High-temperature-resistant adhesives are critical materials in the aerospace *** zirconium-modified aluminum phosphate-based adhesives developed in this work had the advantage of adjustable thermal expansibility,achieving a high matching of coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE)with *** introduction of zirconium can significantly improve the thermal stability of the adhesive matrix,and the zr/Al ratio substantially affects the various reaction processes inside the adhesive,especially the types of zirconium-containing *** of the zirconium-containing compounds in the A7z3 adhesive were zrO_(2) only when the mass ratio of zirconium hydroxide to aluminum hydroxide was 3:7,which was the key reason why it had the highest *** room-temperature bonding strength of A7z3 after heat treatment at 1500℃reached 67.2 *** pretreatment at 1500℃,the high-temperature bonding strength of A7z3 was greater than 50 MPa in the range of(room temperature)RT-1000℃.After 40 thermal cycles between RT and 1500℃,the bonding strength still reached 10 *** bonding occurred at temperatures below 1000℃,while chemical bonding dominated above 1000℃based on the generation of Al5BO9 and mullite at the interfaces.

Metal nanoaggregates can simultaneously enhance the activity and stability of Fe-N-C catalysts in proton-exchange-membrane fuel cells（PEMFC）.Previous studies on the relevant mechanism have focused on the direct interaction between FeN4active sites and metal ***,the role of carbon support that hosts metal nanoaggregates and active sites has been ***,a Fe-N-C catalyst encapsulating inactive gold nanoparticles is prepared as a model catalyst to investigate the electronic tuning of Au nanoparticles（NPs） towards the carbon *** NPs donate electrons to carbon support,making it rich in π electrons,which reduces the work function and regulates the electronic configuration of the FeN4sites for an enhanced ORR ***,the electron-rich carbon support can mitigate the electron depletion of FeN4sites caused by carbon support oxidation,thereby preserving its high *** yield and accumulation of H2O2are thus alleviated,which delays the oxidation of the catalyst and benefits the *** to the electron-rich carbon support,the composite catalyst achieves a top-level peak power density of 0.74 W/cm2in a 1.5 bar H2-air PEMFC,as well as the improved *** work elucidates the key role of carbon support in the performance enhancement of the FeN-C/metal nanoaggregate composite catalysts for fuel cell application.

Obesity is associated with numerous metabolic disorders,and dietary polyphenols have been confirmed to have beneficial effects on the metabolism in ***,the effect of 3-(3’,4’-dihydroxyphenyl)propanoic acid(DHPA)and 3’,4’-dihydroxyphenylacetic acid(DHAA),two main metabolites of dietary polyphenols,on obesity remains poorly *** this study,DHPA and DHAA were found to alleviate obesity,as well as regulate insulin resistance,lipid metabolism,and oxidative stress response in high-fat diet(HFD)***,the 16S rRNA sequencing and UHPLC-q-TOF/MS demonstrated that DHPA and DHAA only slightly disturbed the intestinal microbiome,but significantly altered the urine metabolome of HFD mice mainly by regulating pentose and glucuronate interconversion,tyrosine metabolism,pentose phosphate and tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle as indicated by metabolic pathway analysis based on Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)*** analysis revealed that the differential metabolites are strongly associated with body weight,blood glucose,insulin level,and superoxide dismutase(SOD)enzyme *** results revealed that DHPA and DHAA exert their anti-obesity effect by regulating important metabolites in the glucose,lipid and tyrosine metabolism pathways.

Sulfidated nano zero-valent iron particles were immobilized on zSM-5 zeolite(z/S-nzⅥ)and used for hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))*** performance of z/S-nzⅥimproved with the increase in Cr(Ⅵ)concentration(zero-valent iron(nzⅥ)corrosion,while the degree of corrosion of nzⅥwas affected by the concentration of the pollutant as discussed by kinetics,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)*** experiments for the dissolution of ferrous ions and the dosage of adsorbent demonstrated that the critical layer in the liquid-solid system changed with the increase in the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)(Cr(Ⅵ):z/S-nzⅥ>0.6).Moreover,the removal mechanisms of Cr(Ⅵ)were elucidated through XRD,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and XPS *** results demonstrate that the species of chromium in the critical layer changed from Cr(Ⅲ)to Cr(Ⅵ)as the concentration of chromium increased from low to ***,the critical layer was composed of Cr(Ⅵ),Fe(Ⅱ),O and H ***,the experiments of coexisting ions and aging time confirmed that z/S-nzⅥpossessed high selectivity and stability to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in practical applications.

Non-B-form DNA differs from the classic B-DNA double helix structure and plays a crucial regulatory role in replication and ***,the role of non-B-form DNA in centromeres,especially in polyploid wheat,remains ***,we systematically analyzed seven non-B-form DNA motif profiles(A-phased DNA repeat,direct repeat,G-quadruplex,inverted repeat,mirror repeat,short tandem repeat,and z-DNA)in hexaploid *** found that three of these non-B-form DNA motifs were enriched at centromeric regions,especially at the CENH3-binding sites,suggesting that non-B-form DNA may create a favorable loading environment for the CENH3 *** investigate the dynamics of centromeric non-B form DNA during the alloploidization process,we analyzed DNA secondary structure using CENH3 ChIP-seq data from newly formed allotetraploid wheat and its two diploid *** found that newly formed allotetraploid wheat formed more non-B-form DNA in centromeric regions compared with their parents,suggesting that non-B-form DNA is related to the localization of the centromeric regions in newly formed ***,non-B-form DNA enriched in the centromeric regions was found to preferentially form on young LTR retrotransposons,explaining CENH3's tendency to bind to younger ***,our study describes the landscape of non-B-form DNA in the wheat genome,and sheds light on its potential role in the evolution of polyploid centromeres.

Bioinspired Multifunctional Self-Sensing Actuated Gradient Hydrogel for Soft-Hard Robot Remote Interaction

The development of bioinspired gradient hydrogels with self-sensing actuated capabilities for remote interaction with soft-hard robots remains a challenging endeavor. Here, we propose a novel multifunctional self-sensing actuated gradient hydrogel that combines ultrafast actuation and high sensitivity for remote interaction with robotic hand. The gradient network structure, achieved through a wettability difference method involving the rapid precipitation of MoO_(2) nanosheets, introduces hydrophilic disparities between two sides within hydrogel. This distinctive approach bestows the hydrogel with ultrafast thermo-responsive actuation(21° s^(-1)) and enhanced photothermal efficiency(increase by 3.7 ℃ s^(-1) under 808 nm near-infrared). Moreover, the local cross-linking of sodium alginate with Ca^(2+) endows the hydrogel with programmable deformability and information display capabilities. Additionally, the hydrogel exhibits high sensitivity(gauge factor 3.94 within a wide strain range of 600%), fast response times(140 ms) and good cycling stability. Leveraging these exceptional properties, we incorporate the hydrogel into various soft actuators, including soft gripper, artificial iris, and bioinspired jellyfish, as well as wearable electronics capable of precise human motion and physiological signal detection. Furthermore, through the synergistic combination of remarkable actuation and sensitivity, we realize a self-sensing touch bioinspired tongue. Notably, by employing quantitative analysis of actuation-sensing, we realize remote interaction between soft-hard robot via the Internet of Things. The multifunctional self-sensing actuated gradient hydrogel presented in this study provides a new insight for advanced somatosensory materials, self-feedback intelligent soft robots and human–machine interactions.
