Knowledge of complete mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes)can help understand the molecular evolution and phylogenetic relationships of various *** date,the phylogenetic status of Leucosiidae within Brachyura remains unresolved because of the limited number of mitogenomes *** the present study,the complete mitogenome of Myra affinis was sequenced using next-generation sequencing to supplement the limited mitogenome information of *** 15349 bp-long mitogenome includes 13 protein-coding genes(PCGs),22 transfer RNAs(tRNAs),2 ribosomal RNAs(rRNAs),and a putative control *** overall base composition is 34.5%A,36.1%T,11.5%G,and 17.9%C,with a high AT bias(70.6%).All 13 PCGs start with the standard ATN codon and stop with the TAN codon or incomplete *** for tRNA-Ser,all other tRNAs have a typical cloverleaf-like secondary *** analyses based on the maximum likelihood and Bayesian inference methods are employed to generate identical phylogenetic topologies,thereby supporting the sister relationship between Leucosiidae and Matutidae for the first *** monophyly of Eubrachyura is well established,and its sister relationship with Raninoida is strongly *** results of this work will not only help achieve a better understanding of the characteristics of the *** mitogenome and the phylogenetic position of Leucosiidae,but also provide relevant information for further studies on the phylogeny of Brachyura.

Complete mitochondrial genomes(mitogenomes)can indicate phylogenetic relationships,as well as useful information for gene rearrangement mechanisms and molecular ***,the phylogenetic location of the genus Varuna(Brachyura:Varunidae)has not been well resolved mainly because of limited representatives(only two extant species).Here,we determined a new mitogenome of this genus(Varuna litterata)and added the published mitogenomes to reconstruct the phylogeny of *** 16368-bp mitogenome contains the entire set of 37 genes and a putative control *** characteristics of this newly sequenced mitogenome were described and compared with the other 15 Varunidae *** 16 analyzed mitogenomes have identical gene order and similar molecular *** sliding window and genetic distance analyses demonstrate highly variable nucleotide diversity,with comparatively low variability of COI and COII,and high variability of *** nonsynonymous/synonymous substitution rates(dN/dS ratio)analysis shows that all 13 PCGs are under purifying selection and ATP8 gene evolves under the least selective *** tRNA genes,two rRNAs,one PCG,and the putative control region are found to be rearranged with respect to the pancrustacean ground pattern gene *** duplication/random loss model is adopted to explain the large-scale gene rearrangement events occurring in Varunidae *** analyses show that all Varunidae species are placed into one group,and form a sister clade with ***,the phylogenetic relationships within Varunidae are not completely consistent based on the two different datasets used in this *** findings will contribute to a better understanding of gene rearrangement and molecular evolution in Varunidae mitogenomes,as well as provide insights into the phylogenetic studies of Brachyura.

Unmanned autonomous helicopter(UAH)path planning problem is an important component of the UAH mission planning *** to reduce the influence of non-complete ground threat information on UAH path planning,a ground threat prediction-based path planning method is proposed based on artificial bee colony(ABC)algorithm by collaborative thinking ***,a dynamic threat distribution probability model is developed based on the characteristics of typical ground *** dynamic no-fly zone of the UAH is simulated and established by calculating the distribution probability of ground threats in real ***,a dynamic path planning method for UAH is designed in complex environment based on the real-time prediction of ground *** adding the collision warning mechanism to the path planning model,the flight path could be dynamically adjusted according to changing no-fly ***,a hybrid enhanced ABC algorithm is proposed based on collaborative thinking *** proposed algorithm applies the leader-member thinking mechanism to guide the direction of population evolution,and reduces the negative impact of local optimal solutions caused by collaborative learning update strategy,which makes the optimization performance of ABC algorithm more controllable and ***,simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed ground threat prediction path planning method.

