Cold roll forming is a complicated metal processing, and its is very difficult to simulate the forming process. Based on the Updated-Lagrange method in the deformation mechanics, an elastic-plastic large deformation spline finite strip method is developed to analyz. cold roll forming of a thin channel section. The longitudinal membrane strain values on the edge of the deformed strip for four one-pass sequences in different fold angles are got. Simulated results are compared w.th the results from previously conducted experiments. The deviation of the simulated peak strain values is w.thin 30% compared w.th the experimental results.

In this study,interconnected porous Mg-2z.-xY alloys w.th different phase compositions w.re prepared by various Y additions(x=0.4,3,and 6 w..%)to adjust the compressive properties and energy absorption *** characteriz.tion methods w.re then applied to identify the microstructure of the porous Mg-z.-Y and describe the details of the second *** tests w.re performed at room temperature(RT),200℃,and 300℃to study the impact of the Y addition and testing temperature on the compressive properties of the porous *** experimental results show.d that a high Y content promotes a microstructure refinement and increases the volume fraction of the second *** the Y content increases,different Mg-z.-Y ternary phases appear:I-phase(Mg_(3)z._(6)Y),w.phase(Mg_(3)z._(3)Y_(2)),and LPSO phase(Mg_(12)z.Y).w.en the Y content ranges betw.en 0.4%and 6%,the compressive strength increases from 6.30MPa to 9.23 MPa,and the energy absorption capacity increases from 7.33 MJ/m^(3)to 10.97 MJ/m^(3)at RT,w.ich is mainly attributed to the phase composition and volume fraction of the second ***,the average energy absorption efficiency is independent of the Y *** addition,the compressive deformation behaviors of the porous Mg-z.-Y are altered by the testing *** compressive strength and energy absorption capacity of the porous Mg-z.-Y decrease due to the softening effect of the high temperature on the *** deformation behaviors at different temperatures are finally observed to reflect the failure mechanisms of the struts.

The triggering mechanism for radio lobes from late-type galaxies is not fully *** samples are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utiliz.ng the optical data from the new.y released Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument imaging surveys and the radio sources from the NRAO VLA Sky Survey and the Faint Images of the Radio Sky at Tw.nty-centimeter,w. identify four Late-type Galaxies w.th double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previously know. La GRLs,w. confirm the correlation betw.en radio pow.r P_(1.4GHz.and stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,w.ile the new.y identified cases in this w.rk are located w.thin the region of the red *** find a clear correlation betw.en the differential radio pow.r,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz.-M_(*)relation,and the galaxy color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more pow.rful radio ***,the majority(31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy group or displaying a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy mass,color and surrounding environment could play important roles in triggering radio lobes in late-type galaxies.

ADAM8 has been identified as the fibronectin-cleaving enz.me in human degenerative intervertebral disc(IVD)tissues.^(1)Increase of the active form of ADAM8 and its cleavage product,fibronectin fragment,correlated w.th an increased degree of IVD degeneration.1 Furthermore,fibronectin fragments have been show. to accelerate the progression of IVD degeneration.^(2)These findings suggest that ADAM8 may play a role in degenerative disc disease,a clinical problem w.th tremendous socioeconomic burdens in the United States.

Sulfidated nano z.ro-valent iron particles w.re immobiliz.d on z.M-5 z.olite(z.S-nz.)and used for hexavalent chromium(Cr(Ⅵ))*** performance of z.S-nz.improved w.th the increase in Cr(Ⅵ)concentration(w.ile the performance significantly decreased for a Cr(Ⅵ)concentration of more than 60 mg/*** adsorption behavior for Cr(Ⅵ)w.s different from that reported in previous *** improved performance can be tailored for increasing efficiency of nano z.ro-valent iron(nz.)corrosion,w.ile the degree of corrosion of nz.w.s affected by the concentration of the pollutant as discussed by kinetics,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS)*** experiments for the dissolution of ferrous ions and the dosage of adsorbent demonstrated that the critical layer in the liquid-solid system changed w.th the increase in the concentration of Cr(Ⅵ)(Cr(Ⅵ):z.S-nz.>0.6).Moreover,the removal mechanisms of Cr(Ⅵ)w.re elucidated through XRD,transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and XPS *** results demonstrate that the species of chromium in the critical layer changed from Cr(Ⅲ)to Cr(Ⅵ)as the concentration of chromium increased from low.to ***,the critical layer w.s composed of Cr(Ⅵ),Fe(Ⅱ),O and H ***,the experiments of coexisting ions and aging time confirmed that z.S-nz.possessed high selectivity and stability to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness in practical applications.

In this research, an arbitrarily oriented electric dipole at subsurface is used to simulate Seismogenic Electromagnetic(SEM) radiation emanating from a seismic z.ne during its gestation phase. Analytical synthesis of responses at the Lijiang magnetotelluric(MT) station has revealed that SEM radiation could induce identifiable anomalies in the electromagnetic(EM)spectrum, apparent resistivity and phase w.thin specific frequency bands. Background variations w.re extracted from long-term observation data of Dali and Lijiang MT stations, enabling the identification of SEM anomalies related to the Yunlong and Yangbi earthquakes. Multiple parameters of dipole sources at subsurface w.re obtained by applying the Differential Ant Colony Optimiz.tion(DACO) algorithm to anomalous data of tw. stations w.th multi-frequencies and various response functions. The spatial distribution of these predicted dipoles is predominantly clustered in or around the seismogenic area, w.th their az.muthal orientation aligning tow.rds the seismogenic fault in general. This study has demonstrated the potential of using subsurface electric dipole simulations for SEM radiation analysis, offering a feasible approach for the prediction and understanding of seismogenic z.nes.

For solving minimiz.tion problems w.ose objective function is the sum of tw. functions w.thout coupled variables and the constrained function is linear, the alternating direction method of multipliers （ADMM） has exhibited its efficiency and its convergence is w.ll understood. w.en either the involved number of separable functions is more than tw., or there is a nonconvex function~ ADMM or its direct extended version may not converge. In this paper, w. consider the multi-block *** optimiz.tion problems w.th linear constraints and absence of convexity of the involved component functions. Under the assumption that the associated function satisfies the Kurdyka- Lojasiew.cz.inequality, w. prove that any cluster point of the iterative sequence generated by ADMM is a critical point, under the mild condition that the penalty parameter is sufficiently large. w. also present some sufficient conditions guaranteeing the sublinear and linear rate of convergence of the algorithm.
