We present a novel method for investigating laser-driven dynamic fragmentation in tin using in situ X-ray *** experimental results demonstrate the feasibility of the method for simultaneously identifying the phase and temperature of fragments through analysis of the diffraction ***,we observe a deviation from the widely accepted isentropic release assumption,with the temperature of the fragments being found to be more than 100 K higher than expected,owing to the release of plastic work during dynamic *** findings are further verified through extensive large-scale molecular dynamics simulations,in which strain energies are found to be transferred into thermal energies during the nucleation and growth of voids,leading to an increase in *** findings thus provide crucial insights into the impact-driven dynamic fragmentation phenomenon and reveal the significant influence of plastic work on material response during shock release.

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

针对风电机组调频特性弱且单一储能装置无法满足全时间尺度功率能量需求的问题,提出了风储制氢电厂的一次调频控制策略。首先,依据传统同步机组一次调频功率输出特性,确定风储制氢电厂一次调频所需功率支撑。其次,通过分析电制氢装置(P2H)作为一种大容量可控负荷参与系统调频的可行性,对比不同储能介质的应用特点,选取超级电容与电制氢装置减载的多能协同调频方法。进而,针对分布式储能集中制氢架构的风储制氢电厂的特点,提出了一种多能协同的一次调频控制策略。最后,通过建立给予不同风速初始状态的风储制氢电厂仿真模型,验证了所提控制策略的有效性与合理性。

为科学治理土壤废弃农膜,检验废弃农膜综合治理成效,构建了一套完备的新疆生产建设兵团(以下简称兵团)土壤废弃农膜治理考核体系,制定了各师年度考核目标任务,提出了土壤废弃农膜考核抽测全流程方法,形成了包括组织结构、财政补贴、回收利用、督促检查、受理举报、执法及宣传在内的考核评价指南,建立了包含基础支撑层、数据层、应用层和用户层4个方面的全流程信息化管理系统。实践结果表明:兵团土壤废弃农膜残留量明显降低,综合治理体系逐步完善,产业化发展模式基本形成。探索形成的该套覆盖废弃农膜综合治理考核全过程的技术体系和组织实施模式,可为其他地区废弃农膜综合治理成效评估提供参考和借鉴。

Muscle regeneration after damage or during myopathies requires a fine cooperation between myoblast proliferation and myogenic differentiation.A growing body of evidence suggests that microRNAs play critical roles in myocyte proliferation and differentiation ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying the orchestration are not fully ***,we showed that miR-130b is able to repress myoblast proliferation and promote myogenic differentiation via targeting Sp1 transcription ***,overexpression of miR-130b is capable of improving the recovery of damaged muscle in a freeze injury ***,miR-130b expression is declined in the muscle of muscular dystrophy ***,these results indicated that miR-130b may play a role in skeletal muscle regeneration and myopathy ***,our findings suggest that the miR-130b/Sp1 axis may serve as a potential therapeutic target for the treatment of patients with muscle damage or severe myopathies.

SmB_6 has been a well-known Kondo insulator for decades, but recently attracts extensive new attention as a candidate topological system. Studying SmB_6 under pressure provides an opportunity to acquire the much-needed understanding about the effect of electron correlations on both the metallic surface state and bulk insulating state. Here we do so by studying the evolution of two transport gaps(low temperature gap E_l and high temperature gap E_h) associated with the Kondo effect by measuring the electrical resistivity under high pressure and low temperature(0.3 K) conditions. We associate the gaps with the bulk Kondo hybridization, and from their evolution with pressure we demonstrate an insulator-tometal transition at ~4 GPa. At the transition pressure, a large change in the Hall number and a divergence tendency of the electron-electron scattering coefficient provide evidence for a destruction of the Kondo entanglement in the ground state. Our results raise the new prospect for studying topological electronic states in quantum critical materials settings.

Low adherence to secondary prevention medications （ATM） of patients after acute coronary syndrome （ACS） is associated with poor clinical outcomes. However, literature provides limited data on assessment of ATM and risks associated with poor in Chinese patients with ACS. In the current work, ATM was assessed in consecutively recruited patients with ACS in Tongji Hospital from November 5, 2013 to December 31, 2014. A total of 2126 patients were classified under low adherence （proportion of days covered （PDC）〈 50%） and high adherence （PDC〉50%） groups based on their performance after discharge. All patients were followed up at the 1st, 6th, and 12th month of discharge while recording ATM and major adverse cardiac events （MACE）. Bivariate logistic regression was used to identify the factors associated with ATM. Cox regression was used to analyze the association between ATM and MACE within one year after discharge. Results showed that coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） alone had significantly lower proportion of high adherence to P2Y12 antagonists （83.0% vs. 90.7%, P 〈 0.01） than patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） only. Moreover, in patients undergoing PCI, high adherence to P2Y12 antagonists decreased the risk of MACE （hazard ratio = 0.172, 95% confidence interval： 0.039-0.763; P= 0.021）. In conclusion, PCI-treated patients are more prone to remaining adherent to medications than CABG-treated patients. High adherence to P2Y12 antagonists was associated with lower risk of MACE.

Treatment of severe Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19)is *** performed a phase 2 trial to assess the efficacy andsafety of human umbilical cord-mesenchymal stem cells(UC-MScs)to treat severe coViD-19 patients with lung damage,based onour phase 1 *** this randomized,double-blind,and placebo-controlled trial,we recruited 101 severe coVID-19 patients withlung *** were randomly assigned at a 2:1 ratio to receive either UC-MSCs(4×10^(7)cells per infusion)or placebo on day 0,3,and *** primary endpoint was an altered proportion of whole lung lesion volumes from baseline to day *** imagingoutcomes,6-minute walk test(6-MWT),maximum vital capacity,diffusing capacity,and adverse events were recorded and *** all,100 COVID-19 patients were finally received either UC-MSCs in=65)or placebo(n=35).UC-MSCs administrationexerted numerical improvement in whole lung lesion volume from baseline to day 28 compared with the placebo(the mediandifference was-13.31%,95%Cl-29.14%,2.13%,P=0.08).UC-MSCs significanty reduced the proportions of solid componentlesion volume compared with the placebo(median difference:-15.45%;95%CI-30.82%,-0.39%;P=0.043).The 6-MWT showedan increased distance in patients treated with UC-MSCs(difference:27.00 m;95%CI 0.00,57.00;P=0.057).The incidence of adverseevents was similar in the two *** results suggest that UC-MSCs treatment is a safe and potentially effective therapeuticapproach for COVID-19 patients with lung damage.A phase 3 trial is required to evaluate effects on reducing mortality andpreventing long-term pulmonary disability.
