We report two patients with unilateral vertical retraction syndrome. Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） of the orbits of the two cases showed similar size and location of the orbital structure, but with dramatically different strabismus type. MRI sagittal reconstruction of the orbits suggested that abnormal muscle tissue arised from the inferior rectus, which might be associated with retraction and narrowing of the palpebral fissure and atypical strabismus as well.

目的:探讨颈椎前路减压融合内固定和O臂导航下经皮颈椎后路椎间孔K-hole技术治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:纳入2019年2月~2022年8月在本科室住院并接受手术治疗的单节段神经根型颈椎病27例,按患者病情及意愿分为观察组(O臂辅助下颈椎后路椎间孔镜)13例和对照组(颈椎前路减压融合内固定)14例,观察并比较各组患者的围手术期参数、影像学和临床疗效等指标。结果:27例患者均获得随访,随访时间为6~24个月,平均15个月,无内固定物脱落、断裂情况。2组比较,观察组手术时间、出血量较对照组长(P0.05),而对照组则相反(P0.05)。结论:两种手术方法治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病均能取得良好治疗效果,而且两者间的临床效果无明显差异。随着手术程度不断熟练,手术时间不断缩短,患者对切口外观要求增高,在严格掌握手术适应证的基础上,O臂导航下经皮颈椎后路椎间孔K-hole技术治疗单节段神经根型颈椎病将在临床上得到更多的应用。

Background： Study of lung function in survivor from cardiac arrest （CA） caused by pulmonary thromboembolism （PTE） was rare. The aim of this study was to investigate the variations ofpostresuscitation lung function after thrombolysis treatment in a CA porcine model caused by PTE. Methods： After 2 min of untreated CA, pigs of 10-12 weeks with a weight of 30±2 kg （n = 24） were treated with recombinant human tissue plasminogen activator （50 mg）. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） and ventilation were initiated after drug administration. Pulmonary function and arterial blood gas parameters were measured at baseline, return of spontaneous circulation （ROSC） immediately, and 1 h, 2 h, 4 h, and 6 h after ROSC. Results： The dynamic lung compliance decreased significantly at ROSC immediately and 1 h after ROSC compared to baseline （21.86 ±2.00 vs. 26.72± 2.20 ml/mmHg and 20.38 ± 1.31 vs. 26.72 ± 2.20 ml/mmHg, respectively; P 〈 0.05; 1 mmHg = 0.133 kPa）. Compared with baseline, airway resistance increased significantly at ROSC immediately and 1 h after ROSC （P 〈 0.05）. Respiratory index also increased after ROSC and showed significant differences among baseline, ROSC immediately, and 2 h after ROSC （P 〈 0.05）. Oxygen delivery decreased at ROSC immediately compared to baseline （P 〈 0.05）. The oxygenation index decreased significantly at any time after ROSC compared to baseline （P 〈 0.05）. Extravascular lung water index and pulmonary vascular permeability index （PVP1） showed significant differences at ROSC immediately compared to baseline and 1 h after ROSC （P 〈 0.05）; PVPI at ROSC inamediately was also different from 6 h after ROSC （P 〈 0.05）. Ventilation/perfusion ratios increased after ROSC （P 〈 0.05）. Histopathology showed fibrin effusion, bleeding in alveoli, and hemagglutinatiun in pulmonary artery. Conclusions： Lung function remains abnormal even after CPR with thrombolysis therapy; it is essential to continue anticoagulation and symptomatic treatment after ROSC.

针对室内穿墙场景下目标状态差异而导致的信道状态信息(Channel State Information,CSI)功率谱密度在时序发生相应变化规律的不同,本文提出了一种基于图卷积神经网络(Graph Convolutional Neural,GCN)的室内穿墙无源目标检测算法.不同于传统的基于CSI的统计特征实现目标检测的相关系统,该算法从CSI的图域出发,基于CSI时频图特征构建得到GCN图结构后,使用可实现对复杂图中各节点进行分类的GCN作为分类器,提高了室内复杂环境下目标检测的性能.该方法在对原始CSI进行异常值去除和小波阈值去噪的基础上,利用短时傅里叶变换得到每个子载波上CSI幅值的时频图;然后根据各子载波CSI时频图特点,将存在能量的频率平均分为5个频段,再计算每个频段的平均功率谱密度,并在每个时序对其进行排序;最后基于对平均功率谱密度排序后各频段索引的变化规律构造GCN图,并将其邻接矩阵和特征矩阵输入GCN网络中进行训练,最终实现图节点特征与目标状态的一一映射.实验结果表明,在玻璃墙和砖墙场景下,本文提出的算法能够很好地刻画目标状态不同而导致的CSI功率谱密度变化规律的差异,且其平均检测准确率均高于现有的R-TTWD(Robust device-free Through-The-Wall Detection)和TWMD(The-Wall Moving Detection)目标检测算法.

