通过对8名青年慢病病人疾病经历和主观体验的分析,发现他们的疾痛叙事围绕着两个维度展开,初患病时的疾病感知以及带病生存过程中遭遇的困境。虽然疾病打破了青年慢病病人的日常生活,但他们能够接受自身疾病、重新回归日常生活,这一转变过程中身份认同起到关键性作用。价值认同自洽、家庭支持、网络社群归属以及社会角色调适是青年慢病病人身份认同形成的深层机制,从中可以窥见青年慢病病人接受疾病、回归日常生活过程中宏观结构形塑与微观个体建构的交织逻辑,研究最后提出了相关建议。

With the development of cold region engineering,it is crucial to study the mechanical properties of frozen *** practice,frozen soil is inevitably subject to impact loading,making the study of frozen soil under impact loading necessary for engineering in cold *** split–Hopkinson pressure bar(SHPB)is an important experimental means for obtaining the dynamic performance of *** this study,an SHPB experiment was conducted on frozen soil under confining *** frozen soil exhibited an evident strain rate effect and temperature effect under confining *** SHPB experiment on frozen soil under confining pressure was simulated numerically using LS-DYNA software and the Holmquist–Johnson–Cook(HJC)material model.A loading simulation with passive confining pressure and active confining pressure was completed by adding an aluminum sleeve and applying a constant *** simulation results obtained using the above methods were in good agreement with the experimental *** strength of the frozen soil under confining pressure was greater than that of the uniaxial impact,and there was an evident confining pressure ***,the confining pressure provided by passive confinement was larger than that provided by active *** passive confining pressure energy absorption efficiency was higher than for the active confining pressure due to the need to absorb more energy under the same damage *** frozen soil exhibited viscoplastic failure characteristics under confining pressure.

Since wolframite is usually associated with calcite,the separation and enrichment of wolframite by froth flotation remains a great ***,a novel trisiloxane surfactant N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-ami nopropyltrisiloxane(AATS)was successful synthesized,which was used for the separation of wolframite from calcite for the first *** flotation separation performance of AATS was studied by flotation test,and its adsorption mechanism was explored based on contact angle,infrared spectrum analysis(FTIR),zeta potential and density functional theory(DFT)*** results of microflotation test and binary mixed ore flotation test pointed that AATS had excellent selectivity and more prominent collection capacity for the flotation of wolframite when compared with industrial reagent sodium oleate(NaOL).The measurement results of contact angle proved that AATS improved the hydrophobicity of the wolframite *** highly selective adsorption mechanism of AATS surfactant on mineral surfaces were further researched and analyzed by FTIR and zeta *** results revealed that AATS surfactant had significant adsorption effect on wolframite,yet almost no adsorption on *** calculation indicated that AATS produced electrostatic adsorption with wolframite surface through—N+H3 group.

The X-band phased array radar offers faster scanning speed and higher spatial resolution compared to the S-band radar,making it capable of enhancing tornado monitoring and early warning *** study analyzed the characteristics and nowcasting signals of a tornado case that occurred on June 16,2022 in the Guangzhou *** findings indicate that the violent contraction of rotation radius and the dramatic increase in rotation speed were important signal characteristics associated with tornado *** X-band phased array radar,with its high temporal and spatial resolution,provided an opportunity to capture early warning signals from polarimetric *** X-band phased array radar demonstrated noteworthy ability to identify apparent tornado vortex signature(TVS)features in a 10-minute lead time,surpassing the capabilities of the CINRAD/SA ***,due to its higher scanning frequency,the Xband phased-array radar was capable of consistently identifying TVS with shorter intervals,enabling a more precise tracking of the tornado's *** application of professional radars,in this case,provides valuable insights for the monitoring of evolutions of severe local storms and even tornadoes and the issuance of early warning signals.

目的探讨护理本科生学校归属感在领悟社会支持与心理弹性间的中介作用。方法于2021年9月—10月,采用一般资料调查表、领悟社会支持量表、大学生学校归属感问卷和心理韧性量表对790名护理本科生进行调查。结果共回收有效问卷713份。713名护理本科生领悟社会支持量表、大学生学校归属感问卷、心理韧性量表条目均分依次为(5.31±1.22)分、(3.83±0.93)分、(3.57±0.87)分。护理本科生领悟社会支持、学校归属感和心理弹性总分及各维度得分两两间呈正相关(P<0.05)。学校归属感在护理本科生领悟社会支持与心理弹性间起部分中介作用(中介效应值为0.284),中介效应占总效应的41.34%。结论领悟社会支持不仅能对护理本科生心理弹性产生直接影响,还能通过学校归属感对其心理弹性产生间接影响。护理教育者可从领悟社会支持和学校归属感方面入手,助力护理本科生增强心理弹性,进而使其能够更好地应对学习、生活中的压力和挑战。