Whispering gallery mode(WGM)optical microcavities,which are capable of light field confinement and manipulation in a relatively small volume,have gained considerable attention from fundamentals in enhanced light-matter interactions to laser applications[1].Undergoing decades of development,the improvement of lasing performance is always a significant issue,including low threshold and high quality(Q)factor[2].Increasing optical gain and reducing the losses are the key aspects towards the realization of a high-quality WGM laser.A perfect cavity structure and a smooth surface are the most crucial determinants to reduce optical losses and enhance light field confined abilities.

Nanostructure photodetectors,as the core component of optoelectronic devices,are mainly focused on the precise preparation of mixed-component nano-heterostructures and the realization of zero power consumption ***,we successfully fabricated n-GaN/p-ZnTe core/shell nanopillar array and realized self-power ultraviolet/violet *** radial heterojunction nanodevice reveals high light-dark current ratio of 104 at 0 V bias,indicating effective carriers’*** more,by integrating plasmonic effect,the responsivity and detectivity of the Au nanoparticles decorated device are increased from 3.85 to 148.83 mA/W and 4.45×1011 to 2.33×1012 Jones under 325 nm UV light *** the rise and the fall time are decreased 1.3 times and 6.8 times under 520 nm visible light irradiation at 0 V *** high photocurrent gain is derived from that the oscillating high-energy hot electrons in Au nanoparticles spontaneously inject into the ZnTe conduction band to involve the photodetection *** work presents an effective route to prepare high-performance self-power photodetector and provides a promising blueprint to realize different functional photoelectronic devices based on core/shell nanostructure.

Assessing the hydrological and social effects of Three Gorges Reservoir using a modified SWAT model

As a crucial human activity， dam construction can profoundly impact the surface hydrology patterns. The Three Gorges Reservoir （TGR）， as one of the largest hydraulic engineering projects in the world， has gained continuous attention for its eco-hydrological effects. However， further investigation is necessary to understand the runoff and social impacts of the TGR on the upper Yangtze River. This study first employed a modified SWAT model to simulate runoff， compared scenarios with and without the TGR， and finally evaluated water supply and demand in the upper Yangtze River. The results showed a significant increasing trend in the surface water area of the upper Yangtze River from 2000-2020. The modified SWAT model performs well in simulating the runoff， with Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency and Percent Bias improved by 0.04～0.30 and 2～31.90 respectively. Scenario simulation results revealed that the TGR reduced seasonal differences in runoff. During the flood season， the runoff volume at the Yichang station in the scenario with the TGR is lower than in the scenario without the TGR， peaking at 4，500 m3/s. Conversely， in the dry season， the runoff volume of the scenario with TGR is higher， with a maximum increase of 1500 m3/s. The region exhibiting the greatest runoff variations is the Yangtze River’s main stem in the Three Gorges Reservoir region. Besides， the TGR notably alleviated the water supply-demand imbalance in Chongqing during the winter and spring seasons， with a maximum increase of 0.16 in the supply-demand index. This study can contribute significantly to understanding the natural and social impacts of the TGR from the perspective of hydrological and scenario simulation.

Constructing a one-dimensional(1D)core/shell heterostructure is a rational and efficient way to integrate multiple functional materials into a single device,in which a distinct and reliable interface and suitable energy-band alignment play important roles in optoelectronic ***,using a typical magnetron sputtering system,we constructed a 1D ZnO/CdS/CdTe core/shell nanorod arrays radial heterojunction with a well-designed cascade type-II energy band alignment and improved the broadband photodetector(PD)*** well-formed shell layers compensated for the defect states on the ZnO surface and extended the photoresponse range from ultraviolet to visible and ***,reliable and distinct heterointerfaces with a cascade type-II energy band alignment can guarantee more stable carrier migration and reduce energy loss,promoting effective photogenerated charge carrier separation and resulting in an enhanced *** optimised 1D ZnO/CdS/CdTe core/shell heterojunction PD exhibited a fast photoresponse at 0 V bias with high responsivity and *** results provide an important reference for the rational design and controllable synthesis of multifunctional optoelectronic nanodevices.
