Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） data of 10 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction （≤6 hours） were retrospectively analyzed.Six patients exhibited perfusion defects on negative enhancement integral maps,four patients exhibited perfusion differences in pseudo-color on mean time to enhance maps,and three patients exhibited perfusion differences in pseudo-color on time to minimum maps.Dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion weighted imaging revealed a significant increase in region negative enhancement integral in the affected hemisphere of patients with cerebral infarction.The results suggest that dynamic susceptibility contrast-enhanced perfusion weighted imaging can clearly detect perfusion abnormalities in the cerebellum after unilateral hyperacute cerebral infarction.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs)are attracting much attention and are on the way to commercialization.However,some modules are subject to reverse bias in actual fields,so it is meaningful to investigate the reverse-bias behav-ior of PSCs.Herein,an in-situ temperature and current measurement technique was developed.Intriguingly,some hot spots were observed and then quickly disappeared in the reverse biased PSCs,along with the simultaneous increase in the current and local temperature.Also,the potential mechanism has been revealed and analyzed.An abnormal bulge in the perovskite film was found at the hot spot.Accordingly,the appearance and disappearance of hot spots were perfectly explained by band bending and tunneling current caused by ion accumulation.Addi-tionally,statistical analysis suggested that sparkling hot spots were related to reverse voltage and efficiencies of PSCs.The research provides a great significance for the study of PSCs under reverse bias.

目的探讨^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射体层摄影(PET)/CT对早期活动性大动脉炎(TA)患者的诊断价值。方法病例对照研究。纳入西安交通大学第一附属医院2020年1月—2022年12月行PET/CT检查的10例早期活动性TA患者的临床资料,其中男2例、女8例,年龄20~72(44.9±17.7)岁,为TA组;选择同期年龄、性别匹配的10例非TA的受检者作为对照组,均行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像检查。观察研究对象的显像结果,由2位有经验的影像科医师分别勾画血管病变,测量TA组病变段血管壁与对照组主动脉段血管壁对^(18)F-FDG的最大标准摄取值(SUVmax),比较2组SUVmax的差异。采用Spearman相关性分析方法,探讨TA组病变动脉段血管壁局部对^(18)F-FDG的SUVmax值与红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。结果10例早期活动性TA患者^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像中均可看到主动脉及其主要分支血管壁葡萄糖代谢轻至中度增高。TA组的^(18)F-FDG SUVmax值为3.38±0.85,明显高于对照组的1.68±0.24,差异有统计学意义(t=6.12,P<0.001)。TA组的^(18)F-FDG SUVmax值与ESR无相关性(r_(s)=0.489,P=0.151),与CRP呈正相关(r_(s)=0.758,P=0.011),ESR与CRP间无相关性(r_(s)=0.479,P=0.162)。结论^(18)F-FDG PET/CT可准确显示TA的病变范围,并通过血管壁的SUVmax反映TA的活动性,是诊断早期活动性TA的一种可靠的影像学手段。

Purpose: Little is known about the relationship between perihematomal perfusion parameters in acute spontaneous hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients and recent outcome. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the relationship between the perfusion parameters of the perihematomal brain tissue and the recent prognosis of patients with acute spontaneous hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (shICH) using CT perfusion (CTP) imaging. Methods: Twenty-six patients with clinical and CT diagnosed supratentorial shICH received CTP scanning within 8 - 19 h after symptom onset. At the maximum levels of the hematoma, cerebral blood flow (CBF), cerebral blood volume (CBV) and mean transit time (MTT) of perihematomal area (isodense within 1cm rim of perilesion area on plain CT) and contralateral mirrored hemisphere were measured, and rCBF, rCBV, rMTT were calculated (ipsilateral/contralateral). The one-month follow-up in accordance with daily living table (Barthel index, BI) by telephone was recorded. Results: The CBV, CBF, and MTT values of perihematoma area were (1.61 ± 1.53) ml·100 g-1, (16.48 ± 12.58) ml·100 g-1·min-1, and (9.12 ± 2.57) s, respectively. 目的探讨^(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(^(18)F-FDG)正电子发射体层摄影(PET)/CT在肺癌骨转移、前列腺癌骨转移与多发性骨髓瘤(MM)鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法横断面研究。纳入2020年11月—2022年11月西安交通大学第一附属医院均行^(18)F-FDG PET/CT检查的42例肺癌骨转移患者、30例前列腺癌骨转移患者和36例MM患者的临床资料,其中男78例、女30例,年龄33~87岁,分别纳入肺癌组、前列腺癌组和MM组。分析3组患者骨骼病灶的位置分布、骨质破坏类型和最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)的差异。结果3组患者年龄、性别比较,差异均有统计学意义(F=9.63、χ^(2)=17.17,P值均0.05)。病灶分布位置组间比较显示:前列腺癌组骨转移灶分布于骨盆、四肢者分别为96.7%(29/30)、53.3%(16/30),均多于肺癌组的71.4%(30/42)、19.0%(8/42),差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);MM组病灶位于肋骨者[100%(36/36)]多于前列腺癌组[70%(21/30)],位于骨盆者[72.2%(26/36)]少于前列腺癌组[96.7%(29/30)]、位于颅骨者[55.6%(20/36)]多于前列腺癌组和肺癌组[6.7%(2/30)和4.8%(2/42)],差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。3组患者骨质破坏类型总体比较的差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=82.94,P<0.001):肺癌组和MM组患者骨骼病灶的骨质破坏均以溶骨性病变为主[81.0%(34/42)和94.4%(34/36)],成骨性病变较少[7.1%(3/42)和2.8%(1/36)],还有部分混合性病变[11.9%(5/42)和2.8%(1/36)];前列腺癌组患者则以成骨性病变为主[90.0%(27/30)]。在代谢特征方面,肺癌组、前列腺癌组和MM组的SUVmax水平依次由高到低(F=54.66,P<0.001)。结论^(18)F-FDG PET/CT有助于综合评价肺癌骨转移、前列腺癌骨转移和MM病灶的骨质结构和代谢特征,对它们具有较高的鉴别诊断价值。

Pericytes are the main cellular components of tiny arteries and capillaries.Studies have found that pericytes can undergo morphological contraction or relaxation under stimulation by cytokines,thus affecting the contraction and relaxation of microvessels and playing an essential role in regulating vascular microcirculation.Moreover,due to the characteristics of stem cells,pericytes can differentiate into a variety of inflammatory cell phenotypes,which then affect the immune function.Additionally,pericytes can also participate in angiogenesis and wound healing by interacting with endothelial cells in vascular microcirculation disorders.Here we review the origin,biological phenotype and function of pericytes,and discuss the potential mechanisms of pericytes in vascular microcirculation disorders,especially in pulmonary hypertension,so as to provide a sound basis and direction for the prevention and treatment of vascular microcirculation diseases.

Heavy metals and ammonia are difficult to remove from wastewater,as they easily combine into refractory complexes.The struvite formation method（SFM） was applied for the complex decomposition and simultaneous removal of heavy metal and ammonia.The results indicated that ammonia deprivation by SFM was the key factor leading to the decomposition of the copper-ammonia complex ion.Ammonia was separated from solution as crystalline struvite,and the copper mainly co-precipitated as copper hydroxide together with struvite.Hydrogen bonding and electrostatic attraction were considered to be the main surface interactions between struvite and copper hydroxide.Hydrogen bonding was concluded to be the key factor leading to the co-precipitation.In addition,incorporation of copper ions into the struvite crystal also occurred during the treatment process.
