The release of the generative pre-trained transformer(GPT)series has brought artificial general intelligence(AGI)to the forefront of the artificial intelligence(AI)field once ***,the questions of how to define and evaluate AGI remain *** perspective article proposes that the evaluation of AGI should be rooted in dynamic embodied physical and social interactions(DEPSI).More specifically,we propose five critical characteristics to be considered as AGI benchmarks and suggest the Tong test as an AGI evaluation *** Tong test describes a value-and ability-oriented testing system that delineates five levels of AGI milestones through a virtual environment with DEPSI,allowing for infinite task *** contrast the Tong test with classical AI testing systems in terms of various aspects and propose a systematic evaluation system to promote standardized,quantitative,and objective benchmarks and evaluation of AGI.

目的:我国是茶叶发源地,茶饮行业随着市场需求的变化不断拓展,当下新茶饮品牌的市场竞争日益激烈。与此同时,随着综合国力与经济实力的全面提升,我国消费市场呈现出鲍德里亚口中“消费社会”的表征,即消费者对产品的需求不再局限于功能或使用价值。文章基于日益激烈的行业竞争与不断变化的消费者需求,探索我国新茶饮等行业的品牌符号化营销与传播之路。方法:研究以学者孙戈兵在4V、4E等营销组合模型的基础上构建的符号化营销模型为框架,结合传播心理学原理,在符号化营销的视域下,全面分析蜜雪冰城这一创造扩张神话的新茶饮品牌在社交媒体中传播的成功案例及相关数据。结果:研究表明,符号化营销已成为现代品牌发展的重要趋势,且具有较强的实践性,有助于品牌有效吸引消费者的注意力,提高消费者的关注度,满足消费者的多重需求,进而引发消费者的共鸣。结论:品牌可以从打造符号差异、制造符号情感、引起符号共鸣、完善符号体验四个维度打造符号价值,从而在激烈的市场竞争中赢得消费者的青睐。不过,品牌的符号化营销与传播之路远不止于此,面对日新月异的市场环境与消费者需求,品牌只有将符号化营销与传播根植于时代生活,才能真正实现稳中有进。

为明确毕节市高海拔地区烟叶的代谢特征,分别以该地3个烟叶产区(海拔>1800 m)的韭菜坪2号和云烟87烟叶为材料进行代谢组与转录组联合分析,初步鉴定了韭菜坪2号与云烟87烟叶中的差异代谢物和差异基因,并通过加权基因共表达网络分析筛选了关键差异基因的模块。结果表明:3个产区的韭菜坪2号与云烟87烟叶代谢差异明显,其中类黄酮代谢物异鼠李素在韭菜坪2号中高积累;同时共鉴定出265个共有的差异表达基因,主要在类黄酮生物合成途径、黄酮与黄酮醇生物合成途径显著富集;加权基因共表达网络分析共鉴定出9个与异鼠李素相关的基因模块,其中2个模块显著富集到类黄酮生物合成途径、黄酮与黄酮醇生物合成途径;进一步研究分析发现,韭菜坪2号中NtPAL1、NtCHIL、NtF3H、NtTT7和NtFLS1基因下调表达可能抑制了苯丙氨酸、山奈酚及其衍生物、槲皮素及其衍生物的积累水平,而NtASMTs、NtROMTs和NtCCoAMT等甲基转移酶基因的上调表达与烟叶中异鼠李素高积累相关。本研究结果初步表明黄酮类生物合成相关途径对韭菜坪2号在高海拔适应性方面具有一定作用,为深入解析韭菜坪2号的高海拔生长适应性机制提供理论指导。