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis)has emerged as a promising model for investigating adrenal steroid synthesis,but it is unclear whether the same cells produce steroid hormones and whether their production is regulated in the same way as in ***,we comprehensively mapped the cell types and pathways of steroid metabolism in the adrenal gland of Chinese tree shrews using single-cell RNA sequencing,spatial transcriptome analysis,mass spectrometry,and *** compared the transcriptomes of various adrenal cell types across tree shrews,humans,macaques,and *** showed that tree shrew adrenal glands expressed many of the same key enzymes for steroid synthesis as humans,including CYP11B2,CYP11B1,CYB5A,and *** analysis confirmed the production of aldosterone,cortisol,and dehydroepiandrosterone but not dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the tree shrew adrenal ***,genes in adrenal cell types in tree shrews were correlated with genetic risk factors for polycystic ovary syndrome,primary aldosteronism,hypertension,and related disorders in humans based on genome-wide association ***,this study suggests that the adrenal glands of Chinese tree shrews may consist of closely related cell populations with functional similarity to those of the human adrenal *** comprehensive results(publicly available at http://***:16245/scAGMap/)should facilitate the advancement of this animal model for the investigation of adrenal gland disorders.

为了研究再生粗骨料取代率和偏心距对圆钢管再生镍铁渣混凝土柱力学性能的影响,设计了13个试件进行轴心和偏心受压试验,分析试件的荷载-跨中挠度曲线、侧向挠度曲线、刚度退化和耗能。在普通钢管混凝土的研究结果基础上,回归拟合适用于钢管再生混凝土的压弯承载力预测公式。结果表明:偏压试件的挠度沿柱高呈对称分布,形状符合正弦半波曲线;加载过程中截面中性轴的位置向受压区偏移,表明受压区面积逐渐缩小,受压区高度减小;当取代率超过30%后,随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加,试件的极限承载力降低,刚度逐渐退化,试件破坏时的耗能系数表现为降低的趋势;随着偏心距的增大,试件的极限承载力降低,侧向挠度曲线的包络面积逐渐增大,刚度逐渐退化;根据拟合的压弯承载力计算公式得到的计算值与试验结果吻合较好。

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the newly-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new mass excess value allowed us to determine the excitation energies of the two low-lying 1+states in ^(22)Al with significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the two 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations with four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

目的评价脐带挤推对剖宫产分娩新生儿出生后相关结局指标的影响。方法计算机检索中英文数据库(包括中国知网、万方医学数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普数据库、中华医学期刊全文数据库、PubMed、Embase、CINAHL、Web Of Science、the Cochrane Library、Google Scholar)及临床试验注册平台(***)中关于剖宫产分娩新生儿脐带挤推的随机对照研究,时间均从建库至2023年7月。纳入标准:研究类型为随机对照研究;研究对象为剖宫产分娩行脐带挤推后断脐的新生儿,种族不限;结局指标为出生后血红蛋白水平、红细胞压积、胆红素峰值、蓝光治疗、脐血pH值、脑室内出血、死亡、红细胞增多症、新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、Apgar评分;偏倚风险评估(risk of bias assessment tool 2.0)为低风险或可能存在风险。采用RevMan5.3进行meta分析,并根据新生儿的胎龄进行亚组分析。采用推荐分级的评价、制订与评估(grades of recommendations assessment,development,and evaluation,GRADE)系统进行证据质量评级。结果最终纳入11篇文献,共计2347例新生儿(包含足月儿1322例和早产儿1025例)。meta分析结果显示:(1)与立即断脐相比,脐带挤推能提高新生儿出生后24 h内血红蛋白水平(MD=1.40,95%CI:1.11~1.70,z=9.32,Pz=10.02,Pz=2.09,P=0.04)和48~72 h红细胞压积(MD=3.57,95%CI:2.29~4.85,z=5.46,P0.05);(2)与延迟脐带结扎相比,脐带挤推能提高新生儿出生后24 h内血红蛋白水平(MD=0.83,95%CI:0.75~0.91,z=20.11,Pz=4.20,Pz=0.39,P=0.70);对胆红素峰值的影响无统计学意义(MD=-0.65,95%CI:-2.16~1.04,z=0.69,P=0.49)。通过敏感性分析,足月剖宫产分娩的新生儿脐带挤推组胆红素峰值低于延迟脐带结扎组(MD=-1.30,95%CI:-2.26~0.34,z=2.66,P0.05)。结论脐带挤推能提高剖宫产分娩新生儿出生后短期的血红蛋白和红细胞压积水平,可能有益于预防新生儿出生后短期内贫血,但对胆红素峰值、蓝光治疗、红细胞增多症等发生风险影响不大,亦未增加剖宫产分娩新生儿的不良结局。但仍需更多高质量、大样本的随机对照研究进一步证实。
