出明显的脆性特征。3)声发射空间定位演化分析揭示了顶板砂岩不同拉伸加载阶段的微裂纹扩展与空间集聚成核过程机制,同时发现峰值应力前仅有少量随机分布的微裂纹产生,主要发生基质的弹性变形;峰值后应力下降20%时,微裂纹局部化,此后宏观裂纹出现并快速扩展,直至破坏。4)构建了基于声发射特征参数的煤岩拉伸损伤本构模型,砂岩和煤的直接拉伸和声发射试验数据的验证显示其具有良好的拟合效果,可较好地表征岩石在直接拉伸作用下的峰后应变软化特征。研究成果对巷道支护结构设计优化,以及煤矿灾害防治具有重要指导意义。

3D reconstruction method and connectivity rules of fracture networks generated under different mining layouts

In current research, a series of triaxial tests, which were employed to simulate three typical mining lay-outs (i.e., top-coal caving, non-pillar mining and protected coal seam mining), were conducted on coal by using MTS815 Flex Test GT rock mechanics test system, and the fracture networks in the broken coal samples were qualitatively and quantitatively investigated by employing CT scanning and 3D reconstruc-tion techniques. This work aimed at providing a detail description on the micro-structure and fracture-connectivity characteristics of rupture coal samples under different mining layouts. The results show that: (i) for protected coal seam mining layout, the coal specimens failure is in a compression-shear manner and oppositely, (ii) the tension-shear failure phenomenon is observed for top-coal caving and non-pillar mining layouts. By investigating the connectivity features of the generated fractures in the direction of r1 under different mining layouts, it is found that the connectivity level of the fractures of the samples corresponding to non-pillar mining layout was the highest.

To systematically validate and calibrate the theory and technology of the deep in-situ conditionpreserved coring, the in-situ conditions at different depths should be simulated, and the full-size coring tests should be carried out in this simulated environment. Therefore, a deep-rock in-situ conditionpreserved coring calibration platform was designed and developed. The self-tightening sealing structure and the quick-disassembly structure were designed on the basis of an innovative segmented nonuniformdiameter structure, which was a breakthrough from the traditional high-pressure vessel frame and was verified by finite element simulation and actual testing under extreme working conditions, *** simulate the actual deep in-situ environment with a temperature of 150℃ and pressure of 140 MPa for a large Φ450 mm×H1400 mm core, temperature and pressure control systems were designed by coupling, and a pre-embedded high-pressure-resistant temperature sensor was designed. Finally, highprecision assembly automation, complex movement coordination of the coring device with the platform,and rotary dynamic sealing were achieved by utilizing the combination of adaptive cabin body servo control and an adaptive mechanical structure in a limited space, laying a solid foundation for the calibration of in-situ condition-preserved coring.

针对小空间、低电压、大驱动力的应用需求,提出了一种基于单弯曲振动模态的多足直线式微型超声电机。根据超声电机的驱动原理对定子结构进行设计,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench建立定子的动力学仿真模型,对定子进行结构优化及动力学分析,确定定子最终尺寸为8 mm×1 mm×0.6 mm,定子实测B3,B4模态谐振频率与仿真相比误差分别为6.99%和5.46%。最后,建立电机定、动子之间的非线性仿真接触模型,验证了超声电机双向驱动的可行性。搭建微型直线超声电机驱动性能测试装置。实测结果表明:当驱动电压为60 Vpp时,最大空载速度为53.3 mm/s、最大负载为43.3 mN,推重比达280。该微型超声电机原理可行、结构简单紧凑,具有良好的输出性能,在光学系统、精密定位系统和移动终端等精密驱动领域有着广阔的应用前景。
