Dynamic Forecasting of traffic Event Duration in Istanbul:A Classification Approach with Real-time Data Integration

today,urban traffic,growing populations,and dense transportation networks are contributing to an increase in traffic *** incidents include traffic accidents,vehicle breakdowns,fires,and traffic disputes,resulting in long waiting times,high carbon emissions,and other undesirable *** is vital to estimate incident response times quickly and accurately after traffic incidents occur for the success of incident-related planning and response *** study presents a model for forecasting the traffic incident duration of traffic events with high *** proposed model goes through a 4-stage process using various features to predict the duration of four different traffic events and presents a feature reduction approach to enable real-time data collection and *** the first stage,the dataset consisting of 24,431 data points and 75 variables is prepared by data collection,merging,missing data processing and data *** the second stage,models such as Decision trees(Dt),K-Nearest Neighbour(KNN),Random Forest(RF)and Support Vector Machines(SVM)are used and hyperparameter optimisation is performed with *** the third stage,feature selection and reduction are performed and real-time data are *** the last stage,model performance with 14 variables is evaluated with metrics such as accuracy,precision,recall,F1-score,MCC,confusion matrix and *** RF model outperforms other models with an accuracy of 98.5%.the study’s prediction results demonstrate that the proposed dynamic prediction model can achieve a high level of success.

three-stage pyrolysis–steam reforming–water gas shift processing of household,commercial and industrial waste plastics for hydrogen production

Five common single plastics and nine different household,commercial and industrial waste plastics were processed using a three-stage(i)pyrolysis,(ii)catalytic steam reforming and(iii)water gas shift reaction system to produce *** of plastics produces a range of different hydrocarbon species which are subsequently catalytically steam reformed to produce H_(2)and CO and then undergo water gas shift reaction to produce further H_(2).the process mimics the commercial process for hydrogen production from natural *** of the single polyalkene plastics(high-density polyethylene(HDPE),low-density polyethylene(LDPE),and polypropylene(PP))produced similar H_(2)yields between 115 mmol and 120 mmol per gram *** though PS produced an aromatic product slate from the pyrolysis stage,further stages of reforming and water gas shift reaction produced a gas yield and composition similar to that of the polyalkene plastics(115 mmol H_(2)per gram plastic).PEt gave significantly lower H_(2)yield(41 mmol per gram plastic)due to the formation of mainly CO,CO_(2)and organic acids from the pyrolysis stage which were not conducive to further reforming and water gas shift reaction.A mixture of the single plastics typical of that found in municipal solid waste produced a H_(2)yield of 102 mmol per gram *** the gas yields and composition from the single plastics enabled an estimation of the yields from a simulated waste plastic mixture and a‘real-world’waste plastic mixture to be *** different household,commercial and industrial waste plastic mixtures produced H_(2)yields between 70 mmol and 107 mmol per gram *** H_(2)yield and gas composition from the single waste plastics gave an indication of the type of plastics in the mixed waste plastic samples.

In this paper,we describe the nonlinear behavior of a generalized fourth-order Hietarinta-type equa-tion for dispersive waves in(2+1)*** various wave formations are retrieved by using Hirota’s bilinear method(HBM)and various test function *** Hirota method is a widely used and robust mathematical tool for finding soliton solutions of nonlinear partial differential equa-tions(NLPDEs)in a variety of disciplines like mathematical physics,nonlinear dynamics,oceanography,engineering sciences,and others requires bilinearization of nonlinear *** different wave structures in the forms of new breather,lump-periodic,rogue waves,and two-wave solutions are *** addi-tion,the physical behavior of the acquired solutions is illustrated in three-dimensional,two-dimensional,density,and contour profiles by the assistance of suitable *** on the obtained results,we can assert that the employed methodology is straightforward,dynamic,highly efficient,and will serve as a valuable tool for discussing complex issues in a diversity of domains specifically ocean and coastal *** have also made an important first step in understanding the structure and physical be-havior of complex structures with our findings *** believe this research is timely and relevant to a wide range of engineering *** results obtained are useful for comprehending the fundamental scenarios of nonlinear sciences.

Heart valve diseases affect more than one hundred million people around the world,which are a serious cause of illness and mortality.[1]Among the valve diseases,mitral valve insufficiency ranks second in the list of valve diseases requiring surgical repair in Europe.[2]Prosthetic valve replacement is the standard treatment in cases where repair is not sufficient for valve diseases.[3]Mechanical and bioprosthetic valves can be preferred for replacement,mechanical valves are more durable and require lifelong use of *** disadvantage of bioprosthetic valves is early degeneration,and infective reoperation is required due to the formation of endocarditis.[4-5]the risk of thromboembolism,lifetime anticoagulant use and complications related to anticoagulation remain disadvantages of valve surgery.[3]the most important complication requiring urgent intervention is valve dysfunction due to *** usually occurs due to inappropriate use of the anticoagulants.[6]Surgical treatment is used for severe obstructions,such as thrombi larger than 10 *** therapy can be applied in small thrombi and in cases where surgical intervention is risky.

A fracture of the acromion and coracoid processes of scapula is rarely seen in the outpatient clinic,due to the acromion's anatomical position and shape,as well as the strong ligaments and muscles that are attached to *** fractures are caused by either direct or indirect high-energy trauma injuries to the shoulder joint,leading to severe pain and a grossly restricted range of *** acromial classifications were reported,but this type of longitudinal plane fracture of the acromion process in our case is yet to be described in the current *** present a rare combination of the coracoid process and unstable acromion bony projection fractures that have not previously been noted for this type of *** closest to this is Kuhn's type III classification.A 51-year-old male presented to our emergency department complaining of the right shoulder pain and difficulty raising his arm following a 2-wheeler *** patient was managed by open reduction and internal fixation with 3 cannulated cancellous screws fixation and progressed well with no postoperative *** was asymptomatic postoperatively and regained full range of motion after 4 months.

Black soils, characterized by their thick, dark horizons enriched with organic matter, epitomize highly fertile soils. However, their fertility precipitates intense land use, engendering challenges such as soil erosion, nutrient depletion, pollution, compaction, salinization, and acidification. Notably, these soils are significant contributors to global greenhouse gas emissions, primarily due to substantial losses in soil organic carbon. Despite these challenges, black soils are pivotal for global food production. this paper delineates the implementation of digital soil mapping for the global cartography of black soils and human interference on these soils. Predominantly distributed in Eastern Europe, Central and Eastern Asia, and North and South America, black soils cover an approximate area of 725 Mha, with the Russian Federation,Kazakhstan, and China collectively have over half of this area. Agriculturally,these soils underpin significant proportions of global crop yields, producing 66% of sunflower, 30% of wheat, and 26% of potato outputs. the organic carbon content in the upper 30 cm of these soils is estimated at 56 *** management of black soils is imperative for ensuring food security and addressing climate change on a global scale.
