＜正＞ Bi-2223 high temperature superconducting （HTS） tapes have partly.been made into superconducting power cables and magnets in practice nowaday.. They.will endure stress and strain in the process of coiling and use. Therefore, it is necessary.for Bi-sy.tem 2223 tapes to have a certain mechanical strength. On the other hand, stress and strain will cause the changes of internal microstructure of the tapes, and they.will certainly.influence the superconducting *** order to investigate the influence for superconductor, experiments for damage evolution of internal microstructure of Bi-2223/Ag sheathed tapes at both 77K and room temperature were done at X-ray.tomography.station at Beijing Sy.chrotron Radiation Facility.（BSRF）. Technique of X-ray.transmission imaging was used in this experiment. The X-ray.wavelength range of the beamline is 0.3-3.7 A. The photon flux at λ=1.34 A is 6×1010 photons s-1 mA-1 mrad-2 0.1% BW-1, and the beam siz. at the exit point （near Be-Window） is about 14mm×4mm. For a distance of 50 mm from specimen to recording film, the horiz.ntal and vertical spatial resolution are expected to be better than 3 and 1 μm, ***-2223 HTS tape was made up of Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox （X=-10） core and Ag outer sheath. The volume proportion of core and outer sheath was about 1:2.5. The siz. of tapes used in this experiment was 30mm×3.3mm×0.28mm. A special tensile stage was developed to study.the internal microstructure damage evolution process, which could be controlled by.computer exactly. The projection images of tapes under tensile loading were recorded by.X-ray.film in every.increasing 0.1kg. With increasing of load, the start-up and growth of microcracks at BSCCO core could be observed. Depending on the experimental results, it showed that: （1） there was no essential distinguish for damage fashion of internal structure both at 77K and room temperature. To investigate the nature of the Ψ（3770） resonance and to measure the cross section for e^＋e^-→DD, a cross-section scan data sample, distributed among 41 center-of-mass energy.points from 3.73 to 3.89 GeV, was taken with the BESIII detector operated at the BEPCII collider in the y.ar 2010. By.analy.0}ng the large angle Bhabha scattering events, we measure the integrated luminosity.of the data sample at each center-of-mass energy.point. The total integrated luminosity.of the data sample is 76.16±0.04±0.61 pb^-1, where the first uncertainty.is statistical and the second sy.tematic.

Based on the Newtonian heat transfer formulation and classical heterogeneous nucleation theory. a mathematical model has been established to predict the profile of flight velocity. heat transfer coefficient, temperature, solid fraction and cooling rate of atomiz.ng droplets for a superalloy. The results indicated that above parameters change with different droplet siz. and flight distance. The changing trend as well as the mechanism for the change are described and discussed.

Objective: Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive dermatosis caused by.genetic defects of DNA repair. This study.was performed to detect and analy.0} the genes of 2 Uy.ur patients with XP and their families and assess the patients' phenoty.es, which may.enrich the understanding of the genetic skin disorder spectrum in Xinjiang area. Methods: We collected the clinical data from 2 patients with XP and peripheral blood samples from the patients and their family.members. The patients' DNA was sequenced and detected by.Sanger sequencing, and gene mutations were screened. Results: The proband in family.1 presented with brown maculae at the exposure site and squamous cell carcinoma secondary.to a facial rash. The proband had a homoz.gous nucleotide variation of XPC c.2251-2A> G (A change from A to G in the penultimate position of the intron before the 2251 position in the coding region), which was a shear mutation. In this family. both parents were heteroz.gous, and no similar mutation detected in the sister. In family.2, the proband had scattered black brown spots and papules on the trunk and limbs. and his y.unger sister was also a patient. The proband and his y.unger sister had homonucleotide variation of XPA c.631C> T, which was nonsense mutation, resulting in the codon for Arg No.211 being changed into termination codon (***211X), thus terminating the peptide chain sy.thesis prematurely. All the normal individuals in the two families were heteroz.gotes, and homoz.gous mutations occurred in all the patients, which was consistent with the autosomal recessive inheritance. Conclusion: XP is rare in Uy.ur population. This study.expanded the mutation spectrum of XP and provided a basis for early.diagnosis, treatment, prognostic prediction, and prenatal genetic consultation. © 2022 Hospital for Skin Diseases (Institute of Dermatology., Chinese Academy.of Medical Sciences, and Chinese Medical Association, published by.Wolters Kluwer, Inc.

In this paper we present a novel sensor planning method for achieving efficient measurement and reconstruction of freeform object surfaces. Using the modified Bay.sian Information Criterion (BIC), we first design a model selection strategy.to obtain an optimal model structure for the freeform surface. Based on the selected model structure, we then determine a set of data points to be measured. B-splines are adopted for modeling the free form surface. In order to obtain more reliable parameter estimation for the B-spline model, we analy.0} the uncertainty.of the model and use the statistical analy.is of the Fisher information matrix to optimiz. the locations of the data points needed in the measurements. Using a cloud of data points of a surface acquired by.a 3D vision sy.tem, we implemented the proposed method for reconstructing freeform surfaces.

z.O films were grown by.plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy.（P-MBE） with different z./O ratio, which was controlled by.the oxy.en flow rate. X-ray.diffraction （XRD） patterns illustrated that the films were grown with c-axis orientation. The quality.of the films was highly.related to the z./O ratio. Photoluminescence （PL） spectrum showed different properties with respect to the z./O ratio, and it was also demonstrated that in the z.-rich film the peak intensity.was higher showing better cry.tal quality. Field emission scanning electronic microscope （SEM） revealed a morphology.transition from nanowall network to nanoparticles. The important role of z./O ratio in z.O growth was discussed.