The ladybird Harmonia axyridis is an insect that exhibits pupal attachment to plants,which facilitates development and environmental *** cremaster is highly specialized for this ***,the underlying molecular regulation of the cremaster remains unclear;therefore,we performed experiments to investigate the transcriptional regulation of cremaster ***,we examined the morphological structure of the cremaster to reveal its function in pupal attachment of ***,we analyzed the Hox gene Ha-Abd-B using RNA interference(RNAi)to determine its function in regulating cremaster formation;Ha-Abd-B up-regulation promoted effective pupal attachment,whereas successful RNAi caused severe down-regulation of this gene,and pupae were unable to ***,successful RNAi and subsequent Ha-Abd-B down-regulation caused phenotypic changes in cremaster structure,including its complete disappearance from some ***,we observed unique development of the cremaster and dynamic expression of Ha-Abd-B during pre-pupal development;consequently,we hypothesized that there was specific pre-pupal development of the ***,based on these results,the specialized cremasteric structure located on the posterior side of *** was determined to be a key organ for pupal *** identification in *** is regulated by Ha-Abd-B and exhibits preferential *** attachment of *** reveals an environmental adaptation of this species;thus,this study and future molecular studies will help determine the role of Hox genes in regulation of insect attachment and further our understanding of the multiple functions of Hox genes.

Carbonyl sulfide （COS）, an analogue of carbon dioxide （CO2）, can be converted to CO2 via the carbonic anhydride enzymes widely existing in nature. COS is an ideal monomer for making poly（monothiocarbonate）s, which are difficult to synthesize by traditional methods. Herein, for the first time, we describe an anionic copolymerization of COS with epoxides using alkali metal alkoxides as the catalysts （initiators）, affording poly（monothiocarbonate）s with 100% alternating degree, 〉99% tail-to-head （T-H） content, high number-average molecular weights （Mns, up to 90.3 kg/mol） with narrow molecular weight distributions （D=Mw/Mn, 1.05-1.31 for COS/propylene oxide copolymers） under solvent-free and mild conditions. Oxygen-sulfur exchange reaction （O/S ER）, which can result in the production of contaminated dithiocarbonate and carbonate units in the main chain, was nearly completely depressed at 0 ℃. In addition, in contrast to previously reported salen chromium （iron） complexes that required multiple synthetic steps, this work provides simple, low-cost, and effective catalysts for making colorless sulfur-containing polymers.

Background： The success rate of resuscitation in cardiac arrest （CA） caused by pulmonary thromboembolism （PTE） is low. Furthermore, there are no large animal models that simulate clinical CA. The aim of this study was to establish a porcine CA model caused by PTE and to investigate the pathophysio[ogy of CA and postresuscitation. Methods： This model was induced in castrated male pigs （30 ± 2 kg; n = 21 ） by injecting thrombi （10-15 ml） via the left external jugular vein. Computed tomographic pulmonary angiography （CTPA） was performed at baseline, CA, and return of spontaneous circulation （ROSC）. After CTPA during CA, cardiopulmonary resuscitation （CPR） with thrombolysis （recombinant tissue plasminogen activator 50 mg） was initiated. Hemodynamic, respiratory, and blood gas data were monitored. Cardiac troponins T, cardiac troponin I, creatine kinase-MB, myoglobin, and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） were measured by enzymeqinked immunosorbent assay. Data were compared between baseline and CA with paired-sample t-test and compared among different time points for survival animals with repeated measures analysis of variance. Results： Seventeen animals achieved CA after emboli injection, while four achieved CA after 5-8 ml more thrombi. Nine animals survived 6 h after CPR. CTPA showed obstruction of the pulmonary arteries. Mean aortic pressure data showed occurrence of CA caused by PTE （z = -2.803, P = 0.002）. The maximal rate of mean increase of left ventricular pressure （dp/dtmax） was statistically decreased （t = 6,315, P = 0.000, variation coefficient = 0.25）, and end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure （PetCO2） decreased to the lowest value （t - 27.240, P = 0.000）. After ROSC （n = 9）, heart rate （HR） and mean right ventricular pressure （MRVP） remained different versus baseline until 2 h after ROSC （HR, P = 0.036; MRVP, P - 0.027）. Myoglobin was statistically increased from CA to 1 h after ROSC （P - 0.036, 0.026, 0,009, respectively）, and BNP was increased from 2 h

The global nuclear mass based on the macroscopic-microscopic model was studied by applying a newly designed multi-task learning artificial neural network(MTL-ANN). First, the reported nuclear binding energies of 2095 nuclei(z ≥ 8, N ≥ 8) released in the latest Atomic Mass Evaluation AME2020 and the deviations between the fitting result of the liquid drop model(LDM)and data from AME2020 for each nucleus were *** compensate for the deviations and investigate the possible ignored physics in the LDM, the MTL-ANN method was introduced in the model. Compared to the single-task learning(STL) method, this new network has a powerful ability to simultaneously learn multi-nuclear properties,such as the binding energies and single neutron and proton separation energies. Moreover, it is highly effective in reducing the risk of overfitting and achieving better predictions. Consequently, good predictions can be obtained using this nuclear mass model for both the training and validation datasets and for the testing dataset. In detail, the global root mean square(RMS) of the binding energy is effectively reduced from approximately 2.4 MeV of LDM to the current 0.2 MeV, and the RMS of Sn, Spcan also reach approximately 0.2 MeV. Moreover, compared to STL, for the training and validation sets, 3-9% improvement can be achieved with the binding energy, and 20-30% improvement for S_(n), S_(p);for the testing sets, the reduction in deviations can even reach 30-40%, which significantly illustrates the advantage of the current MTL.
