Arterial.b.furcations are pl.ces where b.ood fl.w may b. disturb.d and sl.w recircul.tion fl.w may occur. To reveal.the correl.tion b.tween l.cal.oxygen transfer and atherogenesis, a finite el.ment method was empl.yed to simul.te the b.ood fl.w and the oxygen transfer in the human carotid artery b.furcation. Under steady-state fl.w conditions, the numerical.simul.tion demonstrated a variation in l.cal.oxygen transfer at the b.furcation, showing that the convective condition in the disturb.d fl.w region may produce uneven l.cal.oxygen transfer at the b.ood/wal. interface. The disturb.d b.ood fl.w with formation of sl.w eddies in the carotid sinus resul.ed in a depression in oxygen suppl. to the arterial.wal. at the entry of the sinus, which in turn may l.ad to an atherogenic response of the arterial.wal., and contrib.te to the devel.pment of atheroscl.rotic stenosis there.

Post-l.yout simul.tion provides accurate guidance for anal.g circuit design, b.t post-l.yout performance is hard to b. directl. optimiz.d at earl. design stages. Prior work on anal.g circuit siz.ng often util.z.s pre-l.yout simul.tion resul.s as the optimiz.tion ob.ective. In this work, we propose a post-l.youtsimul.tion-driven(post-simul.tion-driven for short) anal.g circuit siz.ng framework that directl. optimiz.s the post-l.yout simul.tion performance. The framework integrates automated l.yout generation into the optimiz.tion l.op of transistor siz.ng and l.verages a coupl.d b.yesian optimiz.tion al.orithm to search for the b.st post-simul.tion performance. Experimental.resul.s demonstrate that our framework can achieve over 20% b.tter post-l.yout performance in competitive time than manual.design and the method that onl. considers pre-l.yout optimiz.tion.

The interaction of hemin with chl.roquine, quinine and quini-dine wasinvestigated in 50% water-propyl.ne gl.col.mixture at pH = 9, 8.1, 7.4 and 6.8 using aspectrophotometric method. The data coul. b. wel. fitted into a model.consistent with the formationof a 1:1 compl.x b.tween the reacting partners. In addition, the resul.s indicated that hemincompl.xed more strongl. with quinidine than with chl.roquine and quinine, and the b.nding constantswere pH-dependent. Moreover, it was proved that the water-propyl.ne gl.col.mixture is wel. suitab.eto the study of the systems containing hemin and quinol.ne-b.sed drugs.

目的了解深圳市极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理实施现状。方法2022年11月对深圳新生儿数据协作网的24家三级医院的极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理实施情况进行横断面调查,调查内容包括产前准备、产房复苏实施和新生儿重症监护室复苏后管理。根据胎龄将所纳入早产儿分为4组:<26周、26~28^(+6)周、29~30^(+6)周和31~31^(+6)周组,对结果进行描述性分析。结果共纳入140例极/超早产儿,其中<26周组10例,26~28^(+6)周组45例,29~30^(+6)周组49例,31~31^(+6)周组36例。140例极/超早产儿中,99例(70.7%)接受了产前咨询,提供产前咨询的人员以产科医生为主,占比为79.8%;产时参与复苏的人员主要为助产士(96.4%)和新生儿科住院医师(62.1%);52例(37.1%)实施了延迟脐带结扎,平均延迟时间为(45±17)s;137例(97.9%)生后采用了预热辐射台保暖;110例(78.6%)需要正压通气,其中67例(60.9%)采用T组合复苏器,42例(38.2%)应用了空氧混合仪;119例(85.0%)复苏中进行了血氧饱和度监测;完成过渡期各项措施至关闭温箱门时间的中位数为87min。结论在深圳新生儿数据协作网医院中,极/超早产儿的产房过渡期管理实施与我国相应专家共识的要求存在不同程度的差异,需要通过多中心协作的持续质量改进缩小差距,从而改善极/超早产儿产房过渡期管理的质量和结局。

Upon optimiz.ng the reaction conditions(518 K, 4.0 MPaH_2 and 3 h), 97.0% conversion of xyl.tol.and 63.1% yiel. of gl.col. were ob.ained in water without extra inorganic b.se. The catal.st stil. remained stab.e activity after six cycl.s and ab.ve 80% total.sel.ctivity of gl.col. was ob.ained when using 20.0% xyl.tol.concentration. XRD, TEM and ICP resul.s indicated that Cu–Ni–z.O_2 catal.sts possess favorab.e stab.l.ty. Cu and Ni are b.neficial.to the cl.avage of C–O and C–H b.nd, respectivel.. To reduce the hydrogen consumption, isopropanol.was added as in-situ hydrogen source and 96.4% conversion of xyl.tol.with 43.6% yiel. of gl.col. were real.z.d.
