Since Moore’s law in the traditional semiconductor industry is facing shocks,More Moore and More than Moore are proposed as two paths to maintain the development of the semiconductor industry by adopting new architectures or new materials,in which the former is committed to the continued scaling of transistors for performance enhancement,and the latter pursues the realization of functional diversification of electronic ***-dimensional(2D)materials are supposed to play an important role in these two *** More Moore,the ultimate thin thickness and the dangling-bond-free surface of 2D channels offer excellent gate electrostatics while avoiding the degradation of carrier mobility at the same time,so that the transistors can be further scaled down for higher *** More than Moore,devices based on 2D materials can well meet the requirements of electronic systems for functional diversity,like that they can operate at high frequency,exhibit excellent sensitivity to the changes in the surroundings at room temperature,have good mechanical flexibility,and so *** this review,we present the application of 2D materials in More Moore and More than Moore domains of electronics,outlining their potential as a technological option for logic electronics,memory electronics,radio-frequency electronics,sensing electronics,and flexible electronics.

In recent years,the incidence of airway stenosis in respiratory diseases increases year by *** many treatment methods,tracheal stent implantation is a very effective *** stents have been the first choice for tracheal stent implantation due to their excellent mechanical properties,low rate of migration,and minimal effect on the ciliary movement of the *** this paper,the research progress of metal tracheal stents is introduced in detail from three aspects of mechanical properties,degradation properties,and biocompatibility,including traditional inert metallic tracheal stents and new degradable metallic tracheal stents,and its future research and development are prospected:although the current research on biodegradable metal tracheal stents is still in its infancy,with only some studies of magnesium-based,iron-based,and zinc-based tracheal stents,they are considered as the best material for preparing future metal tracheal scaffolds considering their biodegradability and biocompatibility.

Carbon dots(CDs)have attracted more interest in tumor theranostics,but they suffer from the rapid renal clearance due to small size and high *** solve such problems,hydrophobic pH-triggered carbon dot-drug conjugate(CDs-Hy-DOX)with high doxorubicin(DOX)content of 48.23%were designed by covalent conjugation of DOX onto the CDs via acid-labile linkage with hydrazine(Hy)as *** the fluorescent traceable hybrid prodrug nanoparticles were fabricated via co-self-assembly with the CDs-Hy-DOX as pH-sensitive prodrug and a pH/reduction dual-triggered degradable hyperbranched polymer PEG-PO-Cy as polyethylene glycol(PEG)-based surfactant,as well as gatekeeper for pH/reduction dual-triggered DOX *** hybrid prodrug nanoparticles with hydrodynamic diameter of 220 nm and DOX content of 22.99%were obtained with the optimized co-self-assembling *** could release 68.98%of DOX in the simulated tumor microenvironment within 3 days in a sustained release mode,with a premature drug leakage of 7.58%.After the acid-triggered DOX release from the CDs-Hy-DOX,which was accelerated by the pH/reduction dual-triggered degradation of the hyperbranched polymer,the strong fluorescence of CDs-Hy was recovered,demonstrating the promising potential in future tumor nanotheranostics.

Large space buildings play a significant role in modern society because of their environmental advantages and market *** the zonal model is promising for the efficient and rapid evaluation of the stratified thermal environment,there is a lack of a reasonable and convenient zoning strategy with the advent of modern *** paper presents a universal and practical zonal model,in which a simplified momentum equation is applied to consider air momentum preservation,transformation,and ***,the zoning structure is generalized and ***,limiting the dimensionless temperature constraint between adjacent zones establishes the connection between thermal nonuniformity and zoning results ***,the dimension and number of zones should be restricted within reasonable ranges to satisfy the characteristics of zonal simulation and reach the criteria of *** further explore and validate the zonal model,a reduced-scale experimental model was constructed to replicate the thermal stratification in a mechanically ventilated large space by considering many crucial realistic factors.A particle image velocimetry(PIV)measurement was then conducted to visualize the airflow pattern and support the partition of *** results showed that the zonal simulation with adaptive zoning method can realize a similar accuracy with fewer zones and exhibit a better tolerance for zoning results compared to the conventional empirical zoning ***,a case study of an atrium was performed to demonstrate the practicality and efficiency of the method for long-term dynamic simulations of complex thermal environments and building energy use.

