Introduction The main physical objective of the GECAM satellite is to detect gamma-ray bursts,which is related to gravitational waves of double compact object *** GECAM satellite also detects and investigates various bursts of high-energy celestial *** and methods In this study,we designed,developed and calibrated the payload and launched it into orbit with GECAM *** payload consists of the gamma ray detector(GRD,for detecting 4 keV–4 MeV X/γray),the charged particle detector(CPD,for detecting 150 keV–5 MeV charged particle),and the electronic box(EBOX).The all-sky field coverage is achieved via two 229-degree large-area satellites positioned 180 degrees apart and are on opposite sides of the *** satellite is equipped with 25 GRDs and 8 CPDs;thus,the satellite can identify charged particle bursts in ***-ray detectors adopt lanthanum bromide crystal technology combined with silicon *** is the first time that this technology was used massively in space *** The GECAM satellite can quickly determine the direction of gamma-ray bursts(positioning)via indexing and fitting method,while the transmit variability,energy spectrum and direction of the gamma-ray bursts guide subsequent observations through the Beidou-3 RDSS in quasi-real *** will play an important role in the study of high energy celestial bursts.

Greatly enhanced corrosion/wear resistances of epoxy coating for Mg alloy through a synergistic effect between functionalized graphene and insulated blocking layer

The poor corrosion and wear resistances of Mg alloys seriously limit their potential applications in various *** conventional epoxy coating easily forms many intrinsic defects during the solidification process,which cannot provide sufficient *** the current study,we design a double-layer epoxy composite coating on Mg alloy with enhanced anti-corrosion/wear properties,via the spin-assisted assembly *** outer layer is functionalized graphene(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and the inner layer is Ce-based conversion(Ce)*** FG sheets can be homogeneously dispersed within the epoxy matrix to fill the intrinsic defects and improve the barrier *** Ce film connects the outer layer with the substrate,showing the transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times lower than that of bare Mg alloy,and the wear rate is decreased by~90%.The improved corrosion resistance is attributed to the labyrinth effect(hindering the penetration of corrosive medium)and the obstruction of galvanic coupling *** synergistic effect derived from the FG sheet and blocking layer exhibits great potential in realizing the improvement of multi-functional integration,which will open up a new avenue for the development of novel composite protection coatings of Mg alloys.

The mechanical response of a single crystal titanium sample against(0001)α surface impact was investigated using molecular dynamics ***,non-uniform plastic deformation was observed in the *** high strain rates,amorphization occurred near the edge of the contact region where severe shear strain induced a large number of stacking faults(SFs)and *** contrast,the central part of the contact region underwent less deformation with significantly fewer ***,instead of amorphization by consuming SFs and dislocations,there was a gradual increase in the density of dislocations and SFs during the process of *** local amorphous regions eventually grew into shear bands.

Introduction The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES)aims to monitor space electromagnetic fields,ionospheric plasma,high-energy charged particles and other features of the global space *** high-energy particle package(hEPP),which can effectively detect the energy spectrum,flux and pitch angle distribution of space electrons and protons,and soft X-ray emission from solar flares,is one of the main payloads of *** and methods In this study,we designed,developed and calibrated the high-energy particle package and launched it into orbit with *** consists of the high-energy detector(hEPP-h),the low-energy detector(hEPP-L),and the solar X-ray monitor(hEPP-X).The three sub-detectors mainly use silicon detector and crystal calorimeter detection *** launching,we calibrated the three sub-detectors in detail by using radiation source and accelerator *** All the three sub-detectors have good energy *** launching into orbit,the space energetic particles and X-ray distribution detected by hEPP are consistent with *** performance indices of the detector reach the advanced level of the same kind of detector in the *** hEPP has a wide energy detection range,good energy resolution and high angular resolution ability for electrons and *** will play an important role in the study of space particle response and space physics of seismic activity.

Drug therapy towards tumours often causes adverse effects because of their non-specific nature. Membrane-coated technology and membrane-coated nanoparticles provide an advanced and promising platform of targeted and safe delivery. By camouflaging the nanoparticles with natural derived or artificially modified cell membranes, the nano-payloads are bestowed with properties from cell membranes such as longer circulation, tumour or inflammation-targeting, immune stimulation, augmenting the performance of traditional therapeutics. In this review, we review the development of membrane coating technology, and summarise the technical details, physicochemical properties, and research status of membrane-coated nanoparticles from different sources in tumour treatment. Finally, we also look forward to the prospects and challenges of transforming membrane coating technology from experiment into clinical use. Taken together, membrane-coated nanoparticles are bound to become one of the most potential anti-tumour strategies in the future. © 2024, Chinese Medical Multimedia Press Co Ltd. Preliminary Application of high-Frequency Ultrasound in the Differentiation of Pemphigus and Bullous Pemphigoid: An Observational Study

Objective: Ultrasonography is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualize subcutaneous body structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study, we aimed to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. Methods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Department of Dermatology, zhongda hospital from 2020 to 2021 and divided into a pemphigus group (n = 8) and a bullous pemphigoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic images were collected using a 50-Mhz high-frequency ultrasound system. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the layer (epidermis or dermis), size, shape, internal echo, and boundary of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were compared using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonographic images in the pemphigus group showed an intraepidermal semi-arc or irregular anechoic or hypoechoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hyperechoic bands of the epidermis. A linear hypoechoic band was present at the dermoepidermal junction in some cases. In the ultrasonographic images of the bullous pemphigoid group, the linear hyperechoic bands of the epidermis were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepidermal blister) was present immediately below the bands. The location of the blisters in the ultrasonographic images was significantly different between the 2 groups (P high-frequency ultrasound can be used as an auxiliary means to differentiate the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. © 2022 hospital for Skin Diseases (Institute of Dermatology), Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Chinese Medical Association, published by Wolters Kluwer, Inc.

A class of distributed fixed-time convergent observers is designed based on the bi-limit weighted homogeneous approximation theory and observability decomposition for the distributed state estimation of linear time-invariant systems. Firstly, for a single-input-single-output integrating chain system, a centralized fixed-time observer is designed for the system using bi-limit weighted homogeneous estimation. Then, the linear time-invariant system is decomposed into observable and unobservable subsystems based on the observability decomposition. Each agent in the sensor network reconstructs local observable sub-states in a fixed time based on the centralized observer by using only the system output measurements, and then state information between the agents is used to construct a consistent algorithm to estimate the local unobservable sub-states in a fixed time, thus realizing state omniscience in a fixed time. Unlike previous works, this paper does not need to construct a specific Lyapunov function to give an expression for the convergence time. Finally, the effectiveness of the designed observer is verified by simulations. © 2024 Northeast University. All rights reserved.
