The full array of the large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(lHAASO)has been in operation since July *** its kilometer-square array(KM2A),we optimized the selection criteria for very high and ultrahigh energyγ-rays using data collected from August 2021 to August 2022,resulting in an improvement in significance of the detection in the Crab Nebula of approximately 15%,compared with that of previous *** the implementation of these new selection criteria,the angular resolution was also significantly improved by approximately 10%at tens of *** aspects of the full KM2A array performance,such as the pointing error,were also calibrated using the Crab *** resulting energy spectrum of the Crab Nebula in the energy range of 10-1000 TeV are well fitted by a log-parabola model,which is consistent with the previous results from lHAASO and other experiments.

MICROSTRUCTURE ANAlYSIS OF AN ION-NITRIDInglAER ON A NO.45 STEEl

The cross-sectional microstructure of an ion-nitrided layer on a No.45 steel was studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the columnar crystals constitute the compound layer. Most of them have the microstructure of alternating ε-Fe2-3N and γ-Fe4N and others are single ε-Fe2-3N phase. There are abnormal strip ferrites between the columnar crystals. The transition layer mainly consists of spherical γ-Fe4N and cementite (Fe3C) particles in the pearlite are dissolved in this layer. In diffusion layer, besides the equilibrium phase γ-Fe4N, there are α -Fe16N2 and the satellite spots around main spots of α-Fe16N2 demonstrate its modulation structure. A metastable ordered cluster zone of the nitropen atoms was found in the division layer.

Effect of Carbon Nanotube Orientation on Mechanical Properties and Thermal Expansion Coefficient of Carbon Nanotube-Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites

Carbon nanotube-reinforced 2009Al （CNT/2009Al） composites with randomly oriented CNTs and aligned CNTs were fabricated by friction stir processing （FSP） and FSP-roll.ng, respectively. The CNT/2009A1 composites with aligned CNTs showed much better tensile properties at room temperature and elevated temperature compared with those with the randomly oriented CNTs, which is mainly attributed to larger equivalent aspect ratio of the CNTs and avoidance of preferential fracture problems. However, much finer grain size was not beneficial to obtaining high strength above 473 K. The aligned CNTs resulted in tensile anisotropy, with the best tensile properties being achieved al.ng the direction of CNT aligning. As the off-axis angle increased, the tensile properties were reduced due to the weakening of the load transfer ability. Furthermore, aligned CNTs resulted in much lower coefficient of thermal expansion compared with randomly oriented CNTs.

Tensile Strength and Electrical Conductivity of Carbon Nanotube Reinforced Aluminum Matrix Composites Fabricated by Powder Metallurgy Combined with Friction Stir Processing

A route combining powder metallurgy and subsequent friction stir processing was utilized to fabricate carbon nanotube （CNT） reinforced AI （CNT/AI） and 6061AI （CNT/6061AI） composites. Microstructural observations indicated that CNTs were uniformly dispersed in the matrix in both CNT/AI and CNT/6061AI composites. Mg and Si elements tended to segregate at CNT-AI interfaces in the CNT/6061AI composite during artificial aging treatment. The tensile properties of both the AI and 6061AI were increased by CNT incorporation. The electrical conductivity of CNT/AI was decreased by CNT addition, while CNT/6061AI exhibited an increase in electrical conductivity due to the Mg and Si segregation.

Exergy analysis of R1234ze（z） as high temperature heat pump working fluid with multi-stage compression

In this paper, the simulation approach and exergy analysis of multi-stage compression high tempera- ture heat pump （HTHP） systems with R1234ze（z） working fluid are conducted. Both the single-stage and multi-stage compression cycles are analyzed to compare the system performance with 120℃ pressurized hot water supply based upon waste heat recovery. The exergy destruction ratios of each component for different stage compression systems are compared. The results show that the exergy loss ratios of the compressor are bigger than that of the evaporator and the condenser for the single-stage compres- sion system. The multi-stage compression system has better energy and exergy etticiencies with the increase of compression stage number. Compared with the single- stage compression system, the coefficient of performance （COP） improvements of the two-stage and three-stage compression system are 9.1% and 14.6%, respectively. when the waste heat source temperature is 60℃, the exergy efficiencies increase about 6.9% and 11.8% for the two-stage and three-stage compression system respec- tively.

古近纪是陆地和海洋生态系统劫后复苏并逐渐接近其现代面貌的关键时期.在青藏高原及其周边区域,古近纪也是青藏高原-喜马拉雅造山带构造活动、亚洲气候重组、生物多样性演化的重要时期.限于研究条件、认识程度等的制约,青藏高原及其周边地区在地层划分方面还存在诸多争议.近年来,该区域开展了大量的沉积岩石学、磁性地层学、同位素年代学等工作,发现和报道了大量各种门类的化石,更系统地深化了生物地层学研究,为梳理青藏高原及其周边古近纪综合地层、生物群和古地理演化打下了坚实的基础.本文基于国际古近系划分和对比标准,以岩石地层和生物地层为基础,综合近年来同位素年代学、磁性地层学和地球化学等研究工作,在前人工作基础上梳理青藏高原及其周边不同构造单元的地层划分与对比框架.第二次青藏高原综合科学考察开展以来,古近纪植物群相关研究逐渐丰富.依据这些植物群最新的年代结果,本文讨论了灭绝类群和新出现类群的生物地层意义.对“桉属”、棕榈科等化石类群的新认识将古近纪青藏地区植物区系与冈瓦纳大陆的大洋洲、南美洲生物区系建立联系.雅鲁藏布江缝合带两侧植物群重要类群的演化历史也指示印度板块和欧亚大陆的碰撞时间在约65~54Ma.植物群的古高程重建结果表明,横断山区在早渐新世之前就已经形成现今的地貌格局;古近纪青藏地区主要缝合带附近的温暖湿润低地是动植物类群交流的主要通道;古近纪低矮的喜马拉雅山脉不能对南来的印度洋水汽形成有效的阻隔作用.

Composition Dependence of Surface Phonon Polariton Mode in wurtzite InxGa1-xN （0 ≤ x ≤ 1） Ternary Alloy

we present a theoretical study on the composition dependence of the surface phonon polariton （SPP） mode in wurtzite structure α-InxGa1-xN ternary alloy over the whole composition range. The SPP modes are obtained by the theoretical simulations by means of an anisotropy model. The results reveal that the SPP mode of α-InxGa1-xN semiconductors exhibits one-mode behaviour. From these data, composition dependence of the SPP mode with bowing parameter of-28.9 cm^-1 is theoretically obtained.
