We present a theoretical study on the composition dependence of the surface phonon polariton （SPP） mode in wurtzite structure α-InxGa1-xn ternary alloy over the whole composition range. The SPP modes are obtained by the theoretical simulations by means of an anisotropy model. The results reveal that the SPP mode of α-InxGa1-xn semiconductors exhibits one-mode behaviour. From these data, composition dependence of the SPP mode with bowing parameter of-28.9 cm^-1 is theoretically obtained.

目的观察临床-超声列线图预测急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)短期预后的价值。方法回顾性分析168例接受血管内介入治疗的AIS患者,根据治疗后3个月改良Rankin量表评分将其分为预后良好组(n=134)及预后不良组(n=34)。比较组间临床及超声资料,采用最小绝对收缩和选择算子(LASSO)算法及Cox回归方程分析AIS短期预后的独立影响因素,以之分别构建临床、超声及临床-超声列线图模型;绘制受试者工作特征曲线,计算曲线下面积(AUC),评估各模型预测AIS短期预后的效能。结果发病至入院时间、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(nIHSS)评分、Alberta卒中项目早期CT评分(ASPECTS)、斑块时间-强度曲线强度均值(TIC-M)及峰值强度(TIC-P)和伽马拟合曲线的AUC均为AIS短期预后的独立影响因素(P均<0.05)。临床、超声及临床-超声列线图模型预测AIS短期预后的AUC分别为0.888、0.758及0.921,以临床-超声列线图模型的预测效能最高(P均<0.05)。结论临床-超声列线图可有效预测AIS短期预后。

The application of the response surface methodology and the central composite design（CCD） technique for modeling and optimization of the influence of some operating variables on copper,molybdenum and rhenium recoveries in a bioleaching process was *** main bioleaching parameters,namely pH,solid concentration and inoculum percent,were changed during the bioleaching tests based on *** ranges of the bioleaching process variables used in the design were as follows：pH1.46-2.14,solid concentration 0.95%-11.05%,and inoculum percent 1.59%-18.41%.A total of 20 bioleaching tests were carried out by the CCD method according to software-based designed *** model equations were developed according to the copper,molybdenum and rhenium recoveries obtained with these three *** equations of responses at the base of parameters were achieved by using statistical *** model equations were then individually optimized by using quadratic programming to maximize copper,molybdenum and rhenium recoveries individually within the experimental *** optimum conditions for copper recovery were pH 1.68,solid concentration 0.95% and the inoculum 18.41%（v/v）,while molybdenum and rhenium recoveries were 2.18% and 24.41%,*** predicted values for copper,molybdenum and rhenium recoveries were found to be in good agreement with the experimental *** jarosite formation during bioleaching tests was also investigated.

High-Speed Friction Stir Welding of T6-Treated B4Cp/6061Al Composite

T6-treated 20 wt% B4 Cp/6061 Al sheets were joined under welding speeds of 400–1200 mm/min by friction stir welding(FSW) with a threaded cermet pin. The macro-defect-free FSW joints could be achieved at high welding speeds up to 1200 mm/min, but larger plunge depth was required at the welding speeds of 800 and 1200 mm/min to eliminate the tunnel defect. In the nugget z.ne(nz) of the joints, the B4 C particles were broken up and uniformly redistributed. The nz exhibited lower hardness than the base metal(BM), and the hardness value almost did not change with increasing welding speed, attributable to the dissolution of precipitates. Compared with the BM, the joints showed lower tensile strength. As the welding speed increased from 400 to 800 mm/min, the joint efficiencies were nearly the same and up to ~ 73%. When the welding speed increased up to 1200 mm/min, the tensile strength significantly decreased, due to the occurrence of kissing bond defect at the bottom of the nz. With increasing welding speed, the fracture location of the joints transferred gradually from the heat-affected z.ne to the nz due to the kissing bond defects.

司法行为的社会影响备受关注,但对该问题的研究缺乏充足的经验证据。从金融秩序维护的角度,利用中国裁判文书网公布的破坏金融管理秩序刑事一审判决书构建地级市层面的金融司法审判指标,探讨金融司法审判对企业ESG表现的影响。研究结果显示:企业所在地的金融司法审判效率越高、上诉率越低,企业的ESG表现越好。机制分析表明,金融司法审判主要通过降低信息不对称程度、缓解企业融资约束以及增强企业风险管理意识来提高企业的ESG表现水平。进一步分析发现,对于那些拥有较多法律背景高管的企业以及处于银行机构密集城市的企业,金融司法审判的影响更加显著;而且,金融司法审判的改善还有助于降低ESG不确定性程度,以及强化ESG对企业价值的提升效应。因此,应当持续加强金融司法审判的专业化和严格化,鼓励企业主动承担ESG责任,从而实现企业和社会的“双赢”局面。

The electronic configuration of central metal atoms in single-atom catalysts(SACs)is pivotal in electrochemical CO_(2)reduction reaction(eCO_(2)RR).Herein,chalcogen heteroatoms(e.g.,S,Se,and Te)were incorporated into the symmetric nickel-nitrogen-carbon(ni-n4-C)configuration to obtain ni-X-n3-C(X:S,Se,and Te)SACs with asymmetric coordination presented for central ni *** these obtained ni-X-n3-C(X:S,Se,and Te)SACs,ni-Se-n3-C exhibited superior eCO_(2)RR activity,with CO selectivity reaching~98%at-0.70 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE).The zn-CO_(2)battery integrated with ni-Se-n3-C as cathode and zn foil as anode achieved a peak power density of 1.82 mW cm-2 and maintained remarkable rechargeable stability over 20 ***-situ spectral investigations and theoretical calculations demonstrated that the chalcogen heteroatoms doped into the ni-n4-C configuration would break coordination symmetry and trigger charge redistribution,and then regulate the intermediate behaviors and thermodynamic reaction pathways for eCO_(2)***,for ni-Se-n3-C,the introduced Se atoms could significantly raise the d-band center of central ni atoms and thus remarkably lower the energy barrier for the rate-determining step of*COOH formation,contributing to the promising eCO_(2)RR performance for high selectivity CO production by competing with hydrogen evolution reaction.

优化人口空间布局、协同推进减污和降碳,是实现中国式现代化的重要内容。本文突破行政单元约束,以超过一定人口密度阈值的网格单元作为空间观测对象,并构建2000—2020年中国19大城市群栅格数据集,精准探讨空间密度变化对减污降碳的影响及作用机制。研究发现,网格单元空间密度对PM2.5与人均碳排放的影响均呈“倒U”型趋势,拐点值分别为3718人/km2和4128人/km2。这主要受四大作用机制影响,即城市用地变迁、生态空间演变、生产方式优化和交通设施变化。进一步分析空间密度的规模效应与结构效应表明,规模效应的主导地位造就了密度与环境的非线性关系,这为相关研究争论提供了新的解释。本文也为如何从空间布局层面推动减污降碳协同增效提供了政策启示。
