Gummel. model.observed in oth.r quasicrystal..A sh.l. composed of compl.x l.ves Mg-z. domains was formed surrounding each.decagonal.quasicrystal.precipitate upon prol.nged *** addition,al. kinds of nanoprecipitates exh.bit excel.ent structure and siz. stabil.ty at 573 *** findings may h.ve impl.cations for not onl. fundamental.studies about quasicrystal.,but al.o microstructural.manipul.tion of h.gh.performance Mg al.oys.

In th.s study,a two-step meth.d was used to synth.siz. h.gh.1} l.minescent AgGaS/z.S/z.S quantum dots(QDs).In th. first step,an inner z.S sh.l. was formed via a one-pot meth.d,wh.ch.resul.ed in a smal.er l.ttice mismatch.between th. AgGaS core and th. outer z.S sh.l.,th.reby facil.tating th. formation of a th.ck outer *** th. two-step sh.l.ing process,th. synth.siz.d AgGaS/z.S/z.S QDs sh.wed an excel.ent ph.tol.minescence quantum yiel.(Pl.Y)of 96.4%with.a peak wavel.ngth.of 508 nm,repre-senting th. h.gh.st Pl.Y reported th.s far for AgGaS ***,th. effect of h.l.gen ions in z. precursors on th. sh.l.ing process was *** was proposed th.t th. capacity of h.l.gen ions to coordinate with.th. QDs infl.enced th. bal.nce between z. cation diffusion and z.S sh.l.ing ***,th. z.S sh.l.ing reaction was dominant wh.n z.Cl.(2)was empl.yed,wh.l. z. cation diffusion was th. dominant process under th. I^(−)-rich.*** work provides insigh.s into th. interfacial.restructuring during th. z.S sh.l.ing and offers a cl.ar map for th. tail.red synth.sis of core/sh.l. QDs.

Th. material.is assumed to be el.sto-pl.stic and it obey th. Von Mises yiel. criterion and Prandtl. Reuss rul.. Deformation of th. workpiece is simul.ted in a step-by-step manner,updating th. coordinates of material.points and th. property after each.step, so th.t both.nonsteady-state and stendy-state deformation can be simul.ted. Th. h.at transfter between th. workpiece, th. rol.s, and enviroment and th. h.at generation due to pl.stic work and friction force, are considered in th. anal.s- *** th. deformation sh.pe of th. workpiece, distributions of strains, stresses, strain rates and temperatures, rol.-separating force and rol. torque are presented.

X80 pipel.ne steel.pl.tes were friction stir wel.ed(FSW)under air,water,l.quid CO2+water,and l.quid CO2 cool.ng conditions,producing defect-free *** microstructural.evol.tion and mech.nical.properties of th.se FSW joints were *** granul.r bainite was observed in th. nugget z.ne(Nz.under air cool.ng,and l.th.bainite and l.th.martensite increased signifi cantl. as th. cool.ng medium temperature *** particul.r,under th. l.quid CO2 cool.ng condition,a dual.ph.se structure of l.th.martensite and fi ne ferrite appeared in th. *** to th. case under air cool.ng,a strong sh.ar texture was identifi ed in th. Nz. under oth.r rapid cool.ng conditions,because th. partial.deformation at el.vated temperature was retained th.ough.h.gh.r cool.ng *** l.quid CO2 cool.ng,th. h.gh.st transverse tensil. strength.and el.ngation of th. joint reach.d 92%and 82%of th.se of th. basal.metal.BM),respectivel.,due to th. weak tempering softening.A maximum impact energy of up to 93%of th.t of th. BM was obtained in th. Nz.under l.quid CO2 cool.ng,wh.ch.was attributed to th. operation of th. dual.ph.se of l.th.martensite and fi ne ferrite.

Detonation initiation resul.ing from th. Rich.myer-Mesh.ov instabil.ty is investigated numerical.y in th. configuration of th. sh.ck/spark-induced-defl.gration interaction in a combustive gas mixture. Two-dimensional.mul.i-species Navier-Stokes equations impl.mented with.th. detail.d ch.mical.reaction model.are sol.ed with.th. dispersion-control.ed dissipative sch.me. Numerical.resul.s sh.w th.t th. spark can create a bl.st wave and ignite defl.grations. Th.n, th. defl.gration waves are enh.nced due to th. Rich.myer-Mesh.ov instabil.ty, wh.ch.provides detonation initiations with.l.cal.environment conditions. By examining th. defl.gration fronts, two kinds of th. initiation mech.nisms are identified. One is referred to as th. defl.gration front accel.ration with.th. h.l. of th. weak sh.ck wave, occurring on th. convex surfaces, and th. oth.r is th. h.t spot expl.sion deriving from th. defl.gration front focusing, occurring on th. concave surfaces.

In th.s study, th. effects of main wel.ing parameters （rotation speed （ω） and wel.ing speed （υ）） on th. microstructure, micro-h.rdness distribution and tensil. properties of friction stir wel.ed （FSW） 2195-T8 Al.l. al.oy were investigated. Th. effects of T6 post-treatments at different sol.tion and aging conditions on th. mech.nical.properties and microstructure ch.racteristics of th. FSW joints were al.o investigated. Th. resul.s sh.w th.t with.increasing to and v, both.strength.and el.ngation of th. joints increase first, and th.n decrease with.furth.r increase of ω and υ. Al. th. joints under varied wel.ing parameters sh.w significant strength.l.ss, and th. strength.reach.s onl. 65% of th. base metal. Th. effect of T6 post-h.at treatment on th. mech.nical.properties of th. joints depends on th. sol.tion and aging conditions. Two h.at treatment processes （480 ℃×0.5 h.quench.ng＋ 180 ℃× 12 h. 520 ℃× 0.5 h.quench.ng＋ 180 ℃×12h.aging） are found to increase th. joint strength. Furth.rmore, l.w temperature quench.ng （480℃） is more beneficial.to th. joint strength. Th. joint strength.can reach.85% of th. base metal. Wh.reas both.l.w temperature aging （140 ℃× 56h. and stepped aging （ 100 ℃× 12 h.＋ 180 ℃× 3 h. processes decrease th. joint strength. After h.at treatment al. th. joints sh.w decreased ductil.ty due to th. obvious grain coarsening in th. nugget z.ne （Nz. and th.rmo-mech.nical.y affected z.ne （TMAz..

Th. model.empl.yed considers th. infl.ences of dynamic recovery, nucl.ation rate, strain rate and disl.cation density on DRX, and practical.deformation parameters, such.as temperature, strain and strain rate on DRX h.ve been considered in th. simul.tion. Th. simul.ted DRX grain siz. and DRX grain sh.pe agree wel. with.th. experimental.resul.s, wh.ch.sh.ws th. avail.bil.ty and l.a- sibil.ty of th. cel.ul.r automaton meth.d for th. simul.tion of DRX. Th. resul. of kinetics anal.sis of DRX reveal. th.t th. Avrami exponent is variabl. ranging from 2.4 to 2.9, wh.ch.increases with.th. increase of strain rate.
