cellular mobile technology has witnessed tremendous growth in recent *** of the challenges facing the operators to extend the coverage of the networks to meet the rising demand for cellular mobile services is the power sources used to supply cellular towers with energy,especially in ***,switch from the conventional sources of energy to a greener and sustainable power model became a target of the academic and industrial sectors in many fields;one of these important fields is the telecommunication ***,this study aims to find the optimum sizing and technoeconomic investigation of a solar photovoltaic scheme to deploy cellular mobile technology infrastructure cleanly and *** optimal solarpowered system is designed by employing the energy-balance procedures of the HOMER software *** problem objective is considered in terms of cost,but the energy system is constrained to meet the power demand *** simulations were performed to determine the optimum sizing,performance and monetary cost of the power system,using long-term meteorological datasets for a case study site with defined longitude(31◦25E)and latitude(30◦06N).From the observed results,the total net present cost(NPc)of the proposed system is$28,***,these outcomes can provide profound economic,technical,and ecological benefits to cellular *** also ensures a sizeable reduction in greenhouse gas that supports sustainable green wireless network(WN)deployment in remote areas.

In contrast to the earlier experiments conducted in other machines, here, in SST-1 the error field measurement experiment is performed with a filled gas pressure ~8×10^-4 mbar which helped to create a luminescent toroidal beam of electron path originated due to impact excitation and guided by the toroidal magnetic field. Beam path deviations are observed and recorded from radial and top ports using visible range cameras. Such creation and detection of the electron beam path differs from the earlier works where the gun emitted electron beam deviation in ultrahigh vacuum was detected on a collector-grid/fluorescent screen. In the present experiment, large beam deviations were observed. Later investigation of the experimental set-up reveals existence of a possible source of radial electric field in between the source and the vacuum vessel which are separately grounded. Thus, to understand the observed phenomena, experiments are numerically modeled with deviated TF coil set, PF coil set and the electron source location. A particle tracing code is used to follow the electron path in the magnetic field generated by the coil set of interest. Simulation results suggest that the large deviation corresponds to the E×B drifts and not due to the large field errors. Toroidally averaged field errors of the SST-1 TF coils at toroidal field of B0?=?15 kg are negligibly small ~B0?×?10^-6 or less, which should not adversely affect the plasma performance.

The seed coat is important for embryo protection, seed hydration, and dispersal. Seed coat composition is also of interest to the agricultural sector, since it impacts the nutritional value for humans and livestock alike. Although some seed coat genes have been identified, the developmental pathways controlling seed coat development are not completely elucidated, and a global genetic program associated with seed coat development has not been reported. This study uses a combination of genetic and genomic approaches in Arabidopsis thaliana to begin to address these knowledge gaps. Seed coat development is a complex process whereby the integuments of the ovule differentiate into specialized cell types. In Arabidopsis, the outermost layer of cells secretes mucilage into the apoplast and develops a secondary cell wall known as a columella. The layer beneath the epidermis, the palisade, synthesizes a secondary cell wall on its inner tangential side. The innermost layer （the pigmented layer or endothelium） produces proanthocyanidins that condense into tannins and oxidize, giving a brown color to mature seeds. genetic separation of these cell layers was achieved using the ap2-7 and tt16-1 mutants, where the epidermis/palisade and the endothelium do not develop respectively. This genetic ablation was exploited to examine the developmental programs of these cell types by isolating and collecting seed coats at key tran- sitions during development and performing global gene expression analysis. The data indicate that the developmental programs of the epidermis and the pigmented layer proceed relatively independently. global expression datasets that can be used for identification of new gene candidates for seed coat development were generated. These dataset provide a comprehensive expression profile for developing seed coats in Arabidopsis, and should provide a useful resource and reference for other seed systems.

The crystal structure of spiro[2.2”]acenaphthene-1”-onespiro[3.3’]-5’-(2,3-dichlorophenylmethylidene)-1’-methylpipe-ridin-4’-one-4-(2,3-dichorophenyl) octahydroindolizine was elucidated by single crystal X ray diffraction. The title compound c37H30cl4N2O2, crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 8.4610(4) , b = 16.0926(6) , c= 23.8997(11) and z = 4. The central piperidine ring adopts twisted conformation, the piperidine of octahydroindolizine ring is in chair conformation and the pyrrole ring is in slightly twisted envelope conformation. Details of the synthesis, NMR, crystal structure determination and intra- and inter- molecular interactions of the compound are given.

In work reported here, the dynamic properties and low-velocity impact response of woven carbon/epoxy laminates incorporating a novel 3D interlaminar reinforcement concept with dense layers of Z-axis oriented milled carbon fiber Supercompositeup>TMup> prepregs, are presented. Impulse-frequency response vibration technique is used for non-destructive evaluation of the dynamic flexural modulus (stiffness) and loss factor (intrinsic damping) of woven carbon/epoxy control and Supercompositeup>TMup> laminates. Low-velocity punch-shear tests were performed on control and Supercompositeup>TMup> laminates according to ASTM D3763 Standard using a drop-weight impact test system. Control panels had all layers of 3K plain woven carbon/epoxy prepregs, with a dense interlaminar reinforcement of milled carbon fibers in Z- direction used in designing the Supercompositeup>TMup> laminate—both having same areal density. Impulse-frequency response vibration experiments show that with a 50% replacement of woven carbon fabric in control panel with milled carbon fibers in Z direction dynamic flexural modulus reduced 25% - 30% (loss in stiffness) and damping increased by about the same 25% -

Background: Dermatological manifestations are seen at every stage of HIV/AIDS (human immunodeficiency virus), and are often the presenting features. These manifestations not only act as markers but also reflect the underlying immune status. Objective: To establish skin diseases as clinical indicators of underlying immune status in HIV disease by estimating and correlating with the cD4, cD4: cD8 ratio. Materials and methods: The cD4, cD8, cD4 : cD8 ratios were estimated using the fluorescence activated cell sorter (FAcS) count system in 20 asymptomatic HIV patients, 80 HIV patients with various skin manifestations and 72 healthy volunteers as the control group. Results: In comparison with the cD4 cell count of the control group (mean 885/mm3, standard deviation 331), that of the HIV-positive individuals (mean 409.83/mm3, standard deviation 263.07) was statistically correlated with low counts (z = 10.099 and P cal significance with the cD4: cD8 ratio among these two groups. In comparison with the cD4 cell count of the asymptomatic HIV-positive individuals (mean 620.65/mm3 and standard deviation 262.065), the cD4 cell count of the HIV-positive patients with various dermatological manifestations (mean 357.15/mm3, standard deviation 236.95) was statistically correlated with low counts (z = 4.0978 and P cal significance with the cD4: cD8 ratio among these two groups. conclusions: There was an inverse relation between the cD4 counts and the incidence and severity of skin diseases in the HIV/AIDS patients. cutaneous manifestations of HIV can be considered as good clinical indicators to predict and access the underlying immune status in resource-poor countries.
