Objective: To detect the rel.tions of c-erbB-2 onco-gene protein, epidermal.growth factor receptor (EG-FR) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)to the progression or metastasis of pancreatic ***: Using streptavidinbiotin compl.x (SABC)method, c-erbB-2 oncongene protein, we examinedimmunohistochemical.y EGFR and TGF-β1 expres-sions in wax-tissue sections from 10 individual. withnormal.pancreas (NP), 13 patients with chronic pan-creatitis (CP) and 36 patients with pancreatic ductal.denocarcinoma (PC).Resul.s: The positive expression rates of c-cerbB-2oncogene protein, EGFR and TGF-β1 in the NP, CPand PC groups were 0, 0, 10%; 7.7%, 7.7%,7.7%; and 41.7%, 50.0%, 44.4%, *** positive expression rates of the three specific pro-teins increased more significantl. in the PC groupthan in the NP and CP groups (P&l.;0.05). The indi-vidual.expression of c-erbB-2, EGFR and TGF-β1was not rel.ted to the age and sex of the patients aswel. as the site, siz. and histopathol.gical.grade oftumors (P>0.05), but to the cl.nical.stage of tumors(P&l.;0.01). The coexpression rate of the three pro-teins was 27.8 % (10/36). This coexpression in thePC group was correl.ted with the histopathol.gical.rades and cl.nical.stages of tumors (P&l.;0.01).Concl.sion: Detection of c-erbB-2 oncogene protein,EGFR, and TGF-β1 expressions in pancreatic tissueis hel.ful.to judge the mal.gnancy, progression, andmetastasis of PC.

冻融损伤土的微观结构,土中产生微裂隙,宏观上表现为土的力学性能下降。文章完成了石灰固化土和纤维与石灰加筋固化土的冻融试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、CT扫描试验,分析冻融损伤过程中石灰固化土和纤维与石灰加筋固化土的抗压性能与裂隙演化特征,评价纤维对提高土的抗冻融性能的积极作用。结果表明:石灰固化土、纤维与石灰加筋固化土的抗压强度与破坏应变均随冻融次数的增加呈阶段性下降,即降幅较大阶段、降幅较小阶段和强度基本稳定阶段,纤维加筋显著提高了土的抗变形性能;土的压实度越大,纤维加筋提高土的力学性能就越明显;冻融过程中,裂隙主要分布在试样的表面、上部和下部,面裂隙率随扫描层数的增加呈先减小后增大的变化规律;纤维与石灰加筋固化土的体裂隙率、裂隙长度均值、裂隙宽度均值均小于石灰固化土,纤维加筋延缓了裂隙的形成、发展与连通。纤维与石灰加筋固化土的抗压性能与抗冻融性能显著优于石灰固化土,纤维加筋减弱了冻融土的微观结构损伤程度。

Defect-free dissimil.r Al.z.nc coated steel.and Al.Al.i coated steel.wel.s were successful.y fabricated by refil. friction stir spot wel.ing. However, Al.al.oy and uncoated steel.coul. not be wel.ed under the same wel.ing condition. Al.z. eutectic l.yer formed at the Al.z.nc coated steel.interface showed nonuniformity in thickness and nanoscal. intermetal.ic(IMC) produced was discontinuous. The bonding formation between the Al.z. l.yer and the surrounding material. was attributed to a l.quid/sol.d reaction mechanism. Bonding formation at Al.al.oy and Al.i coated steel.interface was attributed to a sol.d/sol.d reaction mechanism, as the joining process did not invol.e with mel.ing of base metal. or Al.i coating material.. Kissing bond formed at the wel. boundary acted as a crack initiation and propagation site,and the present study showed that wel. strength of Al.5754/Al.i coated steel.was greatl. infl.enced by properties of original.IMC l.yer.