Throughout years,the two-step spin-coating process is the most common method to prepare organic lead halide perovskite ***,the short reaction time of dropping the solution at the second step means that PbI2 cannot be completely transformed into perovskite *** solve this problem,we report the introduction of glycine hydrochloride(GlyHCl)into the second step of the two-step spin-coating process to prepare a FA_(0.9)ma_(0.1)PbI_(3-x)%-GlyHCl perovskite material(namely FAma-x%-GlyHCl,where FA=formamidinium,ma=methylammonium,and x%stands for the molar ratio of GlyHCl added in FA iodide/ma iodide(FAI/maI)precursor solution).The Cl−ion in GlyHCl assists the formation ofα-phase perovskite,and the-COO−group coordinates with Pb2+cation in a bridging way,making up for the anion vacancy in perovskite lattice and resulting in high absorption *** perovskite solar cells(PSCs)based on FAma-9%-GlyHCl achieve a long carrier lifetime(527.0 ns),a photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of 19.40%and good thermal stability,maintaining 85.8%of the initial PCE after being continuously heated at 60℃for 500 *** study helps to solve the problem of incomplete reaction in the two-step spin-coating process and puts forward a new solution for preparing high coverage perovskite films with large grain size.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanism of Xianglian Huazhuo formula( 香连化浊方, XLHZ) blocking the development of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) to gastric cancer(GC) through bioinformatics analysis and in vitro. METHODS: Pathological morphology of gastric mucosa of rats were observed. High-throughput sequencing was used to analyze the miRNA expression profile of gastric mucosa. The miRanda, miRDB and miRWalk databases were used to predict the differential target genes. Gene Ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis were performed for differential target genes. Real-time quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(qRTPCR) was used to verify the differentially expressed miRNAs and target genes. Western blot, EdU, wound healing and flow cytometry were used to observe the effect of XLHZ on epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT) markers, proliferation, migration, apoptosis and cell cycle of CAG cells in vitro. RESULTS: A total of five differentially expressed miRNAs and four differential target genes were screened in this study. GO analysis showed that the target genes were enriched in regulation of neuron development, regulation of transcription factor activity and regulation of RNA polymerase. KEGG pathways database differences in gene enrichment of target genes in the Wnt signaling pathway, Phospholipase D signaling pathway and mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathway. qRTPCR confirmed that miRNAs and its target genes were consistent with the screening results. In vitro, our study revealed that XLHZ could increase the expression of Ecadherin, decrease the expression of transforming growth factor β1, vimentin and β-catenin, inhibite the proliferation and migration of CAG cells, cause cell cycle arrest at G0/G1 and G2/M phase, induce the apoptosis of CAG cells, and prevent the progression of CAG to GC. 提出了乙腈萃取-固相萃取柱净化-气相色谱-质谱法测定4种复杂基质文具用品(塑料书皮、包书膜、笔杆、尺子)中6种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物[PAEs,包括邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯(DIDP)、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯(DNOP)]含量,并对方法的前处理条件,包括萃取剂(乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、体积比1∶1的正己烷-二氯甲烷混合溶液、正己烷、丙酮、四氢呋喃、甲苯、乙腈)、萃取温度(0,20,30,40℃)和萃取时间(10,20,30,40 min)等进行了优化。将样品剪成10 mm×10 mm的小片,分取0.2 g,加入乙腈5 mL,振荡20 min,于40℃超声萃取30 min,分取1 mL萃取液过活化好的固相萃取柱(Si/PSA SPE玻璃小柱),用10 mL乙腈洗脱柱子,收集洗脱液,氮吹至近干,用正己烷溶解残渣并定容至1 mL,气相色谱-质谱法分析,外标法定量。净化其他7种溶剂的萃取液时,先用5 mL正己烷淋洗,再用10 mL体积比2∶8的正己烷和乙酸乙酯混合溶液洗脱,其他步骤同乙腈的。各溶剂的萃取效果均采用实际样品中PAEs测定值以及加标回收率来评价。结果显示,乙腈对不同材质文具用品的适应性更强,40℃超声萃取30 min时萃取得到的PAEs更多且其测定值以及回收率更高(大于70.0%)。6种PAEs的质量浓度分别在0.2~10.0 mg·L^(-1)(DBP、BBP、DEHP和DNOP)和2.0~100.0 mg·L^(-1)(DINP和DIDP)内与对应的峰面积呈线性关系,检出限(3S/N)为0.003~0.05 mg·kg-1;加标回收率为74.1%~107%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.2%~5.1%。方法用于12份实际样品的分析,DNOP、DINP、DIDP均未检出,DBP、BBP和DEHP的检出总量未超过GB 21027-2020规定的限量。