As 5G becomes commercial,researchers have turned attention toward the Sixth-Generation(6G)network with the vision of connecting intelligence in a green energy-efficient *** learning triggers an upsurge of green intelligent services such as resources orchestration of communication infrastructures while preserving privacy and increasing communication ***,designing effective incentives in federated learning is challenging due to the dynamic available clients and the correlation between clients'contributions during the learning *** this paper,we propose a dynamic incentive and reputation mechanism to improve energy efficiency and training performance of federated *** proposed incentive based on the Stackelberg game can timely adjust optimal energy consumption with changes in available clients during federated ***,clients’contributions in reputation management are formulated based on the cooperative game to capture the correlation between tasks,which satisfies availability,fairness,and *** simulation results show that the proposed scheme can significantly motivate high-performance clients to participate in federated learning and improve the accuracy and energy efficiency of the federated learning model.

Achieving an efficient and stable heterogeneous Fenton reaction over a wide pH range is of great significance for wastewater ***,a pollen-derived biochar catalyst with a unique honeycomb-like structure,coupled with the dispersion of magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)/FeS(Fe/S)nanoparticles,was synthesized by simple impregnation precursor,followed by *** prepared Fe/S-biochar catalyst demonstrated outstanding phenol degradation efficiency across a wide pH range,with 98%of which eliminated even under neutral conditions(pH 7.0).The high catalytic activity was due to the multilevel porous structure of pollenderived biochar provided enough active sites and allowed for better electron transfer,then increases oxidation ability to promote the ***,the acid microenvironment formed by SO_(4)^(2-)group from Fe/S composite extended the pH range for Fenton reaction,and S^(2-)facilitated the conversion of≡Fe^(3+)to≡Fe^(2+),resulting in remarkable degradation ***,biochar can effectively promote cycling stability by limiting Fe *** work may provide a general strategy for designing 3D framework biochar-based Fe/S catalysts with excellent performance for heterogeneous Fenton reactions.

Effects of porous oxide layer on performance of Pd-based monolithic catalysts for 2-ethylanthraquinone hydrogenation

Pd/oxide/cordierite monolithic catalysts(oxide = Al_2O_3, SiO_2 and SiO_2\\Al_2O_3) were prepared by the impregnation method. The results of ICP, XRD, SEM–EDX, XPS and N_2 adsorption–desorption measurements revealed that the Pd penetration depth increased with increasing the thickness of oxide layer, and the catalysts with Al_2O_3 layers had the larger pore size than those with SiO_2 and SiO_2\\Al_2O_3 layers. Catalytic hydrogenation of 2-ethylanthraquinone(eA Q), a key step of the H_2O_2 production by the anthraquinone process, over the various monolithic catalysts(60 °C, atmosphere pressure) showed that the monolithic catalyst with the moderate thickness of Al_2O_3 layer(about 6 μm) exhibited the highest conversion of e AQ(99.1%) and hydrogenation efficiency(10.0 g·L^(-1)). This could be ascribed to the suitable Pd penetration depth and the larger pore size, which provides a balance between the distribution of Pd and accessibility of active sites by the reactants.

The survival of overwintering boll weevil, Anthonomus grandis grandis （Boheman）, adults on non-cotton hosts in the Lower Rio Grande Valley （LRGV） of Texas was examined from 2001 to 2006. The success of the Boll Weevil Eradication Program, which was reintroduced into the LRGV in 2005, depends on controlling overwintering boll weevil populations. Laboratory studies were conducted using boll weevil adults that were captured in pheromone traps from September through March. The number of adults captured per trap declined significantly in the field from fall to the beginning of spring （3.5-7.0-fold）. The proportion of trapped males and females did not differ significantly. The mean weight of boll weevil adults captured in September was 13.3 mg, while those of captured adults from November to February were significantly lower and ranged from 6.7 to 7.8 mg. Our results show that boll weevil adults can feed on different plant pollens. The highest longevity occurred when adults were fed almond pollen or mixed pollens （72.6 days and 69.2 days, respectively） and the lowest when they fed on citrus pollen or a non-food source （9.7 days or 7.4 days, respectively）. The highest adult survival occurred on almond and mixed pollens [88.0%-97. 6% after 1st feeding period （10 days）, 78.0%-90.8% after 3rd feeding period （10 days）, 55. 0%-83.6% after 5th feeding period （10 days）, and 15.2%-32.4% after lOth feeding period （10 days）]. The lowest adult survival occurred on citrus pollen [52.0%-56.0% after 1st feeding period （10 days）, 13.3% after 3rd and 5th feeding periods （10 days）, and 0 after 6th feeding period （10 days）]. Pollen feeding is not a behavior restricted to adult boll weevils of a specific sex or physiological state. Understanding how boll weevil adults survive in the absence of cotton is important to ensure ultimate success of eradicating this pest in the subtropics.