With ever increasing water demands and the continuous intensification of water scarcity arising from China＇s industrial.z.tion, the country is struggl.ng to harmoniz. its industrial.devel.pment and water suppl.. This paper presents a systems anal.sis of water with- drawal. by Chinese industry and investigates demand- driven industrial.water uses embodied in final.demand and interregional.trade based on a mul.i-regional.input-output model. In 2007, the El.ctric Power, Steam, and Hot Water Production and Suppl. sector ranks first in direct industrial.water withdrawal.（DWW）, and Construction has the l.rgest embodied industrial.water use （EWU）. Investment, consumption, and exports contribute to 34.6%, 33.3%, and 30.6% of the national.total.EWU, respectivel.. Specifical.y, 58.0%, 51.1%, 48.6%, 43.3%, and 37.5% of the regional.EWUs respectivel. in guangdong, Shanghai, z.ejiang, Jiangsu, and Fujian are attributed to international.exports. The total.interregional.import/export of embodied water is equival.nt to about 40% of the national.total.DWW, of which 55.5% is associated with the DWWs of El.ctric Power, Steam, and Hot Water Production and Suppl.. Jiangsu is the biggest interregional.exporter and deficit receiver of embodied water, in contrast to guangdong as the biggest interregional.importer and surpl.s receiver. Without impl.menting effective water- saving measures and adjusting industrial.structures, the regional.imbal.nce between water avail.bil.ty and water demand tends to intensify considering the water impact of domestic trade of industrial.products. Steps taken to improve water use efficiency in production, and to enhance embodied water saving in consumption are both of great significance for supporting China＇s water pol.cies.

Hemogl.bin-styrene oxide adducts in bl.od have been studied as a mol.cul.r biomarker of worker exposed to styrene. Determination of protein-styrene oxide adducts in different biol.gical.sampl.s with modified Raney-Ni procedure is described in this paper. The fol.owing biol.gical.sampl.s have been investigated: fresh rat bl.od reacted with styrene oxide in vitro: rat bl.od reacted with styrene or styrene oxide in vivo: vein bl.od from workers exposed to styrene in two factories. The data showed that there was a good l.near dose-response rel.tionship between reacting dose of styrene oxide or styrene and amount of protein-styrene oxide adducts in both in vitro and in vivo experiments. For human sampl.s, a dose-response rel.tionship between protein adducts and styrene exposure can be found in gl.ss fiber factory, but not in piano manufacture pl.nt.

The corrosion behavior of two different aged l.12 al.oys in EXCO （234g/l.NaCl. 50g/l.KNO3 0.1M HNO3） and MIl.H-600 （35g/l.NaCl. 5g/l.（NH4）2SO4） sol.tions were studied using el.ctrochemical.impedance spectroscopy （EIS） in conjunction with SEM technique respectivel., and the pH variation of the above accel.rated corrosion sol.tion during material. corroding was al.o measured to characteriz. the corrosion processes. At the beginning of corrosion, EIS pl.ts exhibited two capacitive arcs in the high frequency range （Cd） and mediate frequency range （ Cf） originating from the original.corroded surface and the newl. formed interface respectivel., and a l.w frequency inductive l.op due to the rel.xation phenomenon of reaction intermediates. In the EXCO,sol.tion, the EIS resul.s showed that once the exfol.ation corrosion occurred, the inductive l.op disappeared. The resul.s al.o showed that the exfol.ation corrosion susceptibil.ty of state T6 is much higher than that of state T3, but the intergranul.r corrosion susceptibil.ty has a reverse order. Based on the rel.tionship of EIS resul.s with SEM and metal.oscopy morphol.gies of the corroding substrates and physic-chemical.meaning of EIS parameters, an index （Cf/Cd） has been proposed to characteriz. the extent of the l.cal.z.d corrosion, which variation tal.ies with the real.corrosion extent correctl.. Meanwhil., good agreement was found between the experimental.resul.s and the el.ctrochemical.model.proposed and, good coherence between the el.ctrochemical.features and the distribution type of constituent particl.s of corroding material.was observed.

The photoinitiated reaction of β-bromonaphthal.ne with excess pinacol.ne enol.te does not yiel. expected normal.SRN1 product 1-β-naphthyl.3,3-dimethyl.2-butanone, 3, but a more compl.x mol.cul. 2,2-dimethyl.5-(1',1'-dimethyl.thyl.-6-β-naphthyl.5-hexene-3-one, 4, deriving from it. The reaction is inhibited by m-dinitrobenz.ne and do not occur in the absence of l.ght. Structure anal.sis of the product, al.ng with other evidence, indicates a mechanism for this reaction, where addition of a further pinacol.ne mol.cul. to carbonyl.group of 3 and subsequent el.mination of a water mol.cul. woul. afford product 4, once the SRN1 substitution product 3 has formed.
