In this study,a two-step method was used to synthesize highly luminescent AgGaS/znS/znS quantum dots(QDs).In the first step,an inner znS shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer znS shell,thereby facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the synthesized AgGaS/znS/znS QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY)of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PLQY reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in zn precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity of halogen ions to coordinate with the QDs influenced the balance between zn cation diffusion and znS shelling ***,the znS shelling reaction was dominant when znCl_(2)was employed,while zn cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the znS shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored synthesis of core/shell QDs.

This research introduces a spectrum-based physics-informed neural network (SP-PINN) model to significantly improve the accuracy of calculation of two-phase flow parameters, surpassing existing methods that have limitations in global and continuous data sampling. SP-PINNs address the challenges of traditional methods in terms of continuous sampling by integrating the spectral analysis and pressure correction into the Navier-Stokes (N-S) equations, enhancing the predictive accuracy especially in critical regions like gas-phase boundaries and velocity peaks. The novel introduction of a pressure-correction module within SP-PINNs mitigates prediction errors, achieving a substantial reduction to 1‰compared with the conventional physics-informed neural network (PINN) approaches. Experimental applications validate the model’s ability to accurately and rapidly predict flow parameters with different sampling time intervals,with the computation time of predicting unsampled data less than 0.01 s. Such advancements signify a 100-fold improvement over traditional DNS calculations, underscoring the model’s potential in the real-time calculation and analysis of multiphase flow dynamics.

The North Pacific storm track (NPST) is a high-frequency area of extratropical cyclones and an important channel for water vapor and energy transfer between low and mid-high latitudes. Previous weather and dynamic studies in this region have made significant progress, but due to the lack of ocean surface rainfall observation data, there is a lack of statistical research on precipitation in this area. In this study, statistical research on the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of NPST rainfall was conducted based on GPM DPR (Global Precipitation Measurement Dual-frequency Precipitation Radar) observation data and ERA5 atmospheric parameters, and analysis and explanations are provided based on the atmospheric *** study found that, compared to low-pressure systems, pressure gradients have a greater impact on cyclone activity and rainfall distribution. This feature, along with the meridional distribution of high atmospheric water vapor in the North Pacific Ocean and low in the north, collectively leads to the offset of high-frequency rainfall areas relative to storm tracks. The distribution of sea surface temperatures in the North Pacific Ocean affects the zonal distribution of storm tracks, causing weather disturbances and precipitation along the storm tracks to exhibit a northward extension from west to east. This study deepens our understanding of the role of NPST in global-scale water vapor and energy balance, and is of great significance for improving the prediction accuracy of climate models with respect to rainfall generated by extratropical cyclones. Aerosol optical depth(AOD)and fine particulate matter with a diameter of less than or equal to 2.5μm(PM_(2.5))play crucial roles in air quality,human health,and climate ***,the complex correlation of AOD–PM_(2.5)and the limitations of existing algorithms pose a significant challenge in realizing the accurate joint retrieval of these two parameters at the same *** this point,a multi-task learning(MTL)model,which enables the joint retrieval of PM_(2.5)concentration and AOD,is proposed and applied on the top-of-the-atmosphere reflectance data gathered by the Fengyun-4A Advanced Geosynchronous Radiation Imager(FY-4A AGRI),and compared to that of two single-task learning models—namely,Random Forest(RF)and Deep Neural Network(DNN).Specifically,MTL achieves a coefficient of determination(R^(2))of 0.88 and a root-mean-square error(RMSE)of 0.10 in AOD *** comparison to RF,the R^(2)increases by 0.04,the RMSE decreases by 0.02,and the percentage of retrieval results falling within the expected error range(Within-EE)rises by 5.55%.The R^(2)and RMSE of PM_(2.5)retrieval by MTL are 0.84 and 13.76μg m~(-3)*** with RF,the R^(2)increases by 0.06,the RMSE decreases by 4.55μg m~(-3),and the Within-EE increases by 7.28%.Additionally,compared to DNN,MTL shows an increase of 0.01 in R^(2)and a decrease of 0.02 in RMSE in AOD retrieval,with a corresponding increase of 2.89%in *** PM_(2.5)retrieval,MTL exhibits an increase of 0.05 in R^(2),a decrease of 1.76μg m~(-3)in RMSE,and an increase of 6.83%in *** evaluation suggests that MTL is able to provide simultaneously improved AOD and PM_(2.5)retrievals,demonstrating a significant advantage in efficiently capturing the spatial distribution of PM_(2.5)concentration and AOD.

A new approach to isothermal precipitation kinetics of carbides in undercooled austenite has been proposed firstly, which is based on measuring the changes of M-s paint vs holding time at a certain temperature. The isothermal precipitation kinetics (PTT) curve of carbides was obtained by the use of the method for 13Cr-8Mn-0.07N stainless steel, and compared with the results of chemical phase analysis and TEM method. The results show that the new method is more sensitive and convenient than the other methods.
