牙髓作为牙体结构中唯一的软组织结构，具有感觉、营养等诸多功能，但牙髓本身却极易受到外界因素影响而坏死。目前针对牙髓坏死最常用的治疗办法是根管治疗术，但根管治疗后的牙齿容易发生二次感染，出现牙根纵裂等不良预后。再生性牙髓治疗旨在替换受损牙齿结构的生物程序，包括牙本质、牙根结构以及牙髓-牙本质复合体的细胞，展现出了解决临床症状、实现牙根甚至牙髓再生等巨大优势。在牙髓干细胞被发现后，再生性牙髓治疗又展现出了新的活力，细胞移植、细胞归巢等治疗方案发展迅速并展现出广阔的应用前景。.; The dental pulp is the only soft tissue structure within the tooth, serving functions such as sensation and nutrition. However, the dental pulp is highly susceptible to necrosis due to external factors. Currently, root canal therapy is the most commonly used treatment for pulp necrosis. Nevertheless, teeth treated with root canal therapy are prone to secondary infections and adverse outcomes like vertical root fractures. Regenerative endodontic therapy has emerged as a solution, aiming to replace damaged tooth structures, including dentin, root structure, and the pulp-dentin complex cells. This approach demonstrates significant advantages in addressing clinical symptoms and achieving regeneration of the root and even the pulp. Since the discovery of dental pulp stem cells, regenerative endodontic therapy has gained new momentum. Advances in cell transplantation and cell homing techniques have rapidly developed, showing promising potential for clinical applications.

Oil palm germplasm collected from Angola,Africa in 1991 were subjected to genetic variability potential *** collection was planted in the form of open-pollinated families as trials at the Malaysian Palm Oil Board(MPOB)Kluang Research Station,Johor,Malaysia,in *** palms from 52 families and tenera palms from 44 families of MPOB-Angola were evaluated for their bunch yield and bunch quality *** objectives of this study were to determine the genetic variability among the families and performance of MPOB-Angola germplasm for yield *** analysis of variance(ANOVA)revealed highly significant differences between the dura and tenera families for most of the traits,suggesting the presence of high genetic variability,which is essential for breeding *** the duras,family AGO 02.02 displayed the best yield performance,with a high fresh fruit bunch,oil yield and total economic product at 240.40,29.46 and 37.93 kg palm^(-1)year^(-1),*** for the teneras,family AGO 03.04 recorded the highest FFB yield and oil yield at 249.25 and 45.22 kg palm^(-1)year^(-1),*** that,several families with big fruit sizes or producing a mean fruit weight of 14-17 g were also *** dura and tenera from AGO 01.01 recorded the highest oil to bunch(O/B)of 17.76%and 28.65%,*** findings will facilitate the selection of palms from the MPOB-Angola germplasm for future breeding programmes.

This study focuses on the effects of a polytropic fluid on a charged gravitational source within f(T) gravity, where T is the torsion scalar. We investigate how the electromagnetic field affects the flow of energy in spherically symmetric and static celestial objects that contain relativistic fluids. By using the gravitational decoupling technique, we analyze the effects of polytropic fluid on the dynamics of the gravitational source, accompanied by the matching of the interior geometry with an exterior at the hypersurface Σ. Finally, with the help of the Tolman ⅡV solution, we observe the conduct of energy conditions with the existence of charge using f(T)field equations and got the intended outcomes.

Rescattering of stimulated Raman side scattering(SRSS)is observed for the first time via two-dimensional(2D)particle-in-cell(PIC)*** construct a theoretical model for the rescattering process,which can predict the region of occurrence of mth-order SRSS and estimate its *** rescattering process is identified by the 2D PIC simulations under typical conditions of a direct-drive inertial confinement fusion *** electrons produced by second-order SRSS propagate nearly perpendicular to the density gradient and gain nearly the same energy as in first-order SRSS,but there is no cascade acceleration to produce superhot *** studies for a wide range of ignition conditions show that SRSS and associated rescatterings are robust and important processes in inertial confinement fusion.

Under warm temperatures, plants adjust their morphologies for environmental adaption via precise gene expression regulation. However, the function and regulation of alternative polyadenylation (APA), an important fine-tuning of gene expression, remains unknown in plant thermomorphogenesis. In this study, we found that SUMOylation, a critical post-translational modification, is induced by a long-term treatment at warm temperatures via a SUMO ligase SIz1 in Arabidopsis. Disruption of SIz1 altered the global usage of polyadenylation signals and affected the APA dynamic of thermomorphogenesis-related genes. CPSF100, a key subunit of the CPSF complex for polyadenylation regulation, is SUMOylated by SIz1. Importantly, we demonstrated that SUMOylation is essential for the function of CPSF100 in genome-wide polyadenylation site choice during thermomorphogenesis. Further analyses revealed that the SUMO conjugation on CPSF100 attenuates its interaction with two isoforms of its partner CPSF30, increasing the nuclear accumulation of CPSF100 for polyadenylation regulation. In summary, our study uncovers a regulatory mechanism of APA via SIz1-mediated SUMOylation in plant thermomorphogenesis. Copyright © 2024 The Author. Published by Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

This study investigated the calcareous nannofossil assemblages in detail from the early Miocene aged lice Formation outcropping in the Kahramanmara? basin. The biostratigraphy of calcareous nannofossils was outlined and paleoenvironmental features determined. In 81 samples taken from three measured sections in the region, 17 calcareous nannofossil genus and 48 nannofossil species were identified. These calcareous nannofossil genus and species identified the lice Formation as being in the CNM4 nannofossil biozone. The abundance and diversity of early Miocene calcareous nannofossil species varied in the measured sections, with the samples generally moderate-poor, apart from a few samples. The relative abundance of individuals of Cyclicargolithus floridanus, Coccolithus pelagicus, Reticulofenestra hagii and Sphenolithus moriformis species, with paleoecological importance identified in the study region, indicate that in early Miocene times, the basin in which the lice Formation deposited was meso-eutrophic with excess nutrient input, temperate and generally stable shallow marine conditions.

Climate change is the phrase used to describe long-term changes in temperatures and weather patterns. Changes in the atmosphere and their interactions with diverse geologic, chemical, biological, and geographic variables are the main contributors to this cyclical adjustment of the Earth’s climate. Such changes may be induced purposefully, because of burning fossil fuels, clearing forests, and raising animals, or they may be natural, brought on by significant volcanic eruptions or variations in the sun’s activity. By significantly increasing the amount of greenhouse gases already in the atmosphere, this heightens the greenhouse effect and contributes to global warming. This work includes several additional theoretical and practical explanations of sustainable development. The theoretical work encompasses hundreds of researches that identify requirements for how development routes might satisfy sustainable development (SD) criteria using economic theory, complex systems approach, ecological science, and other techniques. The agreements made by the Parties in various nations across the world will consider a wide range of perspectives about what would be considered undesirable effects on the environment, the climate system, sustainability, economic growth, or food production.
